Alonso is the best security guard and makes you feel safe he will make sure you're okay and check up throughout your hangouts in the back and does an amazing job

This was my first nightclub experience, coming from the PNW where 18+ nightclubs are nonexistent, with traditional 21+ nightclubs being rare themselves--usually they're goth clubs or something. The music was great, and I met awesome people and had some fun experiences. The dress code said no shorts and no sweats, but I wore shorts the first time and sweats the second. I think that dress code is more so for men, not obviously queer trans women or women in general. It also says no white t shirts, no hats or durags, no jerseys; the purpose I was given is to help curb gang violence, which is probably why I wasn't dress coded. The crowd is definitely not the one I was expecting, I looked so out of place the first night in my gay beachy clothes while the men were all wearing jeans and t shirts, sneakers, and a chain. The women dressed more traditionally clubby, like tight black miniskirts and fishnets and such. Very straight but the girls are nice to the gays, not sure about the guys as I only talked to the few queer-looking ones. I didn't try the food but one of the friends I made says it's awesome. You will hear heads will roll, satisfaction, gas pedal, and multiple pitbull songs just like you probably expect to. The Latin side was very cold which was great after being sweaty from dancing. The lights were pretty too of course. Oh, and I got my phone stolen. It was taken right out of my pocket, and nobody turned it in--according to the bouncers, right around the time it was stolen someone booked it out of the club. It's fine though because I met three really cool girls because of it.

First off, it cost $35 to get inside (all girls), when online it said it would only cost $20. Pretty shocking. The place was decently crowded and they played decent music. If you go with good friends, you CAN have a good time. Personally, if it weren't for them, it wouldn't have been the greatest night. Expect a decent amount of creepy 60 yo men to be lurking around alone. Kinda weird as it IS an 18+ club... Food was decently priced. $12 burrito, but after the entrance fee it just didn't seem worth it!

NOBODY COMES HERE - Absolutely terrible the food here is trash and the club itself is lame, came here twice to double check and make sure it wasn't just a fluke but nope it's lame as they say Horrible customer service, terrible club and even worse food... id recommend just driving deeper into OC or LA if you're looking for night life and decent food

    Wrong price advertised.

The DJ tonight was so weird... it's an 18+ club and he kept announcing that he was h*rny. That's so weird to me and he honestly sucked anyway. The music was literally on a loop. It also said on La Mirage's Instagram that it was $10 before 10pm and we got in at 9:40- yet suddenly it was $25 at the door? Nowhere does it say that. A complete rip-off for mediocrity.

Long line at la mirage with nothing but kids some come out very drunk looks like this place is selling alcohol to minors

Went to see ToBeHonest (the opener was better ngl) and I was having fun during the opener. Having hope and telling my friends they changed, the next event was Bonnie and Clyde. They packed the "dance floor" to the point ribs would get crushed for the next 1000 Ways to Die series. Bartenders so far are chill, but I only go to one guy and he deserves it. No offense to the others that I've yet to interact with. The bottle girls seem miserable, which sucks cause you'd think they'd be allowed to dance if it isn't busy, but maybe they're just burnt out? Who knows, but I get it. Time caters more to clubbing, whatever that is now, than dancing. The men just stand around, take up space, and expect a woman to fall onto them. Unless you really push for it, dancing isn't encouraged. You could get a table, but even then the energy around them felt off. Overall, there's a noticeable disconnect in the vibe. Security along with ticketing staff has been safe, consistent, and as long as you're nice they treat you the same or they push you along. It's a coin flip.

