I went to Bellagio for the first time today,Tammy did my nails. I enjoyed the environment. It was quiet and peaceful; very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and got me with someone quickly, luckily they were not packed. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. I got a full set of acrylics with shellac color. I only give 4 stars instead of 5 due to some of the imperfections of my nails. However, the imperfections likely will not be noticed by anyone but me. (The orange stains are fading henna, not anything from the salon). read more

I have been going to this nail shop for about 5 months. I have had wonderful service until my last visit. I've had issues with the hostess offering drinks/water but I've been able to overlook it. At my last visit, I decided I would pay attention to who all received their drinks. I watched her bring drinks to everyone except me. This was very irritating; however, I don't come for beverages. I was coming for the great service that I've always received. My last visit was very different. I chose my color nail powder and set down for my service. While the lady was working on my nails, someone came to ask what color I wanted for my toes. I told the lady I hadn't picked a color yet because I had only chosen a nail color. I told her I would prefer to wait to see my nail color to try to match my nails. She immediately snapped back and stated there is not match to the powder. I replied "I am aware, but I would like to get as close as possible" I wasn't rude at all. From this point on I was treated like a problem customer all because I hadn't chosen a color for my pedicure. I was eventually brought a color selection to choose from while I was seating. As simple as this was, I have no idea why this wasn't an option from the beginning. My pedicure was rushed and both people providing service acted as if I was a nuisance. I will never return to this nail salon. The location in humble is much more professional. I'm am very disappointed that I have to find a new nail spa. read more

I got my a manicure on Tuesday -land was given Jojo for my mail technician. I was not greeted, receptionist pointed to fill out paper, was not offered anything to drink, and this young lady (receptionist) handed me a stack of sample of shellac colors and styles (mind you there are more styles available at the counter by the cash register). Nothing appealed to me, this older Asian lady with short hair happens to be at the cash register and asked her, "Do you have a recommendation of style and color for shellac?" This lady was so disgusting and extremely rude. She yelled at me and said, "What are you asking everything here good!" I am hurting and could barely walk, so I decided to step back. My ass should have left at this time, but due to my surgery, I was dropped off. Additionally, Jojo did such a piss poor job with my manicure, my nails have bumps and lumps, not smooth, and such an ugly piece of work. Jojo was rushing the whole time and did not even provide me with what I paid for: 10 minutes of massage, hot towel and waxing. Why fill out this paper if the nail technician will not even read it?!?! When I corrected my service and asked for my refund because the job was not performed correctly, reception young white girl had the nerve to tell me that it was performed. For what they charge, the owner and manager should really examine who they hire. People pay and if the service is not done right and rendered correctly, you need to redo your work with no questions asked! I will not recommend anyone at this place. Horrible staff and customer service. What staff here care about is to service as many people as possible for their tips. It is not about making your customers feel comfortable, hell start hiring people who smile and have some working knowledge of what customer service is! I still left a decent tip since it is the holidays, but the more I thought about it with how I was treated, I really should have not. If I were not hurt I would have stayed there to get my nails fixed but I am in a great deal of pain to have to wait. read more

I loveee my manicure! I drew what I wanted for a summer look and she recreated it perfectly. 5 stars for her! The 4 stars was for the pedicure that was a joke compared to the amazing service my sister got right next to me. My baby toe is missing paint and my big toe was smudged when they moved me and i didn't notice until I got home after my manicure. Word to the wise, double check your toes before you leave and ask for Annie (my sister's angel) for your pedicure, that's what i'll be doing next time. read more

Every time I go to get my nails done here I say it's my last time. I always get convinced to go again by my 14 year old daughter who wants company while getting her nails done. I've booked and appointment with a specific tech TWICE only to have it canceled. The first time they said he was off, and the second time he was double booked. There are only 3 good technicians here. The rest are crap. Your nails are either too thick or too thin. My cuticles have been been cut severely to the point where my finger would not stop bleeding. One time my daughter and her friend got the exact same nails and were charged different prices. Today was the last straw. I requested a technician and they gave me someone else. She DID NOT know what she was doing. She didn't have on a mask, had a runny nose and was coughing PROFUSELY with no attempts to prevent her germs from spreading. There is no way the owner couldn't know that she was not in condition to be working. I will not be going back. If my daughter tries to convince me I will read this post as a reminder. We will definitely be finding a new place to go. read more

