H2. Sub Lemongrass Chicken chicken pho
    Virginia B.

Five of us came here for dinner and were seated promptly at a table for six. It took a while for someone to come to take our drink order but once she came the service was ok. There was someone there working that did not smile once the whole time but our interaction with that one was limited. We had egg rolls and spring rolls for starters. Neither I would get again. I had chicken pho and it was okay. It did have lots of chicken but the flavor just wasn't there. I did bring some home as it was more than I could finish. I also had a chicken sub that was disappointing, mostly because of the bread. Not soft at all. I wouldn't get that again for sure. They have a variety of fruit drinks and I got a mango one. It was good but expensive. Decor is modern and there are lots of windows for natural light. I will stick to my place near Costco

KEEP IN MIND THIS PLACE CATERS TO HOLLY SPRINGS GENERAL POPULATION AND MORE AMERICANIZE FOCUS (Nothing wrong just be aware based on your preference) I been here multiple times to give it a more accurate review. If another pho place was in the area then I do not think this one would keep up since it super pricey and they nickle and dime customers. Like we got two pho and got barely any toppings. We asked for some more and got some right near the end of our dish cause it took forever and we were charged 3 extra dollars for it. I also always have issue with the portion sizes everytime I went. Again super elevated prices and extra charges that we arent aware of until the bill comes. The broth is not that flavorful and I have to add a lot of sauce to make up for it. I just think if you want pho it be worth driving out of holly springs for better options but if you want something close by then I get the appeal. Will I go again probably cause it conveniently located but not often. I do hope they change their portion size on the toppings or not charge so much for it or atleast be upfront about it.

First time at Bep for an early dinner with a friend. Arrived at 5 and was promptly seated and given menus, drink orders taken. Started with water and then ordered a peach tea. The peach tea was amazing. Our waitress was very patient and helpful in selection. For appetizers we ordered wings and pork bun and for the meal Chicken Pho and Shrimp Pho in beef broth. All the food came out at once which we didn't anticipate, but it was totally fine. I'm sharing for others so they're aware. The portion sizes were plentiful and the pho was delicious. I'd definitely go back. Bep also offers Boba and smoothies. Bep is located in downtown Holly Springs and there is ample parking around the restaurant. If you want dessert after, there are 2 ice cream shops within walking distance and another about a mile away.

First time dining here. Absolutely had to have Pho. Basically I've eaten Pho all over the world, so I know Pho ! I had sliced raw steak Pho. All the garnishments, cilantro, Thai basil, lime wedge and bean sprouts. I like to also add hoisin and siracha. I always taste before I add anything. The broth is what makes and this broth was very flavorful ! Atmosphere and service was excellent ! I don't live in this area, but, I would most certainly make the hour long trip to return !

This place is pretty far away from us but we had a discount offer and drove down for a late lunch on a Saturday. It's a fast casual restaurant where you order at the counter and they bring the food to you. The staff seemed very young, like High School students. The decor was pretty plain and basic. Although we enjoyed the spring roll and my noodle lemongrass beef, my wife said her pho ga was pretty bland and didn't have a great broth. This might be good for a quick fix of Vietnamese food, but we feel other restaurants have slightly better food.

TLDR: Good Vietnamese food and boba tea in Holly Springs. Reasonable prices and portions. Fresh ingredients. Friendly, efficient service. Yum, delicious Vietnamese food in Holly Springs. Bep is easy to locate with parking available in nearby lots or along the street. I stopped here on a weekend evening for dinner having ordered online for pick-up. Estimated pick-up time was 30 minutes. The menu is full of delicious sounding items making it difficult to decide. We ended up choosing the grilled tofu vermicelli bowl ($13.95), tofu roll ($6.95), and pho ga bowl ($13.95). We enjoyed each of the items including the accompanying sauces. Prices and portions are reasonable. Plus the items were packaged well. That being said I would have liked if the tofu rolls were not wrapped in Saran wrap. Seems wasteful and unnecessary since there are other ways to keep them from sticking. Only other suggestion I have is that they read the order notes. I included a note in two places on the online order (since I was not sure which space to put it) and neither was read or acknowledged. I asked when picking up the order and they hadn't even seen the note. It may not have printed with the order. Therefore, if there is anything important that you need the kitchen to know, I would recommend calling to place the order or dining in. When I arrived to pick up the order I was greeted by a friendly employee at the counter. My order was retrieved quickly and was accurate. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and recommend this restaurant to others!

