I have been going to this salon for over 10 years (since I moved to AZ). In that 10 years, they have only raised their prices ONCE, and it was by ONE DOLLAR!!!!! I would pay them more for what they do. Their pedicures are the best in the country! They are cheap, and they give you an awesome, long massage. Twice in the 10 years I've been going, they've closed for a month to go back to Vietnam for family obligations. I've gone elsewhere to get pedicures,and always leave WISHING I HADN'T!!!!!! NO PLACE CAN COMPARE!!!! I've been charged twice the amount for half of what they do!!! Hannah, Danny, Ivy and Sue are all awesome, and I will NEVER go anywhere else again, no matter HOW BAD my toes look!!!! I will wait for them!!!!! This salon was able to accomodate me and my sis in law last minute on a Saturday afternoon. We arrived and received service right away. The staff were friendly and attentive. We were both really pleased with our mani's and pedi's plus the price is decent. Pretty good spot when you're in need of some primping and pampering. read more

I actually had this nail salon be in such a hurry that they ripped my real nail down the middle while removing an acrylic, and then superglued it and put a new one over it. That was their solution. Well shit. It took us a few visits to realize that they don't properly sterilize the equipment for our pedis. The man (owner? IDK) took the clippers off his little work station and used them on me without any proof of sterlization since use on the last person. The lady working on my mom's pedi took nail clippers out of the autoclave (nothing was steam bagged) and my mom said she could see fingerprints on it. OBV not properly sterilized. And then she drew blood when she was doing my mom's pedi. I only saw them rinse with soap and water when they were done. Unless your idea of fun is a bloodborne disease, I suggest you get pampered elsewhere. read more

Definitely my go-to mani-pedi salon! I am not into gels, etc. Simple mani and pedi and I am out the door withing 45 minutes, max-one hour. Have never waited, they take me close to the time I booked. Just had worst service experience at this shop. Made same day appt. I was a walk in that the door says is welcome, but second time they couldn't accommodate me. But made an appt to come back an hour and a half later. I told the lady I wanted a spa pedi and had a broken and cracked nail I needed fixed and a mani. I came back a little early, she was doing a pedi and yelled from to come back and put me to soak. She never asked what I wanted. Did not ask if I wanted the salt scrub or the callus removal (this is why I went in). Started working on me and I said I wanted the callus removal. She told me that I didn't need it and anyway it was too late. I pointed out the large callus on the side of my big toe, and she said something I didn't understand. She repaired my one nail, tried to talk me out of having the other done and that's when I found out I wasn't getting the mani. Said she didn't have time but if I had my color she would paint the two she repaired. yes, I always go to for a manicure with my polish... Granted, it only cost $20 but my feet are still callused and rough and now I am going to a real nail salon to get what I need. Turns out this woman was the manager. I had $50 to spend but guess they are doing so well they are there for their convenience, not money and certainly not service. I will never go there again. read more

I have recommended Bella Nails to a lot of people because I've been there and they were great, but the last experience I had which I had brought several people with me which was their first time there. Well, it was not a good first impression on my friends. One of the ladies that worked there continued to upsale everything and would not take "No" for an answer. My friend and I are disappointed how pushy she was and we felt like it was too much sales. Although the price is really good and they did a good job on the nails and toes, I will not be going back there and neither will my friends because we were totally turned off by how pushy this lady was. read more

I have lived in Phoenix my entire life and been getting my nails done all over the valley for twenty years. This by far was the worst pedicure I have ever had. Uneven,sloppy polish job, rushed, and lazy tech. He didn't do 1/4 the job and I had to ask him over and over to file, trim etc. so horrified and disappointed when I got a closer look at my nails when I got home. actually I have reviewed prior to this...just a covid update-they keep customers distant with plastic shields ...of course, masks required, pedi chairs are not all used, leaving space, and "sneeze guards" when completing manicure-I just put my hands through...I feel safe and I know they are going this to stay safe as well, and in business. read more

Ii attempted to go here to get my nails filled after reading all of the wonderful reviews. Upon walking in the door right before another young woman I politely told them I needed a fill possibly a new set she asked the other customer what she needed and she said a full set. It was quite obvious by the way she looked at me and chatted with the other woman that she was a regular. I did not feel welcomed at all. The woman working spoke to the gentleman who was working and then came back and said they were booked but walled over to the other girl and asked if she had an appointment or if not she could get her in at 530pm that day while I who potentially would have been a new cust and has 3 daughters who are all old enough to come with mom on other days to get their toes done and would have brought a few extra clients with me was turned away. I was not at all impressed by this at all ESPECIALLY for a FIRST impression. I took my business, my daughters toes, and the few girlfriends who asked me to let them know how my experience went elsewhere. I was really looking forward to trying Bella out and being a long time client based off of not only the wonderful reviews they have but the convenience of being only a few miles from my house and not having to deal with driving on Bell Rd. I will say I did expect a little bit better than what I received here and I really do hope this review at least helps a little with the customer service aspect of walk in first time clients. read more

I highly recommend this salon! I've been going here for years and they do the best mani/pedi at a great price. Everyone else are much higher prices and mediocre. Because they are affordable, an appointment is recommended but they can usually squeeze you in last minute. It is a husband and wife team and usually one or two other people so they don't have a huge staff but they sure do accommodate. I bring all of my family in when they're in town. read more

the first couple of times I went and Hannah all was great. Then I made an appointment with her, and when I got there, another person said she was helping me. I had the WORST pedicure and manicure ever! I asked Hannah why and she said I didn't ask for her. I know I did as I am very picky about my nails. The person who did my gels was horrible. I got tips done, they were very bumpy and the color bled into the clear. Wouldn't recommend them...
