Holy Moly, why haven't We been to this place before. Kind of a hidden easy to miss location in a tiny strip mall just south of Walmart on Evergreen. The people were sweet the kitchen staff did a wonderful job fixing the dishes, they aren't so big that stuff was pre cooked or in a stale buffet table. The highest recommendations came from everyone we talked to there, young and old. Free Miso soup, Egg Flower soup and Tea. And the nice smiling folks prepare a hugh menu of fresh cooked food, piping hot and flavorful. The prices are right on and the portions were more than ample. Yep 5 STARS, it's that good! read more

I work close by and love getting my lunch to go from Bento Time! Nothing's super but you get good portions and tasty food! I usually get the California roll and veggie tempura. Again this isn't fancy sushi but it's a fat roll! General Tso's Tofu is really tasty. The spicy rolls are REALLY spicy. My only complaint would be the vegetables in the dishes are poor quality and rather soggy, but I do enjoy eating here! read more

The portions are very satisfying for the price and the quality is outstanding. Lunch or dinner, the service and quickness of the preparation make it a good stop during a busy day. This place was really good. We had the Combo Noodles, some Gyoza and a large Chicken Breast Teriyaki. . The service was fast and friendly and they offered complimentary soup while we waited. The Egg Drop was decent. Not the best I've had but very good for complimentary. The teriyaki was delicious. The meat was fresh and tender and the sauce was flavorful and delicious. I also added a fair amount of their chili sauce which made it all even better. The Noodle portion was huge. It ultimately took me about three sittings to eat it all. I probably could have done it in one if I hadn't had other stuff to eat but it was impressively large and had great flavors. My wife and kid really liked it as well and I think that will be our go-to at this place. The Gyoza were solid as well. Nothing different, just competent quality. I think this will be a regular spot for us going forward. The only negative I will point out is that though the combo noodles were very impressive in size, not so much for the teriyaki. I ordered a large and it didn't seem quite large enough. Most other places I eat that offer a large option give a lot more than I was given here. That's just one small gripe though. I generally judge restaurants based off of four factors: How long it takes my boyfriends digestive tract (which is temperamental)if at all, and if my stomach gets upset or if I get a migraine. The third is if it tastes good or wows me. The fourth is cost for the amount of food. Boyfriend didn't like it. Food was expensive. Not a big selection. But no tummy problems. Been looking on yelp for new teriyaki places for a while now, and finally decided to test out bento time. All the good reviews did not steer me wrong, the food was very good. I got a chicken gyoza plate, and the gyozas were espicially good. The only complaint would be that the service wasn't the best, but hey we all have bad days! read more

I'm used to General Tso's being spicy and theirs is not. Reminded me of orange chicken. Cali roll was good. Sunshine roll was good. Salad dressing was tangy and citrusy. Service was quick. Overall good experience and would go back if I was in the area but wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. read more

Very very impressed with there food I ordered chicken breast teriyaki with brown rice it was delicious. Fresh cooked rice and tender chicken . I also got egg flower which was good . My bf got the bento box it came with Mongolian beef , chicken teriyaki, fried rice ,pot sticker , shrimp and a California roll he loved it and was a lot of food for the price . This is one of my standbys. I really enjoy their food and for a take out place, it's damned good. They serve Korean BimBimBap in the stone bowl if you eat there! That is a plus in my book. If you've never had it the whole point of the stone bowl is that the rice touching the stone gets crispy and delicious! But watch out, it stays hot. Their teriyaki is good and even the Sushi is basic and good for this type of place. Of course it doesn't compare to a classic Sushi place but that's not what it's trying to be. The prices are super affordable especially for the quality and size of portions. The salad dressing is delicious. The chicken teriyaki is 5/5 and the tempura is always crisp and amazing. First off the people who work here are so kind. Whenever myself or my friends walk in they know who we are and greet us. If we 'dine in' they bring us side dishes on the house and the service is always very prompt. The food prices are standard take out teriyaki prices, but the food is delicious! The food here is absolutely delicious. They serve a mix of Japanese, Chinese, and Korean food. My favorite are the bento boxes and the sushi rolls. They have a fairly large menu and almost everything is good. The place is small and most of the customers are there for take-out (they don't deliver for some reason) but the quality of the food is on par with a lot of more expensive Asian restaurants I've been too. edit: It's been two years since my review and I'm lowering it by 1 star. The food is still good and the menu is the same but it's under new ownership now and the new owners/waiters are nowhere near as cordial and friendly as the previous owners. Also all customer appreciation programs such as stamp cards were discontinued and they aren't even polite about it when they tell you it's not accepted anymore. I know it's in a strip mall, and it's almost like fast food japanese food, but it's really good! We normally get the Rib &Tempura combo for about $12, and it's great bc i don't have to order a CA ROLL anymore! i just wish they'd pack up the miso soup like other Japanese restaurants, but i can't complain bc if you go at the right time, you can stop for SBUX afterwards!
