We go for our regular Eye exam , the facility is clean and with good doctor for examination. You need to do appointment Friday eye exam and you mostly get and they are very particular about time so don't take chance to be late for appointment . Last time when I visited for collecting my annual glasses the lady at reception was very rude. I have been going to Bella Vision for the last five years and was happy with them until they made a wrong diagnosis on my astigmatism and send an inaccurate prescription to lab. I kept on getting headache after an hour or so in front of computer monitor and stopped using them and reverted to my old pair. This year when I got my eye exam they told me my astigmatism has changed from previous year which is exactly the same as my two and three years prior which was enough information for me to figure out my last year's prescription was wrong. When I asked them if they are going to remedy this mistake by them, they are denying any wrongdoing! Needless to say I do not recommend any one going there. One star i gave is for the nice lady receptionist who was communicating between me and their management! read more

I stopped by to have nose grips adjusted. Indian lady in the front desk was kind enough to help me. However; she is very rough. She scratched both sides of my lenses and also paint on nose grips came out. After she tried adjusting multiple times, but it doesn't seem she would be able to fix it. So, I decided to just take my glasses and leave with scratches lenses without complaining. I don't know what to say since it's a free adjustment. Horrible experience. I was greeted by a young lady in red colored hair slouching in the chair. She told me I called to cancel my appointment,which did not make sense to me because I was there. As I sat there confused she rudely goes to the back comes back out helps another lady and ignored me. Another lady comes in tells me to wait. She insisted on me doing test without even introducing herself. I then get sat in a room with no duration of how long I was to wait. I go out to ask how long the wait would be.the group of receptionist to be lagging and joking saying the doctor was on her lunch break. I needed to wait. I was confused on why a customer should wait for someone to take their lunch break and why I was scheduled during a lunch break for me to wait until she was done. In short this is a very unprofessional environment I will not be back. They're too many eye establishment s don't go here save you a trip. read more

Customer service was great, I needed some aviators and the girl helped me pick out a few that met my wants. I asked her opinion of each and she was happy to tell me what she thought. Billing was super easy and explained well. I got a sweet pair of Burberry's for a good price. The wait time was as expected, they told me 10-14 days and it was right around that. Not an amazing experience with Bella Vision; Scheduled an appointment and eye exam and after filling out the paperwork I was told that they cannot take me in today and I have to reschedule because they have other clients (they originally booked me for a full hour). Additionally, the receptionist was very rude after I told her it is hard to get off work for this and wonder we can still complete the examination today. To top it off, when tried to schedule another appointment with a different eye care center I was told that Bella Vision already charged me for it and I cannot use my benefits. Had to call VSP to sort this out. I would not go back there! read more

The high end brands they carry for frames are reasonably priced which is an added a bonus that many offices don't offer....hello Chanel!!! I purchased 2 sets of Chanel frames. 1 for daily use, the other, prescription sunglasses. They are BEAUTIFUL and Trendy! Again, well priced! My wife chose Bella Vision because they were close by but had two issues with them. She found one of the staff (not the optometrist) to be unpleasant to deal with but found her exam to be fine. She was billed $30 on top of our Premera Insurance for what was supposedly an advanced procedure. When I visited Vision Plus a week later for my own exam, I was given a very thorough exam and told that my insurance covered everything without additional fees. Considering they are in Redmond, I would have expected their understanding of Microsoft's health insurance to be better. read more

I just picked up my new glasses from the Redmond Bella Vision to which I returned after I bought a pair from them 3 years ago. Once again I was very pleased with the service I received there as they went above and beyond my expectations to help me get what I wanted. I was looking for a specific brand and style of frame which they didn't have in the store at that time, but they graciously offered to contact the rep to obtain their product case and allow me to choose from among those possible options. I needed a new pair of glasses and thought of getting them made through Bella Vision. My experience with them was not good. They took my order and later called me to say that would need additional $30 to make the glasses. I went ahead with that extra cost. Later got to know my order was delayed by 1 week. Finally got the glasses to realize that they were not done properly. Things looked blur to me so reached out again to them and they tried explaining that this lens is only good for situations like when i am working on a computer and should not be worn otherwise. I was not expecting that and requested if this could be corrected. They originally denied but then called back to say they can remake (a two star just for this because they tried). I went back to give my glasses and after another wait they now informed that they cannot do it and need to charge again to make the glasses. Wasted both my time & money. Not going again. read more

After a lifetime of perfect vision I discovered at the age of 48 that I was struggling to read small print reading and my distance vision was also causing me problems. I saw a optometrist, got my vision evaluated and when trying to get the glasses at the optometrist was completely unclear what I needed. I had read about Bella Vision and had feedback from friends so went there with my prescription. I met Bethany who explained what my vision evaluation meant, I needed help with both near and distance vision and we talked over my options. There was a marvelous selection of frames to choose from and Bethany helped me choose frames and she let me know which frames were on sale. A few days later my perfect glasses were ready! I will never use these guys again. I normally go to another eye place to buy my son's glasses but they didn't have any appointments available within the week. So, I thought I would try Bella Vision, they have a great selection to pick from but do you ever really get the glasses you order? So, they said 7-10 days to receive your order. I called on day 9 to see in hope we have my son glasses ready for his baseball tournament, but they were not available. She advise me that she would contact the lab to have them expedited. She said don't worry we will have your glasses for sure beginning of next week and they will call when they are ready for pick up. Well it is the 15th day and no one has called me so I call them. The lady answer the phone with an unpleasant tone in her voice. Tells me to hold while she calls the lab again. This time she hangs up on me. I already know this is not going to end well. She calls back and tells me that my son's glasses won't be available for another week. No manager available, but she will have her call me and hangs up on me again. I paid over $600 for these glasses up front why is it taking so long to receive my son's glasses? Very disappointed in the service and obliviously for not receiving my son glasses on time or at all at this point. read more

