Horrible, literally caustic, customer service from one employee of this establishment. Unfortunately, that person is the primary point of contact for selecting/purchasing your glasses and lenses. I would advise to save yourself the frustration and choose another establishment for your vision needs.
You will most likely encounter four, maybe five, different employees at this location. My husband and my experience with the receptionist, Doctor and technician were pleasant but when it came time to select the frames and type of lenses the manager for this store was by far the rudest and most offensive person we have ever had to deal with in a professional setting.
Unfortunately, we had four different interactions with this person and all ended in unprovoked offensive and unprofessional dialog that seemed to come from nowhere and left me baffled. At the conclusion of the third interaction she acknowledged her offensive behavior and explained the reason for the "confrontation"...her words not mine.... was because she had worked so many hours that week and it was close to closing time. As a consumer this is not really my concern. We just wanted to be treated with the same respect and courtesy as we have always shown the employees of this establishment.
Between my husband and me, we spent more than $900 at this particular location in less than a month and would have thought that would have counted for something... it obviously did not. In the end, when we involved the managers/owners of this business they did apologize for their employee's behavior, but there is no way we will return here for my next pair of glasses. read more
