Apart from the waffle sog that sets in immediately, the dish itself does the job. I also tried the avocado boat half and yogurt with honey and fruit. These two were pretty standard, but the avocado boat with sauce on the side would make a great way to get in some healthy fat. While I cannot eat this type of cuisine regularly, I may be back when I crave their rendition on chicken and waffles.
