What's worse? They recently told me that the bait stations on my property belong to a third party, something they never disclosed when I paid for installation years ago. Finally in late 2024 they got them out and sealed up the house again. Now it's January 2nd 2025 and I get a call from home with screams of panic because a bat is flying around the living room. I rushed home and it was like a scene out of Dracula with a bat flying at high speeds around the living room and dive bombing me as I wildly tried to catch it with a fishing net. Thankfully I got it and took it outside. But I don't feel safe in my own home and these pest control "professionals" have failed to live up to what I paid them to do.
