Couldn't have been more pleased. A friend told me he had a similar-size tree removed and paid $3000 for removal and haul-off. I got three bids, $1850, $1800, and $1200, the last from ATT. Joshua sent me a copy of his liability insurance, and I called the insurer and they confirmed that it's current. I asked for Worker's Compensation insurance and he said he doesn't have it, but he'd be willing to sign a waiver. I wrote one up and he signed it. When I hired him on Friday he said they'd be there next week. On Wednesday he called and said they'd be there the next morning. The arrived at 7:45, but didn't start chainsaws until 8:00, respectful of the noise ordinance. The tree they removed was hanging over my house. I was worried about big chunks falling onto the roof, but that never happened. I watched the crew of five work for a while, they were clearly skilled, and tied the parts they were cutting with a rope so that they couldn't fall on the roof. Two hours to cut down a large tree with a double trunk, then another hour to get all the pieces loaded in the trailer. They then ran a leaf blower to clean up. Done by 11:15. I tipped each of the crew $20. read more

Josh and his team were great! Josh is friendly and keeps a great schedule. He listens and his team is safe to have on the property, friendly and professional. They arrive early, keep on task and finish the job and clean up well. His work speaks for itself...my neighbor came over and set up a job with A.T.T. for later on. Highly recommended. read more

I am such a happy customer tonight! My big problem - 15' tree limb knocked to the ground - was probably the smallest job Affordable Tree Trimming did today. But they came out as promised to give an estimate and told me the limbs would be gone by nightfall. True to their word, they arrived, cut up, hauled off and even cleaned up the sidewalk area before sunset. Today was a busy tree day in our neighborhood due to strong winds overnight. As I said I am certain my problem was not the biggest job they had today, but they took care of it like it was. read more

Really pleased with the prompt and professional service by the guys at Affordable Tree Trimming (ATT). So glad we called them out! We had one tree that snapped high up due to a storm and then fell into another (dying) tree and both needed to be removed quickly for safety reasons. Even though it was the Saturday of a three-day weekend, Josh got it done ASAP. The ATT guys also cleaned the area afterwards and had it looking better than before! We won't hesitate to call them again in the future when we need tree help. read more

We had a tree branch break off over the weekend while we were out of town and came back early Monday morning to find it covering the pathway to our front door. Called our usual tree trimmers and they were booked out 'til the end of the month. Found "Affordable Tree Trimming" on Yelp and a gentleman by the name of Josh immediately picked up my phone call. He offered to come by same day after his afternoon job to take a look and provide an estimate. I sent some pictures and he gave me a ballpark estimate. He ended up charging us on the lower end of the ballpark estimate and was able to take care of it on the spot. We came home to a trimmed tree and our front yard looks even better than before. Highly recommend Affordable Tree Trimming for your tree trimming needs! read more

Josh and his team are excellent with trees. We had a massive tree fall over the fence of our newly bought house and into our neighbor's yard (over their newly planted garden bed, no less). This was a true emergency and had to be fixed asap. Josh responded very punctually, showed for estimates early and brought his full team almost immediately thereafter. They did an amazing job cutting the tree, avoiding any further damage, hauling away, even cleaned off a lot of the tree dust and cleaned up our pool as well. They work with high quality, not to mention high speed and take 100% end to end responsibility. They were very affordable relative to their competitors. Highly recommended read more

So glad we found Josh. I got many estimates for tree trimming services, and Josh came in the lowest. Based on his excellent reviews, we hired him. He was very responsive and him & crew showed up when he promised & for the price promised. Our trees look great. I highly recommend Josh for all your tree trimming needs. We will definitely be using his service again, and his crew was very attentive. read more

When I first called Josh, he told me he had come into contact with someone who had tested positive for coronavirus. He had tested negative but he wanted to quarantine and didn't want to meet at my house. But he could come in a week. Who does that? I told him: you are an honest man and you got the job. In a world where we are forced to comparison shop, question people's integrity to "manage risk," it is refreshing to meet good, honest people you can trust. After the epic snow storm, a tree branch fell and was crushing some hedges and a fence. Josh came and cut down that branch the next day without charging me for it, BEFORE the day he was supposed to come with his crew to work. We got our trees shaved of mistletoe and all of our trees trimmed. Good quality work done by good quality men. read more

