A great, satisfying and very refreshing Avacado Toast! The bread is light, airy and cunchy -- a perfect vessel for piling on scrumptious toppings of sliced avacado, arugula, feta crumbles, halved cherry tomatoes and, last but not least, a fried egg! To be sure, it's a bit messy to eat. Nevermind the supplied fork and knife, just dig in with both hands and enjoy! A burbling creek by the cafe is an added bonus. You are now ready for a day of Rocky Mountains adventure.

First Time there!!! So Good!!! I ordered Togo, it was ready less than 10 minutes. Also, I appreciate that they let pups in the shop too. I will be back with my pug again

Food was so average for price. I think we paid $33 for a sandwich and 2 iced teas. We also waited about 45 min for our sandwich. It was hot in the restaurant and not much outdoor seating.

Veggie breakfast burrito made with Asiago bagel instead of burrito and another bagel sandwich with bacon. Both absolutely delicious. Great Americano and Cappuccino too. Lovely staff and great service. Some really nice games and books in the cafe too. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I both enjoyed our lunch at the River Walk Cafe. I had a delicious Caprese panini, and she had grilled cheese! Oh and lets not forget Strawberry Boba tea and the best espresso in town. It's a super cute place, close by parking for convenience. We will be back when we come to visit again.

Our food was handled with care and love. Just simple breakfasts but from the croissant to the fried egg and bacon were all cooked/baked very well. We appreciate such dedication!

The big foot was amazing, a little spicy, but perfect! Cute place too. Also had a dirty chai that was good.

All symptoms point to food poisoning. We will not be back. This was our first visit to You Need Pie. What we liked: Our waiter was really hospitable, friendly, and did his best to provide service in a timely way despite being the only server available for all the customers. The coffee was decent, though in a small mug, and so was the hot chocolate we orders for the kids (which came with whipped cream, much to their delight!). The decor on the walls felt kind of scanty but what is there was cute. There is a pretty wide pie selection. Food serving sizes were okay. The single person bathroom was clean. What we didn't like: *The $2 veg add-ins of onion and jalapeños to the $12 omelette were raw. *The corned beef hash was extremely basic and barely seasoned, the potatoes were well cooked but bland and pale. It was edible but not worth $15. *Our party ordered a $9 bread bowl soup and waffle fries as well; it was eaten but the cheese ingredient was really overpowering in flavor - the small size was a good thing, in this case, because otherwise it couldn't have been finished. *The batter on the chicken tenders in the kid's meal were almost burnt on the edges, but still pale everywhere else. Something off with the oil temperature I guess. They didn't get eaten. *The color of everything was pretty much all beige and served on white plates, which impacted the impression of the meal - zero visual appeal. One of my favorite parts of eating at mom-and-pop diners is the way the meals feel homey, warming you from the inside out. This did not create that kind of impression. Lastly, the pie (which was the main draw for us and why we picked this dining option). We ordered one slice of rhubarb at $6.25. The pie was very disappointing - something in it was either stale or had gone bad. It tasted really unpleasant and we ended up throwing it away. Our total for everything was about $80 with tip and it was sadly not money well spent. We love stand alone dining options but probably will not be returning.

We needed a quick bite before starting hikes in the park - we found this spot with great reviews…read moreand basic sandwiches as well as some more unique ones. The cashier was super friendly and let us have as much candy as we wanted, helped us pick menu items, and was very honest about wait times due to their busyness but was still quick to get our orders out as soon as she could. The restaurant has few tables so its more of a grab and go spot, but it is possible to sit at a small counter or select few tables. The sandwiches were all good, some better than others. Some people were happier with them than others. The specialty sandwiches got the best reviews.

All of their meats are cured in house and served on their fresh baked bread each day. They are vegetarian friendly and offer vegan and gluten free options. They also offer breakfast items like burritos. Be aware their sandwiches are loaded with ingredients and big. I could only eat half of my sandwich. I do appreciate the size though as you never know how hungry you are going to be after a long hike especially in this altitude. We went with the turkey sandwich and added cheese, all kinds of toppings and a spread. These sandwiches were very tasty and all the veggies on the sandwich were so fresh. Their baked goods looked so inviting especially the cinnamon rolls. I will have to come back! Service was efficient and helpful. Parking can be a bit of a challenge when they are busy. It was the perfect stop before entering the park!
