Visited this spot in the evening after a day at the Rocky Mtns. Many places in Estes Park aren't open late but thankfully this place didn't close until 9. We came around 7:45pm for a dinner after sunset. It wasnt busy on a week night and service was pretty fast. They had a variety of Asian cuisines, some were good and some just did not meet expectations. I usually am wary of pan-Asian restaurants because the quality usually isn't as great since they don't have a focus. We got a papaya salad as a starter. This was excellent! The sauce was flavor packed and it was a generous portion. A very refreshing portion. My entree was less impressive. I chose the traditional thai fried rice and I wasn't a fan. It had red onion and tomatoes - ingredients I've never seen in thai fried rice. It was also pretty bland. It could benefit from soy sauce, oyster sauce, thai basil, and thai chilis - ingredients usually found in thai cuisine. I also thought the protein portion was lacking, it only had little bits of chicken mixed in throughout the rice. My partner got the ginger chicken and enjoyed it. Overall some dishes are hit or miss depending on your standards for Asian food. But I did appreciate eating here after a day in the mountains!

Delicious pho at a good price. Excellent location in downtown Estes Park. Server was kind and efficient.

This review comes from an individual that loves Thai food- that being said the establishment was great, we walked in during a cold day and they served us right away. We did take out and they said it would be ready in 15 and without fail, it was ready in 15 minutes! We didn't get the experience of dining in but the place seemed clean and there was a good amount of people there for being a cold day. However, I was very disappointed with their chicken teriyaki- it tasted like microwaveable chicken nuggets that were bathe in teriyaki sauce. Their pad Thai was average, nothing crazy. Their crab Rangoon's were good! We didn't get to try anything else but I would go again and try other entrees as they have a variety

We loved this versatile Asian restaurant. Their menu has Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese foods. There was something for everyone in our group of picky eaters! The staff was attentive and kind. The restaurant is small and the parking isn't great, but it's worth the walk.

This place has been a hit with our friends for a long time. I enjoyed it once while my wife was away, she's not a fan of Thai. The location will tell you the story of how good it is. Because it's hard to find for tourists totally off the beaten path. Our friends can't say enough about it. We experienced great service. Good presentation very hot and freshly made Thai. Even my wife liked it. She doesn't like eating at a place that uses curry and comes out smelling like it. She was able to have her dish without curry and was very pleased. Great appetizers. It's a hit for us. With all the construction going on it's another testament to how busy they are still. Pretty much says it all. If a place can keep busy being in a odd location and through the mess where people have to go out of their way to come and figure out where to park, then you know it's worth the trouble.

The Pad See-Ew was absolutely tasteless with no sauce to speak of. The Spring Rolls were not bad but not special either.

Paris Bahn Mi is the best of their kind, hands down in their Asian food and their service. Their food is great for lunch or dinner. Consistence is the key of their success - in their exquisite Asian flavors and great customer service. Their Asian food is never too salty, and never bland. If you got a little-miss-red-riding-hood in your family, she will make herself right at home in this wonderful restaurant where everything is "just right." I see tons of people coming in for their savory chicken dish, for their Pho dishes, for all of their Asian-meat-flavored sandwiches on a delicious croissant or light bread, and people flocking in here too especially for their dessert slushy drinks and boba teas. Here are the only two problems i can find with this place: 1. Their dining hall is a bit too small for their popularity; and can get crowded in here, but i see how many people get it "to go." 2. This is the only location in this county. They definitely need another location here in northern CO, of Larimer County or in Weld County. As my family and I sit down to eat, it is obvious to us that the owners and employees highly value every customer that walks through their doors. We come here a few times a month, at least, and love it, and never have been disappointed.

Majority of Pho in NoCo has been salty & bland. Since then, I've tried at least 5-6 places already that serve Pho...and I'm going to say...this is a Top 3 in CO, #1 in Loveland (per my taste buds). Here at PBM, there's balance issue in pho broth. I'm looking & savoring the backbone slow-simmered beef richness (usually from marrow bones, oxtail, brisket), with aromatics like star anise, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon acting more like background notes--not the main show. Maybe it was an off day, which that would be good...that would give me hope that the broth is being made in-house! I will come back again, in hopes that PBM will validate being THE BEST in Loveland!
