I would've prefered the pizza to be cooked for another minute in the oven personally, but that's not a knock on them. It desperately needed salt. In the dough and on the tomatoes. Not even room temperature - warm, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. The turkey panini had way more mayo that should be allowed on a sandwich and the bread was barely toasted. We waited so long for our food we couldn't risk sending it back. As it was, we were there for so long we had to change our afternoon plans to go to RMNP because we rain out of time. Fortunately, we live only an hour away so we can go back. If you are looking to maximize your time in Estes I would not recommend Notchtop. Plenty of other options in Estes.
