Came to watch Darude and we were coralled like cattle. No space to dance or even sway. We could barely breathe, it was so hot. There's a small dance floor in front of the stage. The staff push people to keep squeezing into each other. It was incredibly hot and there's no way to dance. As the hours went by, they pushed more and more people onto the floor. Finally, I couldn't breathe, so I left the dance floor to find another place to stand. Unfortunately, there's very few space to stand. Definitely none with a view of the stage. And anywhere we tried to stand, we kept getting told we can't stand there. Definitely no place to dance at all. We ended up finding a spot near the restroom. Because it smelled, it had less people. The other challenge with the space is the overhang around the perimeter of the venue. So if you're not on the dance floor, you're view will be blocked by the overhang. I do appreciate the free mall parking. At night when we were leaving the club, they blocked the path to the stairs and escalator. So only way to go up 4 flights is by 1 elevator. Overall, it's super packed, hot on the dance floor, and not a place to dance.

What a genius idea. We went to the dayshift dancing from 5 to 9 PM We loved it ! We danced our you know what's off ... Went out later, had a bite to eat, went home and jumped into bed up early the next day Love this idea love it love it love it. ! We danced for three hours straight. The only thing that really bothered me. someone spilled a drink on the dance floor, all over the dance floor and there was no one there to clean it up. I asked if somebody could clean it up and they said sorry we don't have anybody here to do that. The music was great and it wasn't overly loud . I love this dayshift, dance party concept ... let's go!

Came here for emo night. The place is pristine and has an upscale vibe. The staff is very nice and helpful. The music was on point and the lighting is gorgeous. They have a good cocktail menu with specialized drinks. They make sweet and fruity drinks strong so make sure not to overdo it. Had a great time! Would definitely come back.

3.5/5 I recently went to Time Nightclub, and overall, it was a fun night out with a few surprises--both good and not‑so‑good. We were actually able to book a table the same day, which I didn't expect for a club of this size and reputation. It definitely made the night easier and took the stress out of planning. The highlight for me was getting to see DJ Soda perform. The energy in the room completely shifted when she came on, and the crowd was fully locked in. Her set was lively, upbeat, and exactly the kind of vibe I was hoping for. I will say the venue itself wasn't as big as I imagined. With all the hype around Time, I expected a more expansive layout, but it's actually pretty compact. The upside is that it keeps the energy tight and focused, but it also means it can feel crowded quickly. The service was okay--not bad, but not particularly memorable either. Our table was handled efficiently enough, but nothing stood out as exceptional. Drinks came out in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff did their job, though it didn't have that elevated VIP feel some clubs aim for.

This is our favorite little club where we get a small venue & big DJs. Overall the floor is sticky and someone has always had too much to drink and is being carried out by their friends. But for us, we go for the music, so we have our spots we like to hang out and dance. We've seen at least twenty shows here. Not for everyone, but we love it. Lasers, lights, confetti and fog, we're in.

Located at the Triangle Square in Costa Mesa, Time Nightclub is a rare find in regards to high tier nightclubs in the OC. Partnered with Insomniac, it attracts an impressive line up of reputable DJs and the sound quality is top notch. If EDM isn't your thing, they offer a variety of other music genres and events, as well. Dance floor is a bit on the smaller side but there's plenty of room around the surrounding bar areas for you to dance or hang out. I've been here a handful of times and I'd have to say no other night clubs in the OC compare. If you're looking for top notch DJs great sound quality set in a Vegas like night club setting, this place is for you. The crowd runs the gamut from younger college students to rave daddies and mommies. Most importantly, the vibe is good, people are friendly and fun. Everyone is welcome here and it's always a good time imo

I have had a mix of experiences at TIME. Its a pretty night club and i have some pretty good times here :) The good: 1) They can have some pretty big artists here but i kinda like it when they have theme nights like kpop night 2) drinks taste like juice 3) getting a table is fun! 4) free parking!! 5) freee money sometimes The not so good 1) the main floor is really small and gets super crowded, recomend getting a table ($$$) if you have the budget or just hanging out in the back

Pros: Intimate, nice screen visuals, staff are very nice, venue is very clean (especially compared to the og arena KTown), good music choice for target demographic (melodic/future bass), bar is quick and uncrowded. Cons: Rather small floor area, parking is insanely hard to find in front and you may have to find a paid lot or walk a bit more. Since they're in their "beta-testing" mode, there were not a lot of people there- but can't fault them for something out of their control. Overall, a lot of improvements in this iteration of arena over their OG location that is promising if they keep working on it. Reminds me a lot of Nova SD

