I had such a good experience at this spa for Valentine's Day '22. Upon arrival, the service was great. We had our coats taken and hung up, we slipped into cute branded slippers, and we were offered adorably themed treats and drinks. Once we walked back to our room, we changed into cozy robes and had our heads propped up on cushy pillows. I loved the procedure from beginning to end. Since it was my first time, my aesthetician walked me through all the different sections and consistently checked in to make sure I was okay. She even showed me all the blackheads that she removed (yuck but also veryy cool lol) . After everything was done, she gave me pointers on how to keep my pores unclogged and she reminded me to add products with sunscreen to my routine. I loved my first deep cleansing facial and I definitely have Natrabella Skincare Beauty and Day Spa to thank for that. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back and bring all my friends with me.

I kid you not I spent my entire evening in the damn nail salon. I've been getting Gel-X sets for years it has NEVER taken 3 HOURS!!!!! I was clearly stuck with the new girl or just the girl who doesn't know what she's doing because it legit took her 50 minutes just to adhere the gel press ons to my nails!! and she had to start over on 3 of them because they looked so crazy. And to make matters worse - she took her sweet time and my nails still look insane!! They charged me $130 for shitty nails and even worse service. I was very grateful for the massages that were included with the services. It felt like every time a new oil/lotion/scrub was applied, I got another one! The vibe was typical of NYC. It filled up right at opening and there were some that came to relax and have a ME day and others that breezed in and out as quick as possible.