I was hesitant to go here after reading the initial reviews, but gave it a shot anyways because they are close to where I live and are a provider for my insurance. Overall, I was pleased with my experience. The exam was very thorough and all the staff were extremely polite to me. One minor negative was that the Dr. suggested that I do the pupil dilation for the retinal exam. It had been a few years since my last exam, and I wish I was more prepared for the discomfort. I did agree to the dilation drops, but I specifically asked if I would have difficulty driving after and the Dr said since it was cloudy, it should be fine. That was a huge understatement! I was so dizzy after driving just a couple miles that I had to take a break and wait to go back out. read more

He did answer all my questions and spent time recommending how to rest eyes for few seconds during long work hours. I went to Bella Vision Redmond this morning to get a contact lens test done for my wife. Last December, we got our normal eye test done from this same store, and got in a 2 year valid prescription. There was a new receptionist/optometrist at the store, who gave us a form to sign up. We accidentally opted for the retinal test, without knowing it had nothing to do with the contact lens test, which costs additional $34. The new optometrist stressed that it would be beneficial. At that point she also forgot to provide us the form to sign up for the fitting test. After my wife went into the testing area, the optometrist rushed (to cover up for her mistake) my wife to sign up for the fitting test which costs another $40 extra. After the whole thing, we felt cheated that the retinal test was not even necessary for the contact lens test, and the fitting charges were not told to us when we walked in. The whole experience was bad, and half day was wasted. Could not move on without cancelling the whole transaction. Bella vision very arrogantly cancelled our prescription as well, while still filing the test fee from my insurance company. First time, I felt how low/bad a store can get. Worst experience, and would not recommend any one to go there! read more

I'm surprised to see such poor reviews for this place! I originally chose it as it was really close to my old office. It was incredibly easy to book an appointment, the whole team was great to work with, and I was thrilled with my optometrist. I thought their selection of frames was really great and ended up with an adorable pair of Ray Bans. I had to get my prescription information and former receipt nearly a year later and they made the whole process as simple as a one minute phone call. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Odd to see the negative reviews of this place. I went there for an eye exam and glasses last week. Dr. was very thorough and a generally nice guy. Was told my glasses would take 10-14 days to arrive, and I got a call 4 days later saying they were in, which is great considering I got all the options on them including Transitions lenses. Thought their prices were a bit higher then other places I've gone in the past, so one star off for that. Otherwise, a good experience. read more

We stopped going here years ago because our insurance covered our appointment and we were waiting for months for Bella vision to reimburse us for our appointment. We got our explanation of benefits in and it showed us that they were supposed to refund us $90. Bella vision never refunded and nor even contacted us to refund us. They never had any intention to. Poor customer service and odd doctors. The number on lenses was higher than my eyes. Their prescription was +2.5. I couldn't use the glasses. I asked for re-exam and their general Manger refused to do it because it was 32nd day after the exam date. I went to another place and they found that the prescription was wrong. My eyes are +2 and now I can easily read and write. At this center they just care about money. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR EYES DO NOT GO THERE!! read more

I've been a patient at Bella Vision for the last 2 years. I absolutely love that place and the stuff. I never felt the pressure to purchase frames with them as I usually feel after seeing an eye doc. Dr Choe was very friendly and he took his time to sit down with me and talk about my vision problems but also he made the time to make the connection: we talked about family, kids etc. Never have I felt like that at a doctor's office before. I chose to purchase my frames at the location. Noelia was super helpful with choosing the right fit for me. She called other girls in the office and honestly it felt more like choosing the frames with a group of girlfriends rather than strangers. Over all Bella Vision is a great experience! Came in to replace my broken glasses. Office is nice and clean. Had to wait a while for my appointment, though. On my daughter's appointment, we waited so long, we had to cancel it. I took her to the Redmond Vision Clinic. I waited a month before finally calling about my glasses, since I hadn't heard back from them. My daughter's glasses came in before mine and I had a two week head start. Bella said it would take 10-14 days, originally. It apparently had come in two weeks before. They supposedly tried to call. In the mean time, I'd been making do with 5 yr old glasses. Was so irritated, but all management could do was apologize, saying that they have been really busy. Not what I want to hear after spending $366 dollars. How hard is it to try to call every 3 days? read more

I have been seeing Dr. Choe for over ten years and am quite frankly shocked to see the negative reviews here. I visit every year and have experienced consistently great customer service from all the staff, from the time I book my appointment through when I pick up my contacts or glasses. Dr. Choe is very professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about my vision. Heck, he even diagnosed me with shingles a few years ago because I thought my recent dilation was causing the tingling near my eye. Their staff calls and asks you to pick up the ordered glasses and when u go there, they have no clue why you are there because no glasses are ready for pick up.