If you were approached to host this club, please read this review and make an informed decision…read more I think Arena OC has potential, but upper management issues along with their systems and processes need attention to truly elevate the customer experience. I'm unsure but I feel like my party was robbed of our time and money... First, I want to highlight the excellent customer service provided by my bottle service attendant and the on-site manager. They genuinely went out of their way to accommodate my party, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. Their dedication truly stood out and was one of the highlights of the evening. Last month, I had the opportunity to host an event at this nightclub. While the contacts I worked with were friendly, responsive, and professional, I was disappointed by the limitations placed on the bottle service attendant and the on-site manager. My party requested water and chasers for our drinks, but these were overlooked, leaving us to purchase drinks at the bar despite having a table. This completely defeats the purpose of bottle service and suggests possible understaffing. Arena OC provided me with a complimentary champagne bottle and a complimentary table for hosting. My party reserved an additional table and purchased two bottles. We intended to purchase a third, but it was unavailable--how does a club run out of bottles so early in the night, especially when I had communicated this preference well in advance? This lack of preparation speaks to poor management and planning. If the goal is to maximize revenue, wouldn't it make sense to stock more $40 bottles that can be sold at $520 each (including tax and tip)? It feels like upper management is more focused on cutting corners than maximizing profits. To make matters worse, we paid part of our table tab in cash and were promised change, but it never came. On a positive note, I appreciate that Arena OC upgraded my party's table and placed it side by side with the promo table. This thoughtful gesture showed attention to our needs, and I'm grateful for that. But, as I mentioned earlier, on-site employees are making up for the lack of care for customer service on behalf of upper management. The staff is doing their best to compensate for the shortcomings in management's approach, but it's clear that the real issue lies with the decision-makers at the top. Adding to the frustration, I still have not received my commission check over a month later. I followed up and provided my email address as requested, but I have not received any response since. This lack of communication is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Furthermore, I was told that I hadn't checked any names off the guest list, which is simply untrue. It's clear that management needs a more reliable system for tracking guest lists and ensuring accuracy. Out of the 20 people on my list, 14 showed up before the 11pm cut-off time, including 7 women--but I was told that none of them had been checked in. This discrepancy highlights a serious issue with how guest lists are managed. Hosts rely on sales from tables and guest list entries, and for both systems to be disorganized, it gives the impression that Arena OC needs to revisit their business model because they are not operating efficiently. Customer service, while commendable, is severely limited by how much on-site employees can compensate for management's desire to cut corners. Last but not least, they have on-site photographers but the photos from the event still have not been uploaded to their website for us to download and share. While the on-site staff's dedication is commendable, the club's operational and management issues severely overshadow their hard work and detract from the overall customer experience. Arena OC has potential, but for now, it's far from my top choice for nightlife in Orange County. TLDR; have not received commission for hosting, did not get change from payment, understaffed, understocked, inaccurate account of guest list. Business model needs improvement.

Their tweet defended themselves saying that they never changed the link on anyone, but then on their Facebook post, they apologized stating that they overwrote the link after they brought the site back up. Who knows? Maybe the correct link was shared amongst friends and people who work in the industry. It would appear that way, given some of these electronic music Twitter accounts made smug little comments about how they were able purchase tickets and how they sent the link to others.

My friend booked online the day off the event for an Upper Level VIP Booth for $300 + tax/fees. We had a good time & of course with thanks to the alcohol too :) Music was not bad but I felt it was better towards the end of the night. Well, here's the quick run down --- Arrived by 10:45PM. No lines whatsoever & no hostess at the front. Just the security working out front & they walked us in to our VIP table. The main club room was at no more than 40% capacity but the smaller patio room was packed (more chill vibe, music was not my liking tho). We didn't get the Upper Level Booth cuz there were hardly anyone there that bought a VIP booth so they closed off all that section. So we were on the floor bout 3 tables away from the DJ booth. The choice of alcohol (priced at $300) we wanted was not available said our hostess. IMO - there was not a lot of bottle choices to begin with. So we had to pick something of a higher price & we ended up having to gett a decent bottle priced at $500. Otherwise if not, we all be having hangover the next day! Oh don't forgot that increase of bottle price doesn't include tax & gratuity, so will have to pay more than what was paid online. 3 lovely waitresses did come out with signs & bottle sparkles to our table. They were super sweet. We had water bottles & mixers. I forgot her name but our assigned waitress came to check on us through out the night & made our drinks as needed. Service was good. They also had 1 aerialist which seemed a bit outta place & unnecessary . DJ Kim Lee did not come on til 11:30PM and left by 12:30AM! Her set was a-ok but we made the best of it & enjoyed our time out. We almost stayed til the end but left around 1:30AM where there was practically no one on the dance floor. Few wore masks & most did not. So all I can stay there was plenty of room to dance all over the main room & no long lines waiting for drinks at the bar or even at the restroom!

There are pros and cons to my experience here, so you can be the judge but I figured everyone should know. I've been to this club a couple years ago and it used to be a packed place with 2 DJ sets and variations of music to go around, but since then it's gone downhill. I had a table this time around and I will say there was a lot of ease booking and getting your party in. That was great, all the way up until the actual table experience. When we arrived in the club, vibes were good, staff was nice, and the service was quick. The downside occurred when it came to security. Each table is assigned a security guard to preserve your night experience, but our security guard had a different agenda. Our security guard requested shots from our table and proceeded to be on the dance floor dancing with random people. He would check in about every 30 minutes, but the time he was gone was when things got too much. A random guy dressed in all black started to inch closer and closer to the table (he had a drink in his hand) and when I approached him he said he "was security". He tried to persuade me multiple times that he was security and when I asked all the staff if they knew who he was they said "no". I requested both the staff and our security guard to show him out, but he somehow convinced them that he worked there and no one bothered too double check with "his boss". Kind of crazy, when you think about it. It wasn't until asking him multiple times over the course of probably 1 hour did he finally leave. Ridiculous service if you ask me - especially if you're paying for a table. Keep in mind all security where either a HEAT polo or a suit - none of which this guy had. Also when I approached the bar to order a drink later in the night, the bartenders were arguing over who would take my order, even when the club was basically EMPTY.
