Service was horrible, sat there for thirty minutes and the waitress just looked at me and never came to my table. People came in after me and was served and allowed to progress through the line. Walked in and got in line behind a couple that was paying for their meal. There was three tables eating, and the cook had a couple bowls lined up. While the couple ahead of me was paying the cashier looked up at me and told me they were closed. The sign on the door says closes at 8pm. Google, Apple and yelp all say 8pm. I write this review at 7:20 in the parking lot watching people eat and staff personnel work lol. Maybe they need better employees or better management, but something for sure needs to change before this place is actually as good as it could be read more

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - you build your bowl with the frozen/uncooked items and it gets cooked by the chefs on a grill at the front of the store. They add a lot of "teriyaki" sauce as it cooks which was very soy saucey in taste and very salty overall. You have options of how many spoons of chili oil you would like for spiciness. The meat is frozen which gets really tough as they cook. Ambience: N/A - got the food to go. Store was very busy with quite a line to get the food cooked Service: 5/5 - understaffed with just one server, one person stocking food, and two cooking. My family and I were really excited to check this place out. It was my first time experiencing a mongolian grill. The employees were very friendly and a joy to talk with, the restaurant was clean. It was not very busy which I was surprised. The food was delicious but we will most likely not return. For the portion/price range, we left still hungry. We were also charged $9 for our 3 cups of tap water. As far as I knew, Mongolian Grills were an all you can eat experience and we have never at any establishment been charged for tap water before so this was a surprise. When I go to a Mongolan Grill I usually like to fill up the bowl again but this place isn't all you can eat like most Mongolian Grills. The food is fine but I probably won't return since there's that one bowl limit unless you pay for another bowl. The service when I went was just so so, not really good. Came in for supper after work on a Saturday. It was pretty quiet for a Saturday evening. The staff cooking the food and serving were very friendly. I had a large bowl with rice and the food tasted pretty good. The only complaint I had was it wasn't the cleanest restaurant I had been in, they may have had a busy lunch or party earlier on but each time I have been in the restaurant it's been kinda grungy. The back door to the restaurant was wide open with a tan blowing which did let some flies in. I would still come back to eat here in the future. read more

This place is NOT like other Mongolian Grill. It's NOT a buffet. All you can eat. They charge you $15 per person for a small bowl of ingredients, the unknown catch was to fill it as high as possible and get to take home leftovers. One bowl per person. Any additional bowl is another $15. After the fact noticed that it wasnt clearly posted as you enter. I have been to many other Mongolian Grills and it has always been one price, all you can eat. But, NOT this place. So if you are going to eat here for $15 a bowl, I would recommend fill it to almost overflowing before you hand it over to the cook. Once the cook places your items on the grill you may want to ask them not to put too much oil on your food. I asked the cook many times very little oil and no teriyaki sauce and they didn't listen. When I got my bowl of food it was covered with so much oil and teriyaki sauce it was like a soup. It was so salty I didn't eat most of it. As we left paying, I asked about the sign that says this place is not a buffet? One of the employee showed me a small sign you can barely see. Opposite of the price menu. Why wasn't this sign posted on or next to the price for the food? This wasn't about the price it's very deceiving practice. Most people who have visited other Mongolian Grill nevery paid for each bowl. I didn't make a big fuss over it and even left a good tip for the hardworking cook. My friends and I used to come here once a week when we were stationed in Cheyenne. I checked it out when at F.E. Warren for a TDY and it was still just as good as it was then. Some will knock their service, but there really isn't any service to get. You pick your food and take it to the flat top to be walked around. The only thing the "servers" do is bring you a drink, and steamed rice if you want it. I'll definitely head back when in town. read more

They don't have much to choose from. Half the stuff Out was empty like no broccoli, beef, water chestnut, mini corns, the list goes on. Employees are rude, not friendly at all! I went in at about 8:15 when they close at 9:00 and waited for about 5 minutes or more on the cook, he was busy sweeping the floor and could care less if I was standing there or not. when he was done cooking my food he put it in a bowl and I told him it was to go, he just looked at me and said "i know" so rudely. They add soo much soy sauce when cooking there's no point in adding any Sauce Of your own. I don't understand why they add so dang much soy sauce, any other Mongolian place I have been to doesn't do that. The soy sauce just ruins the whole dish because you can't taste any sauce you put on yourself. Definitely won't be back to this place! read more

I have always enjoyed Mongolian Grills. This place is no different. How good it is all depends on how good you are putting together the flavors you like. They have a buffet of different raw veggies, meats and noodles, You pick up the size bowl you want and stuff it with as much and as high as you can, then add spices and sauces to your taste and hand it to the cook and they grill it right in front of you. The problem is, the food never tastes very good, at least not as good if the food was prepared by a chef. I think most people go because they think this is what Asian stir-fry is supposed to be. The food line is always messy with food everywhere even if it's slow when you go in, the food always runs out and they dont restock, there is always food on the floor that needs to be cleaned up but the waitresses are too busy texting to care, and then last and worst of all are the cooks. They are rude and never cook the food enough. They dont heat the grill up long enough before cooking the food either. The last time i went in the cook had just sprayed the grill with cleaner and not even five minutes later cooked someones food and didnt even let the grill heat up first.
