Great option for dining in Estes Park. The restaurant was relatively quiet when we arrived at 5 pm, but it was rapidly filling up by 6 pm. Some of the menu options like the Bulgogi and the Vietnamese Noodle Bowl aren't quite what you would expect from a restaurant specializing in that specific cuisine. So we were a little disappointed by these items for that reason. If they had been called something else, it might improve the experience. With that said, both the Bulgogi and the Noodle Bowl were very good. I would order them again, knowing now what to expect. The all-day happy hour menu included 2-for1 Estes Park Gold beer, some sake, and wine. I've been here a couple of times, so in general, I would recommend Cafe Pho Thai. read more

Food overall was not worth the price. Received sesame chicken, no sauce whatsoever, not spicy like requested, and 10-12 "pieces" of chicken equivalent to Tyson grilled boneless bites. Not worth the price AT ALL. Dumplings were less than what could have been as a "low" expectation. Mushy, overcooked, and no flavor. Pho, was decent. Chicken in the pho was overcooked and was equivalent to chicken shards with no seasoning. Overall, do not recommend sesame chicken, unless you like sauceless pieces of chicken bites, broccoli, no sesame, and all ginger. Not worth the price. read more

I currently live in Southern California near a large Vietnamese community. I've had a lot of experience in traditional pho restaurants. This place was way better than I was expecting. The only suggestion I would give is that the way they cut the chicken breast is not like traditional pho places I have been to before. Although the chicken breast was good quality, the presentation wasn't so great with the way they cut it. Nevertheless, this place is really good and I would definitely come back! read more

Drinks were great, 2for1 was amazing I had the bulgogi, pad thai, panang curry, and the pho. My favorite was the pad thai! Very aunthentic! It was so good and the restaurant was cozy with the best view of the mountains! Service was easy and stress free! Was a good choice for thai read more

Food is just blah. Noodles used for the pho are extremely overcooked where it is just mushy. Pho broth was pretty good. Service is not that great. Asked for a $20 to be broken down for a tip. Waitress gave two $10 bills. I asked for smaller bills and she said they didn't have any which is surprising and looked a little annoyed. So I have only the ability to give a $10 or $20 tip. When customers ask for change in a service industry, it should be common practice to get smaller bills because it only benefits you. read more

We got takeout and really enjoyed the food! We ordered the pad sew ew and panang curry. The noodles were ordered with the vegan sauce. They were very tasty, but unlike more typical pad sew ew dishes I've had. It was a little sweeter. And the curry was ordered hot and it was very hot! I really loved the flavor, but probably wouldn't order that hot again. For the price, the portions were smaller than I expected but adequate. read more

Visited this spot in the evening after a day at the Rocky Mtns. Many places in Estes Park aren't open late but thankfully this place didn't close until 9. We came around 7:45pm for a dinner after sunset. It wasnt busy on a week night and service was pretty fast. They had a variety of Asian cuisines, some were good and some just did not meet expectations. I usually am wary of pan-Asian restaurants because the quality usually isn't as great since they don't have a focus. We got a papaya salad as a starter. This was excellent! The sauce was flavor packed and it was a generous portion. A very refreshing portion. My entree was less impressive. I chose the traditional thai fried rice and I wasn't a fan. It had red onion and tomatoes - ingredients I've never seen in thai fried rice. It was also pretty bland. It could benefit from soy sauce, oyster sauce, thai basil, and thai chilis - ingredients usually found in thai cuisine. I also thought the protein portion was lacking, it only had little bits of chicken mixed in throughout the rice. My partner got the ginger chicken and enjoyed it. Overall some dishes are hit or miss depending on your standards for Asian food. But I did appreciate eating here after a day in the mountains! read more

I would love to give this place four or five stars but i kind of noticed something strange the past couple times i have come and eaten here. The first time i ate here was alone probably a year ago now i always order the same thing chicken pad thai i figured the portion sizes were on the smaller size regardless of what size you ordered, (typically i order the larger size) but one time i cane with my parents and brother and ordered the same thing this time it came with significantly more chicken and more noodles! I thought this was a mistake. Icame back recently hoping for the same large protion size as when i went with my family and nope back to the same small portions regardless of if i had ordered dinners sized meal. Not really impressed but im assuming because im a single white dude that i wont tip very good so they dont ry to impress me. Thats ok i tell everyone about this read more

