I believe my lash techs name was Katerina and she made my big brown eyes look amazing! If you want to go from "she cute" to "woah she beautiful" this is your spot!! The vibes are great (protect your energy sis) & the owner is insanely kind. I had a complimentary hand service & was treated like a queen the entire time. There's really only 3 cons: The language barrier as they predominantly speak Russian (learning anyways so it's cool). The distance and location if you don't have a car nor live in the neighborhood (luckily I force my bf to chauffeur me everywhere). The PRICE HUNNY!! Looking like MONEY is NOT cheap.... it's VERY EXPENSIVE. I've spent over $200 dollars here in one month on my lashes ($100 and change and then a crazy almost $100 retouch + tip). I got my eyelashes done, asked for the same thing I got the last times I'd been there (they had it in the system). I've had them done in the past so I knew how to take care of them and was especially hyper-vigilant this time. I noticed a little bit of fall out at first but I trusted the studio and a little fallout is normal so I did not think much of it. However, 8 days after having my eyelashes done, I woke up and realized that one of my eyes barely had any lashes on at all. My eyelashes looked terrible and it was extremely noticeable the difference between the two eyes. I called the studio ASAP and after trying to resolve this, they told me that all I could do was pay for a 2 week touch up and they would fill all my lashes. I was not pleased with the shape initially (which I have stated was not their fault) so paying $70 for a touch up less than ten days after having them done just to get the same shape was absurd. To fix this, they then offered me a 10% discount on a new set so it would be $108, 9 days after I got them done which was upsetting since less than ten days ago I paid that much for a full set that should've lasted me around 4 weeks like it did in the past. I was embarrassed to walk out of the house with my eyes looking so uneven, and I ended up going and getting them removed since my frustrations were not being heard or taken seriously. This studio does not understand that I have done nothing wrong, nearly an entire eye of eyelashes should not have fallen off eight days after having them done, this is clearly an issue in the application process and I should not be expected to pay nearly full price for a new set not even two weeks after getting my initial set. I have attached photos for proof and I hope you all trust my review and find a better place to get your lashes done.

I didn't get her name, but my lash tech was super efficient. She had me in and out within 45 minutes which is so fast. I love the way she did it and it's been about a week and they still look amazing. I will definitely be returning to this place! When EE lash opened I was super excited to try this place. I got a Groupon deal at first. Super cheap! After that, I just kept coming back because my extensions lasted 3-6 weeks. I still have 70% of my lashes after 3 weeks! That miraculous! Most eyelash places I went to only last 3-4 weeks. The technician applying the eyelash is also very gentle. I've been pinched 6 times in one session at another eyelash so I'm super scared about doing lashes now but in EE lash, they're very careful going about how to apply the lashes!
