The place has a good vibe, nice bar for a ramen place. Pork gyozas slightly warm, I would've like them hot. My hubby's pork ramen was good, I didn't try it. The duck ramen.......a ton of pork rinds which don't make any sense because they are soggy after a while, very rich, I removed them from the soup. Duck was OK, noodles cooked well, lots of fresh grated garlic, which took away from the broth taste. This is the best rated ramen in the area, unfortunately did not impress.

Rice in the rice dish was cold and stiff. Several in our group noted the ramen broth as sweet though preferred savory broth. Observed several staff on their phones while our orders were slow to arrive. Parking is limited. Don't park at the adjacent Waffle House.

Quickly seated and served water. After perusing menu ordered ginger tea and R6 Gyudon (sukiyaki beef) rice bowl. Ginger tea blew me away, sooo flavorful. Rice bowl was very large and very good. As I was solo seated at bar service was little lacking but place was very busy and moving items constantly. Look forward to trying soup bowl next. Definitely try ginger tea .

Hands down the best vegetarian ramen in the area!! I have been looking far in wide in the triangle area for vegetarian ramen especially with all the winter weather that keeps hitting us. I have finally found THE one. Noodle Boulevard is an unassuming place that's hard to find but you will be glad you did. There is plenty of parking and even though the inside looks small, they have fit many seats there. The menu had a vast array of appetizers, rice bowels and ramen. I got the vegetarian spring rolls and the Tofu Curry Ramen with udon noodles. The service is FAST. We were in and out within an hour. The spring rolls were fresh, you could tell they didn't use the frozen packs that many restaurants have. The Tofu Curry Ramen was packed with flavor. I got medium spice level and found it spicy, so watch out. But either way, I couldn't stop eating because it was savory, peppery and perfect richness. This restaurant is far from me, but I plan to make the trek again and again because the food is so worth it.

Several of my friends had recommended this place to me and I just got around to trying it. Let me tell you it was completely worth the wait. The Ramen is so customizable and they have great vegetarian and gluten-free options. I've traveled to Japan and had some amazing Ramen all over the world and I thought this Ramen was great. The broth was so flavorful and their spice level was perfect. My tiniest critique is that the pork in mine was 90% fat and 10% actual meat. The portion sizes are pretty large. Even on a weeknight the restaurant is pretty busy so if you're coming with a larger party of 4 to 6 people I would expect to wait. I'll definitely be coming back to try some of the other Ramen.

The broth was good and the noodles were decent. I will say I will not be returning, it doesn't seem to be authentic with celery in it. although I'm sure the local people enjoy it, they probably don't go out much. My short rib was tender but flavorless. Also when asked to replace the with black garlic the server said it would be an additional 17 dollars for the already 20$ bowl. Later to circle around and tell another mate at our table that he could just add black garlic for no charge since it's an oil. So I'm not sure how that was a question that was confusing. As well as the server having no awareness for his own placement of items on the table. It is unacceptable to reach over someone soup over and over again. Serve from the left and right not through the middle of the table with your arms waving over peoples open food. As a chef please know it's serving drink from the right and food from the left. Picture 2 shows that he could easily serve from behind us

Absolutely love Noodle Boulevard~ stumbled on this place by review searching a few years ago and it never disappoints. The older Asian lady who seems like an owner/manager is ever so kind, she's so warm and efficient. If you come here and think "wow, it's packed", just remember, they clear people out quite well, without the feel of rushing you. We are never deterred by how packed it is. The parking situation though is a bit cramped but you can always park down the hill by the other establishment. The fried enoki mushrooms are one of my favorite along with the Tonkatsu. What I also love about this place is they are very flexible on adding toppings. Location is great, its by lots of nearby shopping which makes for a great lunch break while youre in Cary. Overall, Noodle boulevard is always solid win. Actually except for the fact they are closed on Mondays (boo hoo), oh and also be mindful that they close during the day from 2PM - 5PM. Very important. I get frustrated when restaurants do this but hey I guess being the best, needs a break sometimes :)

I completely understand why people rave about this place so much because after the first time I tried this place- I returned very shortly after. This is probably one of the best, if not THE best ramen spot in the area. Everything was a 10/10! Both times we went were really busy but luckily we still got seated immediately. If you are bigger than a party of 2 I would probably expect a wait. It is a small but cute restaurant with different bar seating and high-top tables. My friend is a huge fan of their vegetable ramen with the tom yum broth. For myself, I get the chicken curry ramen and add enoki mushrooms and corn. Please try this- you will not regret it. The broth is literally exploding with flavor and it was enough food to give me ramen for lunch the next day too. I will always be in the mood for this dish. For appetizers, we've tried the chicken yakitori, chicken karaage, shrimp shumai, croquettes, and spring rolls. I have no idea how they make those croquettes but I could probably eat 10 of them. They are so creamy and delicious and my friend and I were obsessed. Other favorites that we now re-order are the shrimp shumai and chicken yakitori.

