I usted to yo there very often, I was pregnant an craving something really good which I knew that was the right place, the lady up front counter is always friendly, never had a ca plaint auntie today and it wasn't about the food. It was on how she cleans the tables and floors. So behind me it was an empty table the customers left five minutes after, she came with a white rag and deep it into a glass of water let on the table, then she started cleaning the floor ( mopping) with it, I kept and my husband looking what was next, so then she put back the rag in the glass with water and continue to clean the table, she didn't see that I see what she was doing, then my husband asked if that's the way she's cleans her restaurant? She was furious and told my husband short in English that wasn't his business and that we can leave the restaurant, she said go away, go away, pushing us to leave, fortunately I was done with my dinner and we left. I couldn't believe what I saw, since then we never go back. Thought this review would be helpful to another customers. read more

The food is good. You order at the counter then seat yourself. I ordered my food, but over half the tables were still dirty after people have already left. Including plates. Drinks. Ect. I was waiting around for a place to sit for about 10 minutes, they were not that busy either. read more

I give the Bento Factory 5 stars based on not only good food, but the kindness and friendliness of the owners. They greet you with a smile and a hello every time. There is a good spicy Korean dish, the name escapes me at this moment, that is really good and full of meat and stir fry veggies. The Bento boxes are a great value and a lot of food. I absolutely love going to this place. I'm surprised at how clean and good the ambience is. It gets pretty busy here during weekends, So orders might take longer. The staff is friendly. If the owners of this place read these reviews I hope they pay attention to this. I ordered the bento #1 and when it arrived the presentation was great. The California rolls were excellent and the salad wasn't your standard out of the bag and was exceptionally good for a place like this. The rice was done perfectly. The fried pouches were just okay and a tad greasy. The in house sauce was fantastic. But the chicken was luke warm and the grill marks were not crispy. So, they either cooked it way before hand and it sat on a warmer or it was from yesterday and reheated. Either way it had been off of the grill waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long. The flavor of the chicken was great but the texture was hard to handle. I expect the meat to be fresh off of the grill and not have the texture of the pre-cooked junk you can by in the lunch meat section at your local supermarket. The food was not consistent and I won't go back. It is too bad because I wanted to like this place and actually did really enjoy part of the meal. I at least want to say that if the chicken was cooked fresh this was an easy 4 star review. And also the workers were very friendly. read more

This place is really good with great sushi....for the most part. My girlfriend and I love sushi and stumbled upon this place, and it was delicious. The Red Dragon roll is huge and very tasty, and so is the Tempura roll. We have ordered take out from there a few times, and all the variety of food that we get from there has been good......until our last time. On like our fourth time getting take out, instead of getting our Tempura roll we got some other roll that we couldn't figure out what it was.....it tasted bad, fishy, and by the end of the night we were both sick and stayed sick the next day. It was obviously something we ate from there and pretty sure it was that odd roll. My girlfriend has made it clear she will not eat there again. I hate to give this place a bad review because we loved it up until the stomach problems........ I may just have to take my chances and give them another try. read more

When I get there I always order the daeji bulgogi, its got a good serving size along with rice which instantly makes me satisfyingly full. normally i wouldn't like salad, but what made me kept coming here was their homemade ginger sauce, it's so tasty that it a kid who didn't like vegetables can eat it. The waitress is really nice and friendly, she always come by to ask me if everything is alright and if i need anything else. Fast service and clean that's what i like. That's what i call customer service! I brought my girlfriend here to eat about 3 times already, she always orders something different, but in since it's close to winter, she orders the tempura udon, it smells great, the broth is smooth and delicious, then leave with a satisfying stomach and runny nose. haha. Other than the food the atmosphere is really nice, i like what they have done to the place with warm colors, and their utensils, like their soup spoons it isn't like plastic or ceramic,it's made out of wood! Very interesting plates. The presentation of the food is really nice but not quite there. Yet the taste makes up for it i'm just glad they didn't burn it, a lot of places that i would go to would have fat pieces or burnt edges, but coming here it's just straight out cooked meat to perfection. The price is moderate, but it's served of what it's worth.Out of all the restaurants I've been to, this has been the best. If i did live in Everett, I'd come here every lunch, or every dinner! read more

Bento Factory has been inappropriately labeled as a Japanese restaurant. In fact it is an Asian restaurant because foods from many different countries are served there. The portions are astonishing and you definitely, absolutely get your money's worth there. Not only do you get great portions, but many of the menu options are a complete meal, including a high quality salad! Taste is a little bit lacking in my opinion, but if you're hankering for something Asian and not quite sure what, or you're just super hungry, this is the place to hit up. The dining area, despite being kind of fast-food like, is still very clean and the dishes being used to serve are high class. At worst this place is worth a try.. Unfortunately I had to rate it down because despite all the upsides to Bento Factory, none of them can make up for simply good tasting food. I will definitely continue to patronize Bento Factory, but will also continue to look for better Asian food places. read more
