I ordered the egg rolls and teriyaki beef. The egg roll was fresh and was your typical egg roll. The serving sizes are generous but the beef in the the beef teriyaki lacked flavor and the pieces of meat while tender were way too big and the meat was really chewy. Great sushi spot in downtown Cheyenne. Nice interior ambiance and food really exceeded my expectations! The owner was kind enough to recommend and bring a sample of sake over for the spicy edamame I was having. Star knocked off because my server confirmed twice which roll I ordered and still brought me a different one, but I'm not a complainer and hey, it's sushi, I'll eat it. Very understandable, my food is fantastic and the selections are endless, you'll have to look online if you're coming here close to closing rime to make sure you're getting the right thing. Since I travel alot for work, it's refreshing and rewarding to find these gems tucked away from the hype, down to earth people who care about you and their business. I have now eaten here multiple times. The sushi is pretty dang good for Laramie and is highly consistent. Rolls are pretty big it's a great value. The bowls are good. I have only had one noodle bowl. Visiting Cheyenne and walking around downtown last night my wife smelled the pho as we walked past. She mentioned today that she wanted to eat here. She was missing pho. We ordered the crab wantons. Excellent wantons. House recipe sweet and sour sauce. The sauce had a comma shaped squirt of something on top. Turns out that squirt was wasabi and I got all of it in one bite. Surprise! Anyway, would totally order these again and mix the wasabi into the sauce. My wife ordered the beef and meatball pho. She's Vietnamese so she knows pho. She told me during dinner that this wasn't exactly pho but another dish called hu tieu. The difference is minor. In pho the onion and garlic are not sautéed. In hu tieu, they are sautéed. She enjoyed her hu tieu. Said it was tasty and filling. I ordered four sushi's- crab, octopus, Japanese snapper and yellowtail. I enjoyed them all. The crab was cooked; the other raw. My only issue was the size of pieces. If I were to do this over again, I'd cut the pieces in half to make them bite sized. Also, octopus is incredibly chewy so it took some work to masticate. Octopus, Japanese snapper and yellowtail are all new to me but were flavorful and enjoyable. I ate the yellowtail last. It imparted an enjoyable sweet flavor. Servers and atmosphere were great. Would do five stars save for the pho vs hu tieu. read more

Every trip we take we find sushi place to try . Have been doing this for years in many states. Even with covid going on the staff was amazing super attentive but not annoying. Visited this establishment on 7/10/2020. I will provide info on everything we ordered: 1. Egg Rolls - I guess egg roles are something completely different in WY. They are more like spring rolls. They were good; crunchy and I liked the sweet and sour packets you provide. 2. Sweet and Sour Chicken - They should rename this sweet and sour breading. Because all we received was very hard breading with no chicken in it. I almost broke a tooth eating this. 3. Chicken Pho - This was the worst smelling thing I have ever had in my house (and I have a child who still poops his pants). The taste was also horrible. We threw it outside and the birds wouldn't eat it. The inside looked nice and it appears they are more of a sushi place. If you want anything other than sushi then I would pass. read more

The place was busy on a Friday night but food came out fairly quickly. They made a custom sushi roll to my request. Shrimp tempura was very good. Pad thai was so-so.
