I was really stressed the day I moved out of my rental mainly because it was all so sudden. At short notice Offerpad.com was purchasing the home I was renting according to my Landlord and as a single mom who works fulltime and goes to school fulltime. I was not sure how everything would all work out! The day of my move, I was so stressed because my Landlord was saying he may not be able to give me my deposit back even though, I had to move six months before my lease expiration date, so I was emotionally distressed. I would like to say first impressions are everything & Kevin Davis, Ryan Bacon, Kyle Breen, Patrick England and Jonas Craig did exactly that. They were friendly helpful, polite and literally took care of the whole move from start to finish. These guys where amazing from start to finish and they were patience, not to mention kind, certainly a gift from heaven, so this lowered the stress! They even went the extra mile and placed the furniture in my new home as I needed them to. I will give these guys a 5***** for their polite and well-mannered communication at such a stressful time in my life. I'm very grateful for the movers but I'd like to tell you the good points and the bad points. the website indicated for a two-bedroom apartment that it would take about two hours when I confirmed on the phone you said 3 hours and in the end it took 4 hours. the movers themselves were very very nice very personable kept in contact with me very professional in the house. I appreciate that.some things I wish had been done different the guys didn't have a dolly for the boxes so they picked up one box at a time which of course took more time but I think this contributed to it turning into twice as much money as I expected to pay. it turned out that after I was charged $516 the bottom line price was 680 and I may have made another decision had I known it would have taken so long to move items. I didn't have a refrigerator or washer or dryer or couch or loveseat or lounge chair I didn't have any of those items I just had two bedroom furniture and a few odds and in pieces with probably about 20 boxes and I think it could have been moved in the two-hour timeframe but 3 hours for sure. I was told the driver forgot his toolbox so they didn't have a screwdriver like they needed but overall the movers were very polite. I've used movers in the area in the past and because of your professionalism I appreciate your service. Just wish it would have went a little faster so I wouldn't have had to pay so much more. Bellhops was a godsend for us during our move. Our new home has multiple flights of stairs and I wasn't sure if me and my partner could do that alone. We talked with some other moving companies but Bellhops by far had the best streamlined process since everything is done online. You enter your Start and End addresses, answer questions about the size of your home/furniture needs, and it generates a quote immediately. No more having to call multiple numbers to get inconsistent quotes. They arranged a team of Pros a few days before our move so I got to see the names and faces of the people who would be arriving on moving day. Shout out to our Pros Kyle B., Luke G., Jake U., they all arrived before our scheduled time at 0800 and updated us that the truck was delayed because of a check engine light. They were patient the whole time until Cruz C. and our truck got to the house, and they were ON IT. They cleared our house out & loaded the truck in less than an hour. They got to our new place and were able to unload everything out on the correct floors--even our bulky furniture (I'm so sorry you had to go up 3 floors, guys). Used BellHop to do a local move from Phoenix west valley to the east valley. Great move, on-time, efficient, professional & personable would best describe the move. We then did a walk-thru of the house and garage, pointing out the few items that were to stay. They got right to work moving the boxes into the truck, then wrapped the furniture and moved those into the truck, finishing up with the few odd size items. There was a glitch with getting possession of the keys as we had to wait for the deed to be recorded. By the time we got to the move destination we had 2 more minutes to wait, then game on as they unloaded the truck, having to go up 20 stairs with a dog-leg in the middle. My partner and I spent all day yesterday in the hot Tempe sun lugging heavy boxes down stairs, and emptying my storage unit. When today came around to finish our move, we were both too exhausted and sore to feel like we'd be able to get our truck back in time. I found Bellhops through a quick Google search and saw they had great reviews, so I searched Groupon and found a deal on there. I got same day service at a great price. My two movers, Gustavo and Cole, got here in time and after a quick rundown of what I needed, got to work. These guys were strong and fast, but also took care of the more delicate items I pointed out. After loading the truck, we made the two mile drive to my new place and they unloaded the truck with the same care and speed. We got done in half the time I predicted! Amadou, Kamen, and Justin were all beyond AWESOME! I felt bad because I have this one really big heavy clunky computer desk, and they moved it just like that. They got in and moved everything super fast! Bellhops in general has been a total lifesaver, because my first movers that I had reserved WELL in advance didn't even try to move me and said I could reschedule. When I tried to reschedule, they didn't have anything until October 6th. Since I need to be out of my old apartment by the end of September I was very stressed. I spoke with Michael on line and he was completely reassuring and upbeat and arranged my move that went off today. Thank you so much to Ryan B and Tyler M who helped me tremendously in my move! They got right to work and made sure they got as much done for me as they could in the two hours I paid for. I was just moving across the parking lot to another apartment so I wasn't packed up in boxes but rather bags and whatever I could find. They worked with whatever I packed up and were very polite and respectful about what to take, when, and where. Outstanding service! I was lucky to have Jeffery, Ishmial, Kyle and Anthony move my belongings from one property to the other. They were on time, Professional, respectful, courteous and very careful with my furniture. They make sure they were all wrapped and protected. When we got to our destination, they placed my furniture in the exact spot I wanted them, therefore I didn't have to move one piece. After they packed out everything, we did a final walk through just to make sure everything was in the right spot. These guys were awesome and I wish could give them more than 5 stars! Only smooth transaction with Offerpad was getting Bellhops and these 6 guys to move us. I've never had a moving company so I was very worried. I have several antiques, a table that I ate at when I was a child that has a matching china hutch. All the money in the world can't replace those! It wasn't a worry with the guys we had. I don't know where to start. Just don't call, you'll save yourself so much money. They ask you what your moving and how far. They quote you and send it. The movers show up. They're cussing at the company because they're over booked. Then took it out on our homes. They damaged both houses, all door jams. Broke glass shelves in the china cabinet and the doors they took unnecessarily took off the hinges, well they couldn't get them back on. When I filed a claim they emailed a letter saying $100. That doesn't even cover everything they didn't do let along damages. BBB is next. read more

We had to make a last minute reservation to have our items moved and Bellhops was available. We had just used two different companies for the same type of work and were surprised that bellhops was a little bit more expensive. That being said we actually saved money because the two gentleman that assisted us worked a lot faster and more efficient than the other, cheaper moving companies.