Last weekend we took the first step on our "home improvements" list. It was one that all of our neighbors would appreciate. We hired Afforable Tree Trimming, to do the job. Jason and Josh did an amazing job. They were well priced, professional, and very meticulous with the look of the finished product. They are arborists with a really good eye for design. They removed a couple of trees, trimmed up the Oaks, and did a fantastic job cleaning up and hauling away after. My daughter took the before and after pics. Call Jason 512-789-5711, if you need to clean up your trees. read more

Highly recommend Affordable Tree Trimming. Based in many positive NextDoor reviews, I called Joshua Flores 512-769-5711. He was very responsive, came out for a thorough walk around our property to make us an estimate and then got the work done in the specified time. He really cared that we were happy with the work he and his crew did and actually went above and beyond. So glad to have used his company. read more

Josh was very responsive and he and his crew did great work for a fair price. Have a few stands of oaks / cedars that hadn't been touched in a few year from the looks of it. They cleaned them up nicely and shaped a couple crepe myrtles in the front of the house. He also had a nice recommendation on clearing some space around a beautiful red oak, which turned out great. Highly recommend Josh and ATT! read more

I love Josh and his crew. This is the second time and the second home I've used him for. Last summer we moved into a new place and he cleared a 1/2 acre lot of over 30 saplings, trimmed all of the mature oaks back beautifully and removed 3, 30'+ trees including stump grinding- all of this in about 3 days! The result was a stunning transformation of the property which allowed the house to be framed really well, raised the canopy in the yard while still maintaining shade, and exposed an unknown west-facing sunset view we didn't even know we had because of overgrowth! All of this done quickly, professionally and at a very good price. I always get 3 bids for any job and Josh's bid was the best- but that's not why I chose him- I chose him because he was sincere, responsive, listened to what I wanted, gave good feedback on what was a good idea and what wasn't, and he most of all assured me he wouldn't quit until I was happy. He did not disappoint in any way. He did such a good job my neighbor walked over and contracted him to do his house immediately after he was done with mine! So fast forward a year and a rental property I had needed the trees cleaned up. I called Josh knowing he would do a great job. He met me the same day I called him, and he and his crew were out 2 days later. Another spectacular job. The property looks so much better and I not have to worry about it for a long time. Again, his job was so good, the neighbor behind me saw his work and had him come over and do his house- I need to start charging a referral fee! Bottom line, you will love the work Josh and his crew do, and the price is right. I now refer him to everyone I know. And he's got a pretty cool name! read more

I needed a couple of Pecan trees trimmed and a tree cut down. Josh stopped by almost immediately to give me an estimate. He was very detail oriented and laid out a few different options, all for a very reasonable price. Josh was able to come out shortly after, accommodating a tight timeline. He and his crew were extremely professional, efficient, and respectful of both me and my neighbor's property (one of the trees required accessing my neighbor's yard). I would highly recommend Affordable Tree Trimming for any tree maintenance you might need! read more

Josh came out promptly to give us a quote. The name of the company rings true-- affordable! We immediately agreed upon the price, no negotiation needed since it was so reasonable. Our job was approx 15 very large oak and elm trees that had NEVER been trimmed before. it was a big job. The crew of 3 plus Josh came out about a week later. They did a fantastic job trimming, shaping, and raising the canopy. They used ropes and harnesses and were high up in the trees. It was a total transformation! It took them bout 6 hours total, including clean up-- which I must mention was fantastic. They picked up all the brush and also raked to pick up the small pieces. We would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again. read more

If you are in need of tree trimming services, Joshua and his crew at Affordable Tree Trimming is the man/company for the job. They did an excellent job of pruning our six trees; raising and shaping the canopy. Joshua and his guys took their time making sure to remove and prune branches so that the end result was aesthetically pleasing to the eye and safe for the health of the trees. Cleanup afterwards was just as amazing. Could not be happier with the work they completed and the 'customer experience'. I won't be calling anyone else for tree service, and you shouldn't either. read more

