He showed no empathy, nor did he care that it was Mother's Day too. There was no humanity. He spoke to me like a government bureaucrat, following a nonsense procedure. The two were $150, the Uber to get to the towing place in Rockville cost $60, and it took over an hour of our time. They can make paint in a million different colors and several different glosses. They are helpful and knowledgeable. A quart of rich blue paint ran me about $13 and it took only 4 minutes to make. I recommend the painter's tape instead of the regular masking tape because it's easier to work with. Also if you go for a higher quality brush it will last longer under repeated washings. Prices are about equal to the somewhat nearby Ace at Tenleytown. Only complaints: the last time I checked, they were only open until 5pm on weekdays. I think Ace is open until 8. Also I didn't get a great attitude from the Duron staff but that was probably because I showed up at 4:55 on a weekday (see previous complaint). Yay paint!
