Everybody knows already the cinnamon rolls and all the verities thereof are great and sell out quickly. Also they sell coffee too. We were there on a Wednesday morning at 8:25 and our visit was the last walk-in order to be filled as they sold out for the couple behind us. We being new in town just got lucky that morning. Many people call in their orders for pick up and those are boxed and staged for pick up. That would be the best assurance you would get what you want. Highly recommended. This was one of the places I had bookmarked for months before our trip. I made sure to call and order ahead for me and my parents. When we got there our order was ready, and I ordered a hot coffee to pair with it. We ended up sitting outside to enjoy our rolls and coffee. I made sure to get mine smothered. I have tried them all and do find my favorite to be pecan, while my wife enjoys the cinnamon. They can sell out within an hour or two of open on a busy summer weekend. Came here on a Tuesday morning on our way to Rocky Mountains national Park. I was a little concerned that they would run out by the time we got there because we were driving in late morning and the parking lot was looking bare . We got there at 9:30 and they only had a few options left. Not a lot of seating, but I'm assuming a lot of people just grab and go. We got the salted caramel cinnamon bun, and I think one of the workers noticed that I was a little bummed that they ran out of all the cinnamon buns with icing so she offered to put some icing on my cinnamon bun, which was really nice of her. Cinnamon bun was so good. Nice soft moist with a sweet flavor that's not overly sweet. I'm glad we were able to get a cinnamon bun because 10 minutes later one of the workers walked out to put out the sold out sign. This place is a must stop on your way to the national park. If I could rate this place 10/5 I would. First off. It's an adorable little shop surrounded by the mountains the it's just a beautiful spot. Inside is cozy. Only one lady working and everything was clearly baked that morning. The rolls are big and they are perfectly soft and sweet. Wow! Thankful that a friend told me about this incredible place. She told me it was a MUST when in Estes Park and now I know why. You have to be prepared. Get there right when they open at 7:30am. We were. Line already forming and parking lot full. We only had to wait a few minutes till the sweetest, fluffiest cinnamon rolls made their way into a box and then into our mouths. The views here are incredible, the coffee very good, but the cinnamon roll with thick, sweet frosting stole the show. We also got a pecan sticky roll and the fruit of the day roll, cherry. The five stars for this cozy local bakery are all well-deserved. Just down the road from where we were staying, Cinnamon's Bakery serves up cinnamon rolls, pecan sticky buns, and coffee. There was one friendly gentleman manning the front all by himself when we arrived soon after the 7:30am opening and he was very friendly and efficient. The line wasn't too long and we had two old fashioned classic cinnamon rolls and one pecan sticky bun in a box to go in no time. We opted for the icing for the rolls on the side and I'm glad we did; you can request that when you order if you don't want a lot of icing. Between my husband and myself, those three items were gone in a flash--so delicious! It is a very small space, but what this place is cranking out is simply amazing. The young lady working the counter was excellent, attentive and quick with the order. If you get the traditional cinnamon roll, be sure you order it with "SMOTHERED" icing. The icing may be the best icing you will ever try on a cinnamon roll. It is rich, but soooo worth it. The pecan sticky buns are also out of this world. They are the perfect ratio of pecans to bun and are not chewy, they just melt in your mouth. I also tried a blueberry muffin and oh my lord...again, out of this world. The blue berries are not the artificial crap you get in almost very other blueberry muffin out there.
