The quality has dropped off considerably!! I have never seen such an overcooked product like this in a long time! Luckily, I got it to go because if they would've tried to serve me this in-house, I would've had a fit. You really dropped the ball this time... and this cobbler! Horrible...

Chicken Fried Steak , 2 eggs , hash browns and toast

Great customer service along with endless coffee! The restaurant gives warm, cozy and an old fashioned diner or deli vibes. The employees are all very nice and accommodating. My entree of choice was chicken fried steak with scrambled eggs, white toast and hash browns. The CFS was decent but of course the gravy made it taste better. I asked for soft scrambled eggs but,not runny. The waiter suggested medium however; edible but hard. I dislike hard scrambled eggs. My toast was good, brushed with butter and toasted to perfection. The hash browns could have been a bit crisper on top but, it was still good.

Good milkshake

Really good Egg Benedict, it's a must try, recommend oreo milk shake, love the vibe, my wife love it, I love it too

What an amazing restaurant. This place has such a great menu. Came here after landing from an early flight and it was refreshing to see a ton of dishes. Went with the lasagna. My partner got the eggs, sausage and biscuit. Delish. It doesn't matter if you are in the mood for comfort foods, or the morning staples - they have it. My tiny feedback: 1. it would be even more epic to elevate their coffee game - and have latte's and expresso drinks. The restaurant only serves plain coffee and we had to ask for milk because only processed milk coffee mate stuff was on the table ( which is super bad for you) 2. Buttermilk biscuits go better with the gravy vs the served cornbread biscuits. Plenty parking. Very quick service. Diner ambiance. Will come back.

Wow , pleasantly surprised . Came on for some breakfast with my son expecting like an American menu wishing they had beans cause I was craving some lol. To my surprise their breakfast menu had a south of the border mw I which had one of the tastiest chilaquiles I've had in a while served with yup beans who hooo. My server was amazing for suggesting meal and great attentive service. The place is also inviting Fave today : Chilaquiles Note if you like spicy ask for their homemade hot sauce it's

Wonderful home fries, excellent omelettes, and exquisite unique biscuits. Belle's is a classic southern diner. We love breakfast here. And the meatloaf & chicken fried steak is good as well.

Came here for breakfast with my husband, and we were quite impressed! Living in area, we have passed by here, and little did we know a hidden gem has been hiding here. The service was great, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. We ordered our meals and didn't have a long wait. Everything was pretty good, you can tell it's fresh food. If I had one tiny complaint, it would be that my banana nut waffle was just a waffle with banana and nuts on it. Now it all was delicous but I thought it would be a waffle banana nut flavored.

Service is good, food is tasty. It's just like eating at grandma's house. The atmosphere is casual, much like a country kitchen. Definitely, a stop to make if you want a down-home meal with no major frills. The country-fried potatoes are one of my favorites.

Solid diner place. Good prices. Nothing special, but I have a sweet spot for diners. Got the biscuits and gravy and that was good!

First and foremost parking can be a challenge so park on one of the off streets and walk over. The hospitality was amazing. Very cordial, casual, friendly - I never once asked for a refill. My cup was full before I got to a quarter glass. We did the waffle breakfast and literally everything was spectacular, the eggs, the sausage, waffle was crunchy on the surface with fluffy innards. The other part that struck me was how diverse it was. There were maybe a dozen people outside waiting to be seated of all shapes, colors, and sizes. When we were gallivanting around the greater Houston area, I was thinking cowboy boots and 40 gallon hats. Instead we got chuck Taylor's and booty shorts. I was like okay, this is my vibe. Baby Barns is a really cozy, kinda tight place. It's not a place you wanna take a party of more than 4 or 5. But if you're hungry and in need of a shopping break or want something a little less commercial then Baby B's is the spot, especially if you don't wanna wait in the Breakfast Klub line until Thanksgiving. But the area surrounding it is beautiful, old timey southern homes with those signature front porches and white painted facades and even comes with cobblestone streets: it's southern Charm with a little gentrification. This is in a diverse neighborhood where all types are welcome so if you're not into "That Kinda stuff" you're probably just better off at Cracker Barrel. But if you want genuine, organic vibes, and friendly banter. Baby Barnaby's is the spot!

You order at the counter and the server will bring the food out to you. We got chicken and waffle & chicken and pancake, French toast with side of scrambled eggs, and an iced lavender latte and English breakfast hot tea. The food & drinks quickly came out, which is always greatly appreciated when dining with kids. The chicken was a generous portion and juicy. The butter had a unique flavor and paired well with the chicken. The pancake and waffle were also big portions. The latte was sweet and well balanced. The manager came around checking on us and was very attentive when I needed to request an extra cup of hot water for our tea. The floral wall decor and light fixture gives such a cozy vibe. Portions are large/filling and we felt the food was delicious and a good value for money. When we arrived the line was long and menus were not available so we had to search for the menu on the website to avoid deciding at the counter and holding up the people behind us. After ordering, tables were cleaned consistently and service was friendly. Only feedback about seating was outside parties would take chairs from other tables and leave them with no seating and not all tables we're shaded. The drinks being available at the bar when it is busy and then food being delivered to the table was a bit clunky. I picked up water and utensils for our party before sitting and would have preferred to have to pick everything up at the counter or have everything brought to the table to avoid multiple trips around when the restaurant is busy.

