These guys were amazing! We had a serious formosan termite infestation. I had 3 other companies come and inspect, and Eco-Pest was the most knowledgeable and recommended the most appropriate and cost effective treatment. They did a better job than the other companies would have done based on the treatment recommendations and Eco-Pest's work, and they were far more affordable. And when I say far more, I mean it! I was quoted between $1,500 to $8,000 from the other three companies, and Eco-Pest only charged me several hundred. Because they are a smaller family owned company, they don't have as much overhead and can charge significantly less as a result. The other companies were clearly trying to upsell me expensive extra services that were not needed using scare tactics, but Eco-Pest clearly had my best interests first in mind instead of its own interests. They clearly are a customer first company. Jesse and Viktor did an amazing job, and were very friendly. Excellent customer service! I would recommend them to anyone for termite treatments, and I am sure their other services are great too. I look forward to using them for all of my pest control needs in the future. read more

Eco-Pest has been bug spraying my home quarterly for nearly 25 years. Donny has been our technician for most of those years. I have found everyone, from the office to the technicians to be very responsive and professional. They not only send me a reminder in the mail but they've been giving me a reminder call the day prior the length of our relationship. Donny always does an excellent job, is a friendly face every visit and willing to answer questions/make recommendations. We remain pest free with this schedule which is a good measure of their effectiveness. Although not part of our service, we have also not been bothered with fleas (5 indoor cats). Donny was sent out to our home to help with our mouse problem. He was very prompt, professional and pleasant. He didn't just go to work, but he took the time to both talk and listen. He laid out some items to help deal with our mouse issue and also left some behind for us to use at our discretion. We talked about what else my wife and I could do to help address the current issue and prevent it in the future. He answered any questions I had and also gave advice on things I hadn't thought to discuss. The cost of his call on us was reasonable, as well. Eco-Pest is GREAT. They've been around for a long time, prices are reasonable, office staff is polite and prompt. But what I REALLY like about this company is the exterminator that they send out on a regular basis, Lawrence. He is hands down the best exterminator I've ever dealt with. Polite, punctual, nice, efficient but thorough and most of all, trustworthy. I tend to forget when my appointments are and when I open my door, I am always genuinely pleased to see him. Lately, after the death of the exterminator who handled our account for years, Donny took over our account and has carried on the tradition of excellence.