Food was ok. However customer service was horrible. I walked in to get a to go order. They showed me their menu and I asked if they had something with rice paper wrapping filled with lots of veggies (I couldn't remember what they would actually be called). I was shown a place on the menu to look, there was a "veggie" option. I asked to confirm if this was an item wrapped in rice paper as I didn't see it in the description. I was told "yes." They were then very accommodating to let me ask for veggies and tofu to be in the roll. They told me it would be a 20 min wait. The waitress was very kind and got me my drink and a cup of water and even refilled it later. However, when I returned, picked up my order and went to my car only to discover I had received sushi rolls. I went back in to ask if I had been given the wrong order. I was told that I had ordered off the sushi menu and the veggies were still wrapped in rice so I should be satisfied. I told them I had specifically tried to clarify before ordering that this was the item with rice paper filled with veggies. I was then told my order could not be fixed and that I would enjoy this just as much, but they couldn't fix it cause it would cost them. read more

This review comes from an individual that loves Thai food- that being said the establishment was great, we walked in during a cold day and they served us right away. We did take out and they said it would be ready in 15 and without fail, it was ready in 15 minutes! We didn't get the experience of dining in but the place seemed clean and there was a good amount of people there for being a cold day. However, I was very disappointed with their chicken teriyaki- it tasted like microwaveable chicken nuggets that were bathe in teriyaki sauce. Their pad Thai was average, nothing crazy. Their crab Rangoon's were good! We didn't get to try anything else but I would go again and try other entrees as they have a variety read more

The Pad See-Ew was absolutely tasteless with no sauce to speak of. The Spring Rolls were not bad but not special either.

My family and I came to this restaurant in honor of our dad after his recent passing (as he loved Vietnamese food). We were so overly disappointed! The food took forever to come out, they messed up two of our orders, we were there for way longer than we wanted to be and our water cups and pitchers sat empty the whole time we were there, my brother ordered a soda and it was never even offered to be refilled. The food didn't have much flavor, some of our food was cold (including our Pho/soup) and was SO overly priced for what we had. We go to Thai and Vietnamese restaurants all the time and this was for sure the worst tasting I've had. And to top it all off our waitress, Sabita, was very rude to us, barley came up to check on us (even though the restaurant had only two other tables full); and she even argued with two of my sisters over their messed up orders, when they were already having a bad day about our dads passing.... I clearly do NOT recommend coming here! read more

We loved this versatile Asian restaurant. Their menu has Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese foods. There was something for everyone in our group of picky eaters! The staff was attentive and kind. The restaurant is small and the parking isn't great, but it's worth the walk. read more

One very rude server. I'm sure the ownership knows who she is because typically it's not a one off. The food is very mid. I rather expected it to be that way as it's a mountain town, so not expecting authentic, even though the sign says authentic on the front door. But to me, there's no room for rude servers and I think management should probably get rid of her (and if she's management then wow) read more

Ordered to go and went to pick up 30 min after order (said food would be ready in 20 minutes). Got there and food wasn't ready. Waited 15 more minutes before food was ready. Restaurant was maybe 1/4 full so no real explanation why a to go order can't be ready on time, especially when an order of pad Thai is $20. Won't be going back. read more

This place has been a hit with our friends for a long time. I enjoyed it once while my wife was away, she's not a fan of Thai. The location will tell you the story of how good it is. Because it's hard to find for tourists totally off the beaten path. Our friends can't say enough about it. We experienced great service. Good presentation very hot and freshly made Thai. Even my wife liked it. She doesn't like eating at a place that uses curry and comes out smelling like it. She was able to have her dish without curry and was very pleased. Great appetizers. It's a hit for us. With all the construction going on it's another testament to how busy they are still. Pretty much says it all. If a place can keep busy being in a odd location and through the mess where people have to go out of their way to come and figure out where to park, then you know it's worth the trouble. read more

Reliable Thai spot after a long day of hiking! The atmosphere is nice and quaint with a good amount of seating. Our waitress, Sabita, was fabulous! All of the dishes were enjoyable and we'd recommend! read more

Surprisingly good Thai in Estes park! We stopped here for late lunch and got Thai tea, vitenamese coffee. Thai tea was good. For apps, my brother got the spring roll and he was happy. We got the drunken noodles - personally I really liked it. Just perfect amount of spice. We also got the panang thai curry, kong kha soup and thai basil fried rice. I think my least fav was the thai rice, I could smell too much of the fish sauce. The curry was not bad, slightly spicy but tasted great. I think service could improve, we had to keep calling our server as she would forget simple things like spoons and napkins. Parking is not a problem here. read more

