5 star service from beginning to end. Beny cares about his work, people & clients. He carefully goes over everything and makes sure that he is consistently giving 5 star service. We cut back some trees and had roof clearance done, plus they cleaned out the gutters. Highly recommend. read more

Beny's Tree Service did a good job on my trees. Only complaint was that a month after spending over $4,700+ with them, I called them back to take one more limb down. This was on the same tree that they worked on. When they came back out, they agreed it was split and needed to come down...for another $450! We didn't think they would do it for free, but at least a service fee of $150 or so. They agreed to give me 20% off the $450. So I called other tree services that gave me bids at $250. I of course went with the cheaper one. So my recommendation is to get several bids if you are looking to get trees trimmed in the Lake Travis area. read more

I Responded to the $250 facebook add for clearing the roof, but really wanted to have the canopy lifted. They came by to give me an estimate and also looked at a fruit tree in my back yard which was over the roof. They did both trees for $270 which blew my mind. They removed a LOT of tree from the one with the canopy, and cleared the roof of the other tree. Cleaned up all the brush and were in and out in less than 2 hours. Good crew, good service, good deal all around. read more

I needed 2 live oak trees in front of our house trimmed. I requested quotes from various tree services on Yelp. Beny responded immediately and was very responsive and answered all my questions. He had his crew out the very next morning. They were 15 minutes early and got right to work. Manuel the lead on the job was very friendly and explained exactly what they would be doing. They did a great job on my 2 trees and I could not be happier. Prompt service, responsive, fair price, friendly, what more can you ask for. If you need tree services I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely be calling them back the next time I need tree trimming. read more

This is the 3rd time we have used Beny's Tree Service. Each time the crew was fast and thorough. We appreciated how careful they were when cutting large branches and lowering them down on a rope so they didn't fall on other parts of the landscape. read more

We discovered a huge split in our large ash tree after this week's ice storm. We called on Thursday evening and Beny's called us back first thing Friday morning. Beny was at our house by 10 AM to give us a quote to remove the tree. The price was fair, and they were here to work by 8:30 this morning. Within two hours the tree was removed, as well as two small palm trees, and the site was completely cleaned up. I was very impressed with the work and service, and we'll be hiring them to do more work in our backyard in a few weeks. read more

Quick and efficient service. The team was professional and well-equipped for the task at hand. Will definitely refer and use this company again. read more

What a great company to deal with! From first contact thru Yelp to the completion of our project was a good experience. Chris came out to look over our project and discuss our options. He took his time explaining what they would do, and didn't use any high pressure sales tactics. Lucy in the office helped us schedule, then reschedule (our time change not theirs) the project. Manuel and the crew showed up on time, actually a little early, and did a fantastic job trimming the trees & cleaning up after the project. I can highly recommend Beny's Tree Service, they have won a repeat customer. read more

These guys went well above and beyond what I paid for. My yard now looks like a yard, instead of a swamp. The branches that were threatening to tear up the roof are now at a respectful distance. After hours of trimming and sawing, they hauled away every bit of debris, just as they promised. read more

I've used Beny's Tree Service for a few years. They have done a great job and at a very reasonable price. After the last job they did for me I notice a few dead, brown clippings in my oak tree and after calling them, they sent someone out to remove these dead trimmings within a few days. Paulino removed the dead trimmings and sealed the ends of the branches. I can't say enough of how pleased I am with Beny's Tree Service and will definitely use them in the future. Steve read more

They were quick and did an excellent job trimming my trees. Would use them again when needed.

We needed to remove a tree and I got quotes from 3 tree services. We eventually chose Beny because he's knowledgeable but also has the most competitive pricing. His team got the job done beautifully. Also shout out to Lucy who is so communicative and dependable in scheduling, etc. I will come to Beny for all my tree needed going forward. read more

Quick and efficient. They showed up when they said they would. Very good pricing. Will hire again.

Beny and his team moved a 15' tree from one location to other. They came on time and worked hard to move it. It was rocky location so both taking out and re-rooting requires digging into the limestone bedrock. The guys came prepared for it and did a great job. They were very reasonable. I strongly recommend them for moving big tree. read more

Outstanding company because they have outstanding employees. Returned my call within an hour, set an appointment the same day and received an estimate that evening - very timely and competitive! The crew cleared a 1 acre tree/brush infested lot behind my house, ground the stumps below grade, chipped the branches and picked up all the big stuff in about 3 powerful days of work. There was never a worry about them doing what they say they will do and the communication is without equal. The office calls to say they are going to show up at 3:00pm one day and they arrive at 2:55pm ready to go. The office calls back to say they will finish in about an hour and they finish within the hour. It's hard to find a company with this kind of integrity these days. Honest, hard working, punctual and professional - without exception. Give them a call, you will not be disappointed, I sure was not. Beny's will do all my tree trimming from now on. read more

I have asked other tree service company's for a quote and Benny's was the most reasonable price by far. They were very professional and showed up at the time they stated the first time. Very happy with work completed by Beny's Tree Service. From the estimate to the crew arrival, they were early (most contractors these days run late!) and were very courteous and professional. Scheduling was all done online and via text messages since I work full time and on the phone most of the day as part of my job. We agreed on a price and the crew was out in less than 48 hours. The day of work the crew arrived early and we reviewed work to be performed, reviewed price and they were off and completed pretty quickly. They took very good care of all my bird feeders and windchimes in the process. They trimmed two trees in our front yard that needed severe TLC! On the side they also trimmed our neighbor's Crepe Myrtle trees that were severely in need of a trim as well so trimmed them down off our driveway. At completion they sprayed the areas that had been cut, cleaned up and left the yard looking great, raked and all! This was one Facebook post advertising that worked great! Normally they are "too good to be true" but this one was! read more