There are pros and cons to my experience here, so you can be the judge but I figured everyone should know. I've been to this club a couple years ago and it used to be a packed place with 2 DJ sets and variations of music to go around, but since then it's gone downhill. I had a table this time around and I will say there was a lot of ease booking and getting your party in. That was great, all the way up until the actual table experience. When we arrived in the club, vibes were good, staff was nice, and the service was quick. The downside occurred when it came to security. Each table is assigned a security guard to preserve your night experience, but our security guard had a different agenda. Our security guard requested shots from our table and proceeded to be on the dance floor dancing with random people. He would check in about every 30 minutes, but the time he was gone was when things got too much. A random guy dressed in all black started to inch closer and closer to the table (he had a drink in his hand) and when I approached him he said he "was security". He tried to persuade me multiple times that he was security and when I asked all the staff if they knew who he was they said "no". I requested both the staff and our security guard to show him out, but he somehow convinced them that he worked there and no one bothered too double check with "his boss". Kind of crazy, when you think about it. It wasn't until asking him multiple times over the course of probably 1 hour did he finally leave. Ridiculous service if you ask me - especially if you're paying for a table. Keep in mind all security where either a HEAT polo or a suit - none of which this guy had. Also when I approached the bar to order a drink later in the night, the bartenders were arguing over who would take my order, even when the club was basically EMPTY.

Pros: Intimate, nice screen visuals, staff are very nice, venue is very clean (especially compared to the og arena KTown), good music choice for target demographic (melodic/future bass), bar is quick and uncrowded. Cons: Rather small floor area, parking is insanely hard to find in front and you may have to find a paid lot or walk a bit more. Since they're in their "beta-testing" mode, there were not a lot of people there- but can't fault them for something out of their control. Overall, a lot of improvements in this iteration of arena over their OG location that is promising if they keep working on it. Reminds me a lot of Nova SD

If you were approached to host this club, please read this review and make an informed decision…read more I think Arena OC has potential, but upper management issues along with their systems and processes need attention to truly elevate the customer experience. I'm unsure but I feel like my party was robbed of our time and money... First, I want to highlight the excellent customer service provided by my bottle service attendant and the on-site manager. They genuinely went out of their way to accommodate my party, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. Their dedication truly stood out and was one of the highlights of the evening. Last month, I had the opportunity to host an event at this nightclub. While the contacts I worked with were friendly, responsive, and professional, I was disappointed by the limitations placed on the bottle service attendant and the on-site manager. My party requested water and chasers for our drinks, but these were overlooked, leaving us to purchase drinks at the bar despite having a table. This completely defeats the purpose of bottle service and suggests possible understaffing. Arena OC provided me with a complimentary champagne bottle and a complimentary table for hosting. My party reserved an additional table and purchased two bottles. We intended to purchase a third, but it was unavailable--how does a club run out of bottles so early in the night, especially when I had communicated this preference well in advance? This lack of preparation speaks to poor management and planning. If the goal is to maximize revenue, wouldn't it make sense to stock more $40 bottles that can be sold at $520 each (including tax and tip)? It feels like upper management is more focused on cutting corners than maximizing profits. To make matters worse, we paid part of our table tab in cash and were promised change, but it never came. On a positive note, I appreciate that Arena OC upgraded my party's table and placed it side by side with the promo table. This thoughtful gesture showed attention to our needs, and I'm grateful for that. But, as I mentioned earlier, on-site employees are making up for the lack of care for customer service on behalf of upper management. The staff is doing their best to compensate for the shortcomings in management's approach, but it's clear that the real issue lies with the decision-makers at the top. Adding to the frustration, I still have not received my commission check over a month later. I followed up and provided my email address as requested, but I have not received any response since. This lack of communication is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Furthermore, I was told that I hadn't checked any names off the guest list, which is simply untrue. It's clear that management needs a more reliable system for tracking guest lists and ensuring accuracy. Out of the 20 people on my list, 14 showed up before the 11pm cut-off time, including 7 women--but I was told that none of them had been checked in. This discrepancy highlights a serious issue with how guest lists are managed. Hosts rely on sales from tables and guest list entries, and for both systems to be disorganized, it gives the impression that Arena OC needs to revisit their business model because they are not operating efficiently. Customer service, while commendable, is severely limited by how much on-site employees can compensate for management's desire to cut corners. Last but not least, they have on-site photographers but the photos from the event still have not been uploaded to their website for us to download and share. While the on-site staff's dedication is commendable, the club's operational and management issues severely overshadow their hard work and detract from the overall customer experience. Arena OC has potential, but for now, it's far from my top choice for nightlife in Orange County. TLDR; have not received commission for hosting, did not get change from payment, understaffed, understocked, inaccurate account of guest list. Business model needs improvement.