We went shortly after opening on Saturday. It was packed!! We sat at the corner bar table right by the kitchen. I order the beef ramen with a spice level of 3. Whew!! I'm glad I tasted it before trying to add sriracha sauce. Level 3 was spicy enough for me. Everything was so flavorful and really good. My son had the duck ramen. He enjoyed it as well and he's a very picky eater. I will definitely come back and try more options!

This is my favorite ramen spot! And it's evident because I drive 30 mins to get here. The ramen is always hot, fresh and delicious. The service is always great, I don't like that they no longer have the paper menus, I'm cool that it's online but tell me everything that comes in the bowl online. I shave to ask the server which I feel is stressful for them and me. It's a very small place and there is always a line; with that being said I think there needs to be some kind of policy on how your on the list. You literally wait in line outside in the elements to be seated. It does get a little loud inside, with all the people with laughter and joy from enjoying a good bowl of ramen. Don't get me wrong they do have rice options, but I can't recall ever seeing anyone eating anything other than ramen.

Yummmm-- Noodle Boulevard was a nice find when I needed a quick ramen fix! The tonkotsu ramen is fire, and the fried oysters and gyoza get an honorable mention. Delish! Service was fast and excellent. We appreciated the overflow parking as their lot was full. All in all, Noodle Boulevard is fantastic!

It was good! Last time we both got a Szechuan base and it was VERY spicy so we made sure this time to get a more mild ramen for spice and it was delicious.

This is my friends FAVORITE place to get pho/ramen. So much so that when we sat down the waiter and owner knew exactly who she was. This place is cozy the only thing I would say is that parking can be a bit of a task at times. Other than that this is a dope spot. My friend ordered the Spicy Seafood Kimchi Ramen(level 5) and I asked the waiter to surprise me and I ended up with the Hangover Seafood ramen(level 2). It was delicious however I did end up asking for more spice. I will definitely be back to this place.

Great service, quick and happy to serve! They do not skimp on amount of food either. The price you pay here is great compared to west coast. Lots of thick pork, charred, and lots of noodles and toppings. High quality blended chili oil was also a surprise. We'll be back! The flavors here are rich and comforting, especially when it's cold outside. My go-to orders are the Spicy Tan Tan and the Tonkotsu, both of which are packed with flavor and always hit the spot. The broth is satisfying, the noodles are well-cooked, and it's exactly the kind of meal you crave on a chilly day. This would have been a five-star review for me in the past, but I've knocked it down slightly because the prices have been creeping up. It's starting to feel a bit steep for what used to be an easy, go-to lunch spot, even though the quality is still there. That said, the food itself remains excellent, and I'll absolutely continue coming back, just a little less often for lunch than I used to. Food comes very quickly but very limited seating so keep that in mind if going during peak dining hours. Still a top-tier ramen option in Raleigh.

I had already looked at the menu online and knew what I wanted: shoyu ramen. The order was served with a spoon, a side plate and a paper towel. There was 1 soft-boiled cut into two halves and ample amounts of scallion, menma and braised pork belly. The latter had a rich flavor, helped in no small part by the pork and chicken broth. Not only that, the broth complimented the rest of the ingredients; the egg was enjoyable. My only (minor) complaint is the portion size of the ramen itself. It was smaller than I would like. The lady that served me was probably (best guess) the owner. Her service was impeccable. In addition, Kinoko has a pleasing amenity not found in most restaurants: an AC outlet at every table that was by the wall. This was very handy for a heavy user of laptops and phones like myself. Although there was music playing in the background, it wasn't loud. The server and I were able to hear each other, and I could also hear the voices of others at the bar. It wasn't crowded, but it was doing a lot of takeout for a ramen spot (generally a food best enjoyed fresh). It was a fascinating flavor mix, with some harsh notes that would be a discovery for those that haven't had mala before working well because of the balance of salty and savory flavors and some nice greens and sweet corn. It was unique and I enjoyed it. They had some appetizers and things that I wasn't hungry enough for, but I did wash it down with tea.