I called Beny's Tree Service yesterday to schedule an appointment for an estimate. There's an old hackberry on my back-door neighbor's lot with large limbs hanging over my property that needed trimming. Immediately after scheduling, Beny texted a copy of his proof of insurance. He was here today, on time, and asked if they could do the work this afternoon. No problem there! A few hours later, TWO crews showed up (8 men) and knocked out the job in what must have been record time! Some of the limbs were large, but nothing was dropped, it was roped off and lowered to the ground to prevent damage to the landscaping. They carried all the debris from the back of my lot to their trailer parked on the street, and even used a leaf blower to clear leaves off my sidewalk! It was truly a whirlwind of activity, and the work was accomplished quickly and definitely to my satisfaction. They are at the top of my list for any future tree work I might need to have done. read more

I saw their ad on FB and the great reviews on Yelp. I was able to coordinate remotely and the job went really well with estimate/ scheduling / photos/ payment over the phone. There was a hiccup with slight damage to a garden feature but Beny made it right the same day & looks like it never happened. I would def hire him again and recommend. They have fair prices and fast service. read more

Beny's Tree Service is thee absolute best in town! Had three other bids and neither could even touch Beny's. He's honest, forthright and no BS! Beny himself showed up for the estimate on time and then again as "foreman"on the day of the job. He and his two man crew went way above and beyond my expectations! I will be calling Beny again soon. Very quick response and reasonably priced. First time that I have used Beny's and very pleased. Beny's is perhaps the best home service person we have EVER worked with! His team did an incredible job on our trees and shrubs. I had a pile of cedar I wanted turned into mulch for our gardens. Simple, right? Apparently not for some. I had to fire the first company I hired (recommended by a friend) because they were turning an 9-hour job (what I estimated it would take me and a helper do, since I've done it myself enough in the past to know) into a 4-day job, and they ignored my instructions and spent most of their time moving their chipper around. And the mulch they created was rejected by my gardener as unusable because it was so large and stringy. I decided to shop around for a replacement, and got estimates from four companies on Yelp and another estimate from a recommendation. The prices for the job were wildly different - the high estimate was almost four times the low estimate. I ended up going with Beny's Tree Service because Beny, who came out to do the estimate, spent the most time looking over the work and asked about additional piles he'd seen on the property (and ended up doing those as well). Am I glad I chose Beny! Remember I said I thought it was a 9-hour job? Beny and his crew were done in 3. And that was also doing two other smaller piles that no one else provided estimates for. And the mulch they created was much finer and appropriate for gardens, so now my gardener is happy, too. Fast, reasonably priced, competent, caring - I'll be having Beny do all my tree trimming and mulching in future. Highest recommendation! read more

Beny's Tree Service provided excellent service from start to finish. The on-site bid was prompt with Lucy and Francisco, the reminders for the start date were helpful, and when the crew came on-site I wanted to watch them scale the trees more than do my own work. The entire crew was professional and excelled at their craft of trimming and taking down the trees on my property. Beny and Chris, came in clutch the day of as I changed my mind on a few things and they quickly bid and made it happen that day. I was thoroughly impressed and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree/lot clean up services. read more

I responded to a $250 offer I got on Facebook for trimming a tree six feet back from my roof and cleaning the gutters. It seemed too good to be true. I had waited since our ice storms because it was impossible to find anyone to do the work then and prices were out of sight. I called on Tuesday, got an estimate right away, clued my neighbor in and she also contracted Beny's to do her work. I had a little extra work that needed doing on a tree that had some hanging branches near my neighbor's house and I agreed to an extra $100 to take care of that too. We were to have our work done Friday morning, but Wednesday evening I was contacted to see if Thursday morning would work. They came this morning and did both houses in under three hours, including trimming a whole tree in my neighbor's front yard. They cleaned up after themselves, painted over wounds on oak trees and honored their quote to the penny. I can't say enough good things about them and will have them back periodically to keep things cleaned up. read more

I ask for a quote on Facebook, never got the quote. But was woken at 8 am with banging on my door. Truck outside and men standing in my yard. When I opened the door I was told they were here to cut my trees. I explained I had not hired them, they left. Eventually I did hire them. They showed up much earlier than they were supposed to. Took them 15 minutes to back the truck into the drive. Job was adequate but they ran over and killed plants beside drive. Later, I decided I would hire them for the discounted roof clearing for my son's newly purchased home. I booked the appointment for 10 am, and told them they absolutely could not show before 10 am. The day before appointment they text that they would be early. I called the office and replied to text stating I could not be there and they could not come before 10 am. At 8:30 on the day of appointment I get a call that they are at the home and doing the job. This was a huge inconvenience for me and I had to rearrange my work to meet them. I called the office to complain and Benny, the owner was not at all cooperative. I think the work is only adequate and they just show up whenever they want. None of the crew speaks English, and I do not speak Spanish so it was very difficult to communicate about tree service. I would not recommend Benny's tree service. read more

Beny and his brother Francisco, with help from Gonzalo, just completed a major and urgent repair to one of our giant Live Oak trees. They arrived as promised and completed what I expected would be a four hour job in just one hour, including clean-up. Watching Francisco dangling from a branch 30 feet up over our swimming pool while operating his chainsaw was more thrilling than watching trapeze artists at a Barnum & Bailey circus. It cost about 70% more than their original quote, but considering I amended my request at the last minute to include at least 100% more work, I feel treated like a valued customer. -- Fred in Westlake, TX. read more