We went there for an early dinner. They sat us down in a back corner and gave us menus. Had to track them down 10-15 minutes later for us to order People came in about 15 -20 minutes after we did and had finished eating before our meal was even served. We asked twice about where our food was and they got fairly pissy saying it was coming soon and were mad we were annoying them. Restaurant was very quiet and no take outs so I'm not sure why it took an hour to get our food from the time we got there Food was fine so no complaints there read more

Went in around 2:30 and was the only guest! I was immediately greeted and sat. When I was sat the waitress moved the portable heater towards me which made me feel very held. The food was delish. I got the drunken noodle with beef. Flavors and textures all on point! Beef was on the more cooked side but by no means over cooked or burnt. Really great food, really great service, and a very sweet space! If I'm ever back in town I'll be coming back here. read more

As evening came upon us, my friends and I were all hangry and looking for somewhere to eat. After a lot of deliberation, we finally settled on thai because that is something that everyone likes. We got the chicken pad see ew to go, and it was fairly warm when we picked it up to go. Our food was ready within 10 minutes of ordering it. While housesitting in gorgeous estes park I had had enough of the boring old sandwiches I was making and ventured out to try some local spots. This place seemed interesting and I like their menu selections. Ordered pad Thai, and cashew chicken to go. Appreciated the option to order online. For small towns, this doesn't always happen. Food was ready in the span it advised. Decent portion sizes. Food hit the spot, wished it had more spicy notes considering I ordered it hot. Overall, fine establishment. read more

This is truly a hidden gem!!!!! If you don't know the area-with the abundance of construction that is going on, sadly, you really may not find it or find a way to it. I was very lucky and was riding with someone that is very astute directionally, and after a couple times, trying to figure out how to get in the one-way area to pick up our order he was able to figure it out !!! In the meanwhile, I had actually called in the order because it was a special order, and I wanted to make sure that I could speak with someone to explain exactly what type of pho we wanted. It was going to be about 20 minutes before it was ready and after looking at the directions and realizing we had to drive through a heavy construction area, we were glad it was going to take that long!!! It took us a good, 25 minutes to be able to route ourselves to stop at the restaurant in the midst of the construction mess. I stood for a couple of minutes at the cash register, and a server approached and asked me if I had placed to go order which I confirmed. I told her about the order and she said that she had been back in the kitchen and she thought it was ready, but that she was not the one that took the order so she would locate that person and let him know , I was here to pick it up. He actually walked up right about that time so she gave him the money and told him who I was and he went back toward the kitchen to check the order. He was also very busy assisting other customers, delivering food, and seating two new tables of customers too. He stopped by and advised me that the order was not ready yet and it would be a few minutes . I understand that he has no control over that but I have to say that I was surprised. I waited about 10 minutes and he delivered the pho-he double checked to ensure we did not want any of the offered condiments. The chicken pho with noodle was delicious and just what the doctor ordered. Really amazing to have such a good Vietnamese experience in such a tiny town as Estes Park. For people in the know it's right next-door to the post office. The restaurant is fairly large with plenty of seating, and a warehouse style feel . I can't wait to return !!! read more

We enjoyed it. It's off the beaten path and our party of three were able to get seated immediately in this Covid era just before 6:00 on a Wed night. Surprisingly, they had some draft beer options which is not the norm for Thai places. We started out with Crab Wontons ($7) and they were okay. My daughter went with the Panang Curry with Chicken ($15) and enjoyed it. My bride ordered the Mango Salad and added the Chicken ($15) and said the salad was great - but the chicken wasn't. I ordered the Green Curry with Chicken ($15) and enjoyed it. Service from Ksusha was very friendly and prompt. read more

Picked up takeout which was very good. Waiter was very helpful. Great stop in Estes Park.

We were in Estes Park on a chilly windy day & pho sounded soooo good. Per the usual, I scoped out a spot on Yelp & we tried it out! It was on the back side of the main thoroughfare in town with lots of free public parking. It smelled delicious & it was quite busy at 2:30p on a Saturday! The credit card machine was down but they didn't tell us until we were ready for the check, so that wasn't good.. we scrounged up cash instead of having them write our card info down. The fried spring rolls came out quickly & they were the best part of our meal :) loved the freshness and sweet/spicy sauce. Joey ordered the meatball & beef pho, and I ordered the drunken noodles. The pho broth was pretty good, but the meatballs were way bizarre- almost a little too soft & not quite beef/pork tasting :( idk what it was but they were off! The drunken noodles were just okay, the noodles weren't the wide rice noodles but more like al dente fettuccine- and the medium spice was so bland. All in all, the food was decent but nothing I'm dying to return for! read more
