I had a wonderful experience here. I have a difficult prescription to fill - I need ultra-thin…read moreprogressive lenses, and have difficulty finding frames that work because I also have a low bridge, so a lot of them don't have enough grip to stay up. I found a pair I really liked at Costco, but they couldn't do the lenses thin enough for the frame, and sent me to LensCrafters. The staff were really helpful. Everything is so weird due to Covid, but there's no way around the need to try on frames! A staff member came up, gave me a small basket to put my tried-on frames into, and said she would sanitize everything before it went back on the shelf. Awesome. The store has a great selection! I was thrilled to find some really nice designer frames there, and the prices were not insane. The store is big so it's easy to space out safely from other customers. I found a pair I like very quickly, and got fitted equally quickly. I was told there might be delays in getting my glasses due to Covid, but they showed up a week later, yeah! I wore them for a day and found they were too tight at the temples - stopped into the shop, and within five minutes, they had been refitted perfectly. I usually avoid chain stores for things like this, but I was really happy with my experience, I LOVE my new glasses, and I will surely be back for my next pair!

Let's start with customer service. Blonde female associate who I already see mentioned in reviews…read morehere has a horrid customer focused persona and honestly found her plain rude. She should not be dealing with customers. That said I have worked with other associates in this location who have been great. I had a pair of frames which I'd purchased from them previously that I asked to update the lenses to my current prescription. No fitting on pickup, just take a look / here they are and handoff which seemed odd as things clearly may get moved around during the lens change. Glasses l seemed to be ok until I got them home and noted the arm was coming off, thought maybe missing screw but no, stripped screw so no fixing. When I returned to lenscrafters blonde associate told me they don't touch the arms (clearly they must to adequately change the lenses) but then switched her story to this happens all the time unfortunately and they're not held liable and would I like to purchase a new set of the same frames? Interesting that no one mentioned this policy to me previously but I'll take my business elsewhere. 2 star vs 1 star rating based on previous experiences at this location.

We have been visiting him for quite some time and we feel very comfortable on his diagnosis. Staff members at the optic are very kind, friendly, and helpful when choosing glasses. That's is very needed because you're going to weat the glasses at all times. So better be something that suit you, you like, and fit. They even helped me with billing! The Receptionist has been changing a couple of times, but they are very nice. The only thing is that some nurses (because they changed) were rude (young one a couple of years ago), or very slow (last year). She even asked me to dictate all her report 5 times! We were very late for the appointment. It took 45 minutes because she was late with someone else beforehand. I also would suggest not performing some tests on little toddlers because they hardly follow instructions stay in one place. Dr can easily take a look to their eyes and diagnose. He's been pretty good by doing it directly. I guess at the end trying can't hurt though. I've always found parking. Almost all nearby spots are taken. Therest are compact. I don't know whay small cars or motorcycles take the big ones making people with trucks or SUVs to park in very tight spots.

Redmond Optical Center: Where wallet-friendly meets "Hey, They Actually Care."…read moreI've been using Costco Redmond since they opened their doors on 11/11/2016, and the prices just keep quietly sliding down. Their secret? A lean 14% markup--they make their Real Money off Memberships and the Endless Growth Machine. Meanwhile, Redmond Optical Center somehow nails the rare combo of low prices and genuinely good service. I recently bought two designer frames (Oakley and Gucci) with the full-monty lens upgrades - it was painless. They take VSP in-network, the selection is ridiculously huge, and turnaround is about two weeks. The staff actually aims to please - I've never once felt pressured or rushed. They sort out all the discounts and health-plan reimbursements right there on the spot, so you walk out knowing the insurance red tape is someone else's problem. Basically, they let you leave with stylish glasses and zero paperwork trauma. Highly recommended.

Much cheaper than my optician's office, and some decent designer brands. The selections vary quickly and when gone, they're gone, but I liked what I saw. I also had a technician help me adjust a pair of prescription sunglasses I bought elsewhere but had gotten lopsided. I appreciated the good service. I had one pair on insurance and another pair 50% off, per Costco pricing. Was a better experience than I was expecting!