Strawberry Matcha Milk Tea & Brown Sugar Milk Tea

I was honestly disappointed by this place. My husband and I came for dinner on a Friday night with no expectations, but we do eat at many Asian restaurants and enjoy authentic cuisine. This place was not that. Although spacious, the restaurant did not feel cozy or welcoming. The food: My husband's pho came with the meat on the menu, but they do not serve it with tripe (if you're looking for that). He also wished there were more meat & noodles, but the broth was good. My lemongrass pork tasted good, but was not as charred or grilled as I have had it in other Vietnamese restaurants (the meat was soft and not crispy grilled). The portion size was large though, so enough to take some home. I will mention that they bring your food out to you on a cart. Which is fine, except the person who brought out our food was flipping his hair around and I was worried his hair might land in my food. Eek. We also ordered a strawberry matcha milk tea and brown sugar milk tea to go. My matcha milk tea was pretty good, I would definitely come back for it. But my husband's brown sugar milk tea did not come with the herbal jelly topping that he ordered, just the tapioca bubbles. The server did not ask about our ice or sweetness option, so we did not get to pick (my husband wanted less ice, so his tea became more watered down). The ONLY saving grace this place offers is plant-based milk options! No other bubble tea place/cafes offers this that I am aware of. 6/10 - disappointing, but may come back for bubble tea bc of the plant-based milks

I stopped by here to try one of their tea drinks but when I saw that they had Banh Mis I knew I had to try it. It was delicious and filling. I love a good banh mi and this one did not disappoint. It had a good bit of meat and a tasty sauce on it. I also had one of their mango smoothies with strawberry jelly. I thought it would be jelly but it was little pieces of jelly. I wasn't a huge fan of the texture or taste. But the mango smoothie was pretty good. Not the usual mango taste I'm used to but it was interesting.

    Love this carryout bag!

We went there for the yelp elite event, the plan was to have boba tea and dinner, but unfortunately we got there after the kitchen had closed, so we'll definitely be back to try it. The place is so cute and super clean.. the staff is super friendly and helpful.. even though they didn't know how to work our yelp elite qr code they gave us two drinks for free

We came here an early Saturday afternoon and we receded right away. The restaurant is very clean and service was very attentive. The strawberry lemonade drink was full of flavor. The tofu rolls were very fresh and loaded with veggies. Loved the peanut sauce with it. I ordered chicken broth with tofu and veggies and it was very good. It came out hot and could've definitely had two meals from it. Lots of noodles and broth. Vegan and gluten-free options available

Very simple taste- that doesn't mean bland. It captures sweet, savory and tang. Ordered green curry. Good flavor but almost bland - it can improve on the ingredients. Khao soi noodles again, taste good but missing something - All the dishes tried seems it was missing fish sauce flavor and more, which all dishes didn't seem to reflect traditional deep flavors. The chicken wings were pretty good. Wish the skin was crunchy and had a better batter. The hat yai dry rub was good, salty and sour but kind of reminded me more like tajin. My son really loved it. Service: yin and yang. One older lady who served our table was nice and attentive. The other supporting female staff there was unfriendly, almost seemed mad at the world. Slow service. Price: I don't know why NC charges so much for Asian food in general. I can't say it's outrageously expensive or reasonable price for the genre of this food. All in all, not a bad tasting food. It captured good flavor and has potential. I felt that the dishes are made afraid to show the real flavor traditional Thai flavor. May be good for entry -level food exploring.

They were crispy, creamy, and overall a banger! My husband got the "ginger dish" with chicken; he went into a trance while eating it, started wolfing it down. He says it was light, sweet and savory, the ginger making it refreshing which was nice for the summer heat. I got the pad Thai with shrimp, the shrimp were absolutely perfect! Plump and juicy; the server had asked about my spice level (1/5) and I got a 2 which I think was also just right! I also am grateful they de-tailed the shrimp (some places don't) so you could just dig in and enjoy all the flavors with no hassle of pulling the tails off yourself. With summer winding down, and drizzly days ahead we are definitely looking forward to coming back and having another cozy dinner!

From my questions, she gathered that I wanted something along the lines of vegetarian and suggested about four different dishes that I might like. Since I wasn't tooooo hungry, I went with the Nem Chay Cuốn Bbq Vegi Spring Rolls (2): Soft rice paper wrapped around bbq Vegi, & lettuce, served with house special sauce. Total: $5.41 What a treat! These were so fresh and tasty! Great mixture of herbs, noodles, and tofu. Nothing was too overwhelming - all just right! The dipping sauce!!?! I could drink it (well, maybe just use it on MORE rolls!). From what I gathered from my visit, it was a good spot for something simple. I do have friend that comes here every time they come to town to order their shrimp fried rice - they state it is amazing. So, there are two dishes that I can tell you about - the rolls from my personal experience and the fried rice that my friend raves about without any shame!