Management without a doubt does NOT care about making their customers happy. You are truly just a number and a dollar sign. They put a blister on my toe with their scolding hot water; to the point where I couldn't tolerate any of the service that "came with my pedicure". They didnt offer to make it right nor was I respected when I kindly tried to voice my dissatisfaction. He spoke loudly over me and I was extremely calm compared to the way he was speaking to me. They are great as long as you don't run into a bad experience with the service you receive. Once you reach a problem, management will do nothing to make it right. I've never been so disrespected at a nail spa in my life. Bellagio Nail store owner and manager, you should be ashamed at the way you treat your customers who experience a problem. You treated me like I wanted a hand out. I wanted to be treated fairly and kindly. I expected empathy over the two horrible experience I had in your salon and you gave me insults and threats in return. Shame on you. Competition is far too heavy in this area to let your reputation go down the drain. You should have made it right and been apologetic so that others wouldn't have to read online about the true colors of how you feel about your customers. Just another dollar in your cash register. AMAZING! They cater to your every need. I had multiple glasses of wine, the pedicure was SO relaxing. They even plate all the products on a plate with flowers. I have been going to this place for months now and I must say I am disappointed. Let's start by saying I got a fungus on my toenail and fingernail. It took weeks to get some type of fungus treatment. They really don't have techs that do all type of nails. They prefer manicures mostly. Then, the pricing is expensive for no reason. I understand you get what you pay for; however, my nails lift in a weeks time. I'm very disappointed. Not the best first experience here. When I came in I felt rushed and was told to go sit in the chair before I had even finished picking a nail color. I got a full set with Ivan, and I was not impressed with him at all. He made nearly all my cuticles bleed, two of them bleeding quite a lot. I expressed discomfort and got a half hearted "sorry" as he continued doing nothing different. At one point he turned my thumb so hard it was quite painful so I tried to move my arm but he scolded me not to. I told him what nail shape I wanted at the beginning and he repeated it back to me (stiletto), but when he started doing them he was leaving them a square shape. I dont get my nails done more than once a year so I thought maybe he'd shape them after putting on the acrylic. When he asked me if the shape on one hand was good I asked him if he was still going to do stiletto shaping, and he asked me to repeat it 4 to 5 times. When he finally got that I wanted stiletto he became visibly upset and started completely doing the least he could. My nails were uneven and poorly cut and shaped. He was clearly done trying. He continued hurting me and scolding me if I moved because of it. Thank God Taylor came over about half way through my nails. She was pointing out the issues to him and commenting on how much I was bleeding, and she basically took over the session. She shaped them as best she could from his mess and fixed them to something I liked without hurting me. I wish she had started with me from the beginning, I feel like my experience would have been much better. I wanted to give 1 star but I gave 3 because Taylor was so great. My only other complaint after she took over is that the color I chose and the color that came out of the bottle were drastically different. I chose a soft pastel pink but a bright barbie pink came out. Almost seems like the top with the color swatch got mixed up with another color. But at that point I just wanted it to be over and the color was cute enough so I left it. Probably will not be returning to Bellagio Nails. read more

I usually go to Tender Touch across the street and see Caitlyn. I love her she does an awesome job but a friend recommend Bellagio so I decided to try it out. Beautiful salon and atmosphere, very nice and clean that was a plus. Rose did my nails and she was really nice but one of her regulars came in while she was doing my nails and told her to come back in 30 minutes. From there she began to rush me to choose a color because the other lady was coming back. My thumb nail got messed up & I asked her to fix it and she said once she puts on the top coat it will smooth out--never did. Only one week after my shellac manicure my nails started chipping. Bellagio nails was a great mini-escape on Saturday. I called to see if I needed an appointment and a nice young man got us right in. Our nail stylists were very polite and helpful. I love that they use new tools ( I.e., nail files, heel exfoliating pad) and autoclaved the more expensive tools. Everything felt very clean; another young man was wiping down the pedicure chairs after people left. We just got the quick 30 min pedi, but I was well worth the money. STAY AWAY! Do not go to this salon! I went here for a couple of years and thought they were one of the best in the area, until now. The last couple of times I went I realized I had fungus under several of my finger nails when the color was removed. The first time they just used the drill to "remove it" the second time I had them just take all my nails off and left because it had gotten worse. I had stopped getting pedicures since it was winter, but now that I haven't had them done in a few months I'm realizing how much they RUINED my toenails as well. You can very clearly tell a difference where I have new growth. I have been getting my nails done (acrylic, shellac, dip) and pedicures on and off for over 20 years, NEVER have my nails been ruined as they are now and I've gone to some sketchy places over the years! This place is not cleaning and sanitizing their tools properly. You may think all is great at first but just beware...I had fungus and they drilled it off...did they then go use those same files on your nails?! read more

Today was my 2nd time coming to Bellagio. This is my husband and my new favorite nail salon. It helps that it's within walking distance of our home. The first time I went was about 3 weeks ago for my mom's wedding. I got a solar full set with colored powder and a pedicure. The services are reasonably priced. The salon is new and clean. Tina did my pedicure, and she did an amazing job. Rosie did my full set. She's awesome! She's very nice and friendly. I went back to her today. She did my husband's pedicure last week, and he's been talking about it ever since. He said she gave him new feet. LOL! Rosie remembered that I went to my mom's wedding and things we talked about on my last visit. I specifically went today because I knew she'd be off tomorrow. I was hoping to find my new "go to" nail salon and I think this is it! The salon was beautiful and CLEAN! I was greeted right away and was able to view the menu of services and prices to put my choices on paper prior to getting in the chair. Oh and the chair...awesome luxury massage chair! My lower back really loved it. My nail tech, Karen did an excellent job cutting my toenails just right so that they no longer cut into my skin. She took her time and at no point did it seem like she was in a hurry to get me out of there. I really appreciate that. I will be back to get a shellac manicure and will update my review after.
