Ordered online and picked it up. I ordered the steak and feta pita. I got it back and went right to it and it was really good. The steak was cooked really well and the mixture with all the other stuff was really balanced. There was a spice that I didn't know what it was from, but if I would've read I would've known it was the jalapeños. Great job Cava!!! Can't wait to try other stuff!! This was a 5-star habit until one change. I genuinely love CAVA. The ingredients are fresh, healthy, and packed with flavor. The in-house juices are fantastic. This quickly became one of our favorite local spots. We were ordering here at least twice a week... dining in, takeout, delivery. I brought friends and family, recommended it often, and even posted a video about it that got around 5,000 local views. That's how much we liked it. But when Garlicky Chicken Shawarma was removed, it honestly changed the experience for us. We've tried the other chicken options, and while the flavor is still good, the texture has been fatty and gristly. It just hasn't hit the same way. We still think CAVA is great overall, but we've definitely reduced how often we come in since that change. If they ever bring back the Garlicky Chicken Shawarma, this would easily go back to being a 5-star staple for us. read more

I was home sick so got the falafel pita yesterday and gave it another try today. The photos of the pitas look large and full. The pitas are $14.21. Both pitas were skimpy, a very small portion and didn't look at all what is presented in the photos on Door Dash by Cava. The food is good, but the value for portion size is pretty awful... I also both days asked for double baba ghanoush, romaine and tomatoes and cucumbers. There was hardly any hummus or baba and hardly any romaine or tomatoes and cucumbers both days. I will not be going there again as the photos are deceptive, the prices are very high for what it is and again the portions are very small and not filling. read more

Great first impression upon walking in! The restaurant was very clean with lots of natural lighting. I was greeted almost immediately, and when I was unsure of what I wanted, they answered all my questions and gave me recommendations. The employee who helped with my order was extremely patient and helpful. I ended up making my own grains bowl, and they made sure to offer me a free pita before checking out. My spouse got a pita with hummus and tzatziki, grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, house made pickles, fire roasted corn, and Kalamata olives. The helpful lady at the counter assured me it was not sweet, so I tried it. It was so good I've been 2 more times in the past month to get it again. They have bowls and wraps....the bowl has options like rice, black lentils, greens mixes, several hummus flavors, dressings, and toppings for the entrees. Hoping they add a couple really good beverages and hope the food stays good bc we all know Chipotle has lost its flavor profile- and Cava is a great option to replace that. read more

Cava is a really great place to get a LOT of food for a good price. I'm vegetarian and they have so many good options. The falafel and roasted veggies are so so so good. I also really recommend getting the skhug sauce (cilantro based) and the tahini caesar. You also get a free warm pita with every bowl. The place is always really clean, the employees are helpful (and scoop the food generously), and it's really fast considering the quality. If you want a big, healthy, delicious meal I'd totally recommend, for me it's a 1. Although if you are a picky eater it might be more like a 5/10. read more

For a quick stop this place is so yummy. It's healthy and all of the ingredients are so fresh. I always have lovely conversations with the staff and of course they are nice every time. The food itself makes salads desirable. Which is hard, because it's a salad. But they add hummus, feta, Taziki sauce and anything else you can think of. We both threw it away! We were excited to come here because Greek food on the go is usually vibrant in taste, a meld of various textures on the tongue, a variety of fresh vegetables on the palate and an easy healthy go-to. So what was the big disappointment with Cava? It was none of those things you want in Greek fast food. In fact, I would go so far as the say that my "Crispy Falafel" was a soggy, tasteless pita full of mush. Our salads were mediocre and our bowls were only 2/3 full and I had even requested extra vegetables. The odd looking green sauce that was squeezed onto the falafel at the end of the line had a taste...... but it was a "why bother". We ordered different falafels and different salads. And neither of us finished either of the items we ordered. I ate half my salad and tossed it and a about four bites of my falafel. It was such a "what's the point?" that I couldn't figure out why I would choose to spend another calorie on it. The location was clean. Let me be clear. I love Cava when it is on. This review concerns the Foothills Cava. In 4 online orders previous to tonight, I was waiting a minimum of 10 minutes beyond the 15 minute ready time. Every time there were ample numbers of servers, but the prime issue appeared to be poor control of product supply between the kitchen and front. I.e, bad management. So the meals sat on the counter for 15 minutes, until someone remembered that they were waiting for falafel or lamb or whatever. Usually I had to inquire rather than someone asking if I was there and telling me there was a delay. Meanwhile the servers were all being chatty. I watched one literally miss a bowl with a dollop of Tzatziki and just move on because she was focused on a humorous conversation. Tonight took the cake though. Our meals were ready early! Except one was anemic looking. A person, possibly a manager going off the clock, was by me as I opened the 1/3 full bowl. He thought they forgot the splendid greens so he asked them to add a bunch on top. This was my wife's order. When we got home and uncovered the greens we found It was missing, count them, FIVE ingredients! Just ridiculous. Order here at your own risk. Unfortunately, we have no other nearby choice and so I keep hoping things will somehow change, but my expectations are low. read more

I for one am so glad CAVA replaced Zoe's Kitchen. CAVA is a fresh take on mediterranean cuisine, much like a fast dining casual restaurant. The food is prepared fresh, with locally sourced ingredients - score for the community - and plated to your needs. There was quite a bit of wait which I'm assuming is due to the 6ft social distancing policy, which is great, and also since its a new place, they're still trying to figure out the most efficient way to speed things up. They have an option between salad bowl, grain bowl or a 50-50 option. I did the grain bowl and boy was it good. The saffron basmati rice is excellent. The brown basmati rice was pretty good too. They give you a complimentary pita, which was delicious although I'm assuming this is only for a limited time. You get to pick 3 sauces - the best ones are the Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, the Tzatziki and the Harissa (if you can handle spice). As for the protein, here's a pro-tip, pay the extra dollar and pick the Braised Lamb (you'll thank me later). This is the best stuff. The vegetable toppings and sauces are unlimited. They have a nice spread to choose from and you'll not be disappointed. Grab a Mexican Cola (regular cola with spices) or a Ginger Beer to chase your food. The Ginger Beer is a personal favorite. It is one of a kind. The service was exceptional. Friendly staff and great food. The ambiance was fantastic as well. Overall, an excellent place. 5 stars. Hand sanitizers are provided.
