I just stopped on Wednesday for a drink. I only came in to order a drink, I won't be back due to my experience... Now upon entering No one greeted, but they were obviously busy, thought they looked up at me the two waitresses and man at the bar making drinks. I was sat for about 30 min, the only one there before other arrived. The two female waitresses who kept acting like they didn't see me since I entered one finally came way. But just before that another group came in of latinas and the waitress went and gave them a menu before me though I was waiting way longer and arrived before them. The waiter I had She wore red lipstick and had short black hair. Idk if she did that cause I was the only black person in there at the time or because they were intimidated by my beauty (some women do get that way). Either way I'm disappointed. And in between that it took longer than normal for a waiter to get to each table. If you're not in a rush to drink+eat and go, then that's fine. Maybe hire more staff for busy days and train them on customer friendliness and inclusivity. She even charged me a few dollars less for my drink cause she knew she messed up smh. Discrimination of any sort should not be tolerated. My drink was good though I got the Marilyn Monroe, it could definitely use more alcohol though. read more

Super cute place! It has an Old Hollywood theme and the cocktails are banned after Hollywood Starlets. There's indoor and outdoor seating and it's located on the corner so there's plenty of plenty for people watching. We ordered the yellowtail aguachiles based off Larissa's recommendation, it was melt in your mouth delicious! My company ordered the Marilyn Monroe drink and I was able to try it, literally was a MUST! Super delicious! I ordered the Sidecar drink and it was so smooth and definitely hit all the spots. First time and Last time here. Cocktail measurements were not poured correctly. Bartenders were inexperienced, observed bartenders flipping pages to find cocktail measurements/recipe. You're better off ordering beer or wine instead. Service was terrible- waited 30 minutes for a drink (bartender went on her lunch break first, then came back just to say she still had a few minutes left, then she finally makes our drinks, hello?? there was another bartender next to you, who could've made our drinks while you went on break... smh! But guess what, we kept calling him during her absence and he completely ignored us the whole time nor checked on us, so yeah- service was terrible. Lastly, ASK FOR AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT!! THEY WILL DOUBLE CHARGE YOU!! As I asked the bartender for my check, she only provided me with 2 signature slips indicating ONLY the total and gratuity line. WHAT IN A MONKEY BUSINESS IS THIS?? Talk about shadiness on her part. Once I asked for my itemized receipt to the bartender, I immediately noticed she over charged, double charged me on drinks I've never even consumed! So yeah, please BEWARE of this shady business! So I left... Walked across the street to Lock and Key Social drinkery- and sure enough this establishment did not disappoint. Experience bartenders, delicious cocktails (full of flavor), and excellent service. 5 stars Bella on the other hand, when I asked for a manager, the manager did respond, and he did correct the double charge on my bill, after I addressed it, and apologize for the lack of service we received. I had a less than satisfactory experience at Bella Lounge with what I assume was one of the owners or managers - an older, bald man. When we arrived at 11pm, no one greeted or seated us, so we assumed we could seat ourselves. The tables near the entrance were labeled reserved, so we sat in a booth towards the back. About two minutes later, the man approached us and asked how many people were in our party, and we answered three. We immediately felt his vibe and intentions the minute he approved us and asked that question. He told us we had sat at a booth for six or seven people and implied that we had to move. It's essential to note that the only other available tables were for two people, and aside from that, the last option was to sit at the bar which is where he would if had to move us. So, I looked around because it was so obviously empty and asked asked, "Why? Are there more people coming?! I was then even more flabbergasted when he asked, "Well, how long are you going to be here?" Before we could answer him, and he claimed they get a rush at around midnight and said he might need to move us. He then said could let us stay at the booth and see how things went. Midnight came around, and it was still the same number of people. Point being, the atmosphere wasn't very welcoming. The food and drinks were delicious, but unfortunately, the experience and service from that particular man were terrible. However, our waitress was delightful! read more

This is a late post, but I wanted to give my two cents because I came here on 8/23/25 (yes I'm being specific intentionally) for my husband and brother-in-law's birthday. The service was poor and disrespectful mostly from the lady who was managing that night shift. We were a part of 18 and the whole time she was being rude and annoyed at our party. First of all, we made the place looked packed, if we weren't in there, I guarantee you the place would have looked dead. I have never been to a place that seems bothered by the amount of people coming in. If for some reason your lounge cannot accommodate for more than 10 people, then say that. We came in and gave her a rough estimate of how many people we were expecting, yet as they came in, she was so annoyed at having to re-arrange seating for us. Like I said, i would have understood if the place was busy, but when we got there there was tops 12 other people. I don't think i'll be coming back. The drinks were okay, but overpriced (which by now that's every where). If you ever plan on coming with a large party, I would call before hand and ask about seating and reservations to avoid this experience. read more

We came for Sunday brunch and enjoyed a variety of dishes. We ordered chocolate chip pancake, avocado toast with lox, breakfast sandwich and salmon tartare...all were delicious! I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this establishment. Initially, it was one of my favorite spots to go eat and grab a few drinks. They always have amazing food, and the ambiance of the bar/lounge is just gorgeous, complete with old movies playing on a big screen with great music. It really is a beautiful establishment, However, despite my initial love for this place, I regret to say that I will not be returning. My husband and I rarly get time for ourselves, let alone a chance to go out without the kids, so when my visiting sister offered to watch the kids, we Eagerly jumped at the opportunity and decited on Bella Lounge for our date night. We were having an amazing time as always until things took a turn for the worse when our server approached us. She asked if we remembered her from our previous visit and that we had walked out on the tab. My husband and i were initially shocked, but she clarified that It turned out that we had forgotten to pay for just two addional beers on top of our substantial bill from before. We apologized, and my husband offered to add the unpaid tab to today's bill, and that should have ended the conversation, but it didn't. She proceeded to tell us about how much trouble she got in and how she had to pay for it herself. The conversation was making me uncomfortable, and I felt terrible about the oversight. My emotions were already on the verge from a stressful day, and the last thing I needed was to feel bad about myself. This is when i began to cry. My husband calmly asked to speak to the owner to rectify the situation. However, things escalated quickly, and I found myself overwhelmed with anger and frustration. It seemed absurd to me that such a big deal was being made over two beers and the owner believed he was doing the right thing by bringing the two unpaid beers to our attention so it would never happen again. I couldn't believe this establishment made such a huge deal out of a small little mistake for two bottled beers... especially considering our consistent support for the establishment with bills well over $100 each visit. In the end, I felt unfairly treated and vowed never to return. The owner's reaction, including calling for security to escort me out, only solidified my decision. I can not in good conscience recommend this place to my friends and family after such a disappointing and disproportionate response to a simple mistake. read more