We highly recommend Josh and Affordable Tree Trimming. Yes, they charged an affordable price. But more importantly, Josh was super polite, incredible responsive and communicative, and they did a great job. Our tree looks fantastic, and I think the ground in our yard was cleaner after they left than before. And, they were able to get the work done only a few days after I first called him - way above my expectations. read more

I want to highly recommend Affordable Tree Trimming. After getting them to install mulch this spring, I decided to call them out to trim trees. Both Jason and Josh came out with a crew to trim all of my trees. They were there exactly when promised and even brought more crew with them than they had promised. They did everything promised and more. They are very reasonable in their pricing and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. If you are in need of any tree trimming work, you definitely need to call Jason & Josh. read more

Shout out to Affordable Tree Trimming. Had been having difficulty finding a reasonable arborist and then stumbled on Jason. I called him up and he was at my house the same day to provide an estimate. 1.5 acre lot and Jason understood quickly exactly what I needed. His crew showed up the next week and lifted, trimmed and cleaned up all remnants. He actually followed up a few weeks later to check in. I told him I had a few more limbs I needed shaped and he showed up a couple days later and finished up. No charge. I'll have him back next Fall for phase 2. read more

It was a God track that I contacted Joshua Flores! He came to my residence, walked the property with me and then gave me a free estimate for tree trimming and removal. I am more than happy with their work. Also, they are respectful, dependable, very efficient. I will contact them again the next time I need tree trimming done. Even though it was over the Christmas break and other companies were putting me off for days when I called Josh with Affordable Tree Trimming he wanted to come out that very afternoon and provide an estimate. He arrived and I described the tree removal/trimming that I needed done, approx. removal of 12 trees and about the same large branches and some tree shaping/trimming. He understood what I was trying to accomplish, made constructive suggestions, and then provided his affordable estimate. When we agreed to the price, he was able to even start the very next morning. His team showed up early the next morning. Josh and his staff were extremely polite, respectful, hard working, and were able to complete the entire effort in one day. I even had a cedar tree that was severely leaning over the iron fence and they were able to remove it without damaging the fence at all. Josh made sure that I was happy with the results throughout the day. In addition, he has a good eye for how each tree should be trimmed. By the end of the day, I could see other trees that needed removal/trimming so Josh provided another estimate. After deciding to proceed with a second day of effort, he reviewed his schedule and was able to fit me in within a few days. He kept me informed during the waiting period so I knew that he had not forgotten me. He and his team again arrived early and promptly one morning and with double the team were able to again finish that day. Their cleanup both days was first rate. I will definitely be calling Affordable Tree Trimming again for future work. read more

The world would be a better, prettier, and safer place if more businesses conducted their affairs like Affordable Tree Trimming! We had a major seasonal project around our little country home, yet ATT handled it with grace and grit, even during the recent hard rains. I have never done business with anyone more conscientious than Josh, the crew supervisor. His team quickly, yet carefully, cleared away dead limbs and ragged growth on numerous oaks surrounding our properties. A gorgeous 360 degree canopy of healthy, upright trees emphasize everything good about where we live; one of the best investments we've made since settling into our little piece of heaven outside Dripping Springs. I recommend ATT without reservation! read more

Joshua, one of the owners of this young company, gave me an estimate which was much more reasonable than the other two estimates I received (from two established companies). He told me that he would be on the job with his crew and complete the job to my satisfaction. They came on time, worked hard for six and a half hours, and did a beautiful job on the tree-trimming. A couple of times, Josh asked me to go outside because he wanted to double check to make sure I wanted a small tree removed and wanted me to see their progress to make sure I was pleased with it. They cleaned up beautifully by chipping the larger branches, raking up the smaller ones, and sweeping my driveway. My yard looks fantastic and the entire crew was hard-working and extremely polite. Great experience! read more