Thankfully, Mark was there and initially was told a 35 minute wait but seemed intent by quicker. Ambiance: 4/5 It was breakfast time so of course it was a busy time. For my visit, it was crowded but not to where you couldn't hear your table. Dress is casual, good for friends, solo, or pit stop. Service: 5/5 Our waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. Since it was our first visit there, she gave us some background that it was a Pappa's owned restaurant and food is made from scratch. Food: 3/5 They offer mimosas and I was tempted to order, but was driving and it was 9AM so forewent that option. There are food options for every tastebud. Mark ordered the fried cheese sticks, they were one of the items that I found worthwhile to return for. I opted for the Waffle feast. It included a waffle, that I added pecans on top to, two strips of bacon, eggs your way and hash browns. To say that I needed to add salt and pepper to the eggs and hash browns because they tasted bland and flavorless was unfortunate. It also was served at room temperature, because it was made from scratch, would think it be warmer to hot. The waffle was savory and had good mix and topped with the pecans made it even better. If you're on this side of town and want a change up from the "other breakfast diners" DOT would be where I stop. Fast, friendly service. Depending the food you get, it gets the job done for some sustenance to hold you over when you're not sure when your next meal is because you'll be in Galveston for 7 hours riding a float in the Mardi Gras parade.

The tart and braid were my favorites! The candied orange has such a nice sweetness, whereas the pistachio on the tart was smooth and had that delicious almond flavor. The bomboloni was so good, but I think maybe I am just used to the crunch of cannoli with a creamy ricotta filling. The Nutella item was fine, it just wasn't my style of pastry. I'm not sure what the norm is, but it was frigid inside. I would've loved to see some tables outside and thaw out, but they didn't have any outside seating. Additionally, maybe I am so used to American coffee shops, but a syrup for lattes would've been a nice touch as well. Those are my only constructive suggestions... in general, I enjoyed what they have to offer and would come back.

Parking can be challenging on weekends, but there is complimentary valet and a few extra spots in a lot across the street. There's interior and exterior seating, with cozy booths and tables. Service is friendly. Chips and salsa: Superica has some of my favorite chips, crispy and thin and perfectly fried. The avocado crema salsa and warm serrano pepper salsas are delicious with a mild kick. The bottled red salsa is fresh and green salsa packs a nice punch. Migas: Scrambled eggs with tortilla chips and cheese, choice of chicken versus chorizo on top, finished with fresh avocado. I really enjoyed this combination and the generous portion for the price. The eggs are well scrambled without being dry, and the pairing with cheese is proportional. The chicken was a touch dry, but some salsa solved that well. I enjoyed stuffing each component into a fresh tortilla and devouring it as a breakfast taco. Refried beans and rice: Really delicious. The refried beans are of the smoother variety without as much chunkiness, which I prefer, and topped with creamy cheese. I could have used a touch more tomato in the rice, but overall enjoyed the texture and flavor. Patatas with salsa roja, topped with egg: I enjoyed the flavors in this dish, but there was sooo much salsa. The potatoes were thus a little soggy, though still cooked well. The over medium egg was cooked nicely and complemented the potatoes with creamy yolk. Bacon: Really generous portion for $7 as a side, and cooked well. Crispy potatoes: I enjoy that these are fingerling potatoes smashed and roasted, but they could be crispier. They seem to be on the blander side on purpose to allow seasoning to taste, and I really like pairing them with the red bottled salsa provided at each table (probably due to their association with ketchup). Hotcakes: The literal star of every brunch, these hotcakes are consistently delicious. They're massive yet somehow cooked perfectly through so that they're fluffy and soft on the inside and just with a slight crunch on the outside. The pairing of the creamy warm (!!!) maple syrup is heavenly. Because of how huge these are, usually one is enough to share between two people, although they also come in stacks of two and three. For reference, we finished 3/4 of three between four healthy and hungry people and it wasn't for lack of trying. Whenever I crave weekend brunch, Superica is always a top option.

We'd both experienced Flying Biscuit in Atlanta and had high hopes for this one, but unfortunately it fell flat. I ordered the eggs Benedict. And what can I say? I hate to be critical but honestly there was nothing good about this meal except the fact that it was edible. The eggs came out raw/extremely runny. I've had eggs Benedict many times and I understand how it can be difficult to prepare. But it shouldn't be raw. When I let them know, they brought me back basically like a boiled egg, which is also not eggs Benedict lol. The hollandaise sauce was also not the best. Hard to describe why but was kind of lackluster. Next came the grits. Grits were kind of pasty. Maybe because I'm from the south and know what they should taste like if you're gonna call them "creamy". They were also overly salted along with the potatoes that I got instead of the grits. Potatoes were not really seasoned, but just salty. So overall, I was kind of disappointed with my experience here. As I mentioned, the food was edible. The bread that the Benedict came on was pretty good. It may be that this is just something I shouldn't order here. Maybe I should've went with the biscuits! We'll see if we end up trying it again.
