Been here on multiple occasions and can always rely on them for top notch service/hospitality and food. Our go to is the sweet and sour chicken which is always made fresh to order, hot, and slightly crispy. We also enjoy the Ba Ba hot platter for a delicious variety. You also get good portions and I always leave with plenty of leftovers. The interior is decorated nicely with condiments, refreshments, and utensils all out to grab for yourselves. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive. It has a very homey and welcoming interior. Twin Dragon is one of my favorite places in Cheyenne for comforting, quick, and delicious meals. Ate inside off the Lunch Specials menu, plus ordered the BABA platter, (which turned out to be unnecessary). The portions on the menu were HUGE and everything was EXCELLENT! (Sesame Chicken, Cashew Chicken Chicken, LARGE egg drop soup, plentiful fried rice, crisps). The BABA platter had a great assortment of ribs, beef kabobs, chicken, wontons,etc. Could only sample some of the platter (all great), because of the size of the entrees. So I used to love Twin Dragon but ever since Covid this place has done nothing sir gone down hill. Tonight 12/23/24 was the final straw for me I arrived 30 minutes after places my take out order that I was told would take 40 minutes, I have now been waiting in the restaurant for 90 minutes since I paid and have checked twice and was just told for the second time that they will start on my food. There is no longer any way to dine in at this place unless you place a to go order and sit in the restaurant that has very minimal heat on and no servers to even refill your water. I would suggest going to any other oriental food establishments in Cheyenne before going here. This will be my last visit to a place I used to love. read more

I got Twin Dragon delivery as a final resort on a recent evening, but ultimately, it turned out to be a good choice. The quantity was substantial. We got the almond duck and bean curd szechuan style. The almond duck was tasty, though I wish it had had more meaty pieces versus fatty ones. The bean curd, which I assume is a spin off from mapo tofu, was good. It wasn't as spicy as it would be traditionally; and the mushrooms, peas, and carrots were a bit odd, but they did call it "szechuan style," not mapo tofu specifically. So I can't get too picky about that. A wee bit too salty but definitely manageable. I liked the almond cookies as a freebie dessert instead of the common fortune cookie. read more

Ordered Chow Mein, got this mushy, slimy, pile of flavorless vegetables. We called them and told them that we never got the noodles with the Chow Mein and they said that they gave us fried wontons strips instead. We told them that we wanted the noodles, that was the whole reason we ordered it (my wife only likes the noodle dishes), they said that's just how they do it. So we went to a different Chinese place and got what my wife actually ordered and PAID FOR, so she could enjoy her dinner. Absolutely ridiculous, NO customer service, charged me for a dish we never ordered and didn't want and refused to fix THEIR screw up. Sad to say this place is not yummy, is overpriced, and has a very strange ambiance. It appears they used to be a full fledged service restaurant but have defaulted to "self service" since the pandemic. This pivot is not working. The prices are the same you would expect from a full service restaurant but you can take it home or sit in their weird abandoned restaurant. There's even a dark graveyard room that appears to have been a lovely place to eat back in the day. These guys need to figure out their business model and improve their food or a pivot won't tide them over for much longer. This place is self serve which is fine by me. You order at the counter and pick up utensils, etc off a table. That being said the food was great. Fresh, hot, good flavor and prices similar to most other restaurants ($12-17 an entree depending on what you get). Will definitely stop in again on my way through Cheyenne. read more

My family and I decided to give this Chinese restaurant a try and I'm so glad we did. We ate at the restaurant. As we walked in we were directed towards the tables and handed a couple of menus. We sat ourselves, ordered everything at the counter and even set the table. That's the only reason this place gets four stars instead of five. Well I was very disappointed in my recent. The line in noodles were mushy. The Juan Beef lacked the kick it usually has snd the hot mustard was very thick. The negatives: 1 booth occupied by a family of four, one couple seated & waiting for a to-go order, and my order took just under 40 minutes to be ready--included 2 entrees & a cup if soup--bc watching them, I believe they prioritize to-go & app fetch orders over their dine-in customers. Also, my food was drenched in sauce--waaaay salty (saltier than normal Chinese food)--and luke warm. We just received an order from this restaurant from Door Dash ( first off don't use it - crazy fees! ) and we order crab rangoons , literally NO crab in the rangoons. Second , let me say I don't review , I LOOK at other reviews so this place really let me down :(( .. I love Chinese food and being from the east coast the Chinese establishments are amazing . So as I was saying , we then decided to open our Orange Chicken there was orange peels and TONS of onions also , the hot peppers ahhh-plenty amongst a sugar sauce that didn't taste at all like the orange spicy-like tang that is customary with this dish . I also want to not that all the side dishes we had ( including my dumplings ) had a huge orange wheel under everything which made everything taste like dang fruit :/ I don't know about everyone else but if you have an allergy it's important to note that this items are in with other items . I was not happy nor were my kids dying to have some Chinese on our " takeout" night . Lastly , the box that our takeout was packed in was literally covered , slathered with the sugar sauce from our " Orange " Chicken .. This is my favorite Chinese food place in town. Why? Because it's consistent and the food is always hot. The couple times we've eaten at yeh restaurant, the service has been great and the food was amazing! We never make it in time to do the buffet so we order a few different things and share. However, we usually do take out. Our orders are always correct and very very rarely are we missing the streamed white rice but that not a huge deal to me. I call and let them know or we turn the car around and go back. Like I said, not a huge deal. The real name of the place is "All Dishes Literally Watered-down With Every Imaginable Corner Cut." Still, people go here, chomp down, and return. Again and again. But why? Because people are hungry for (American) Chinese, with okay atmosphere and food instantly gratifying, the whole outing being predictable/comfortable like old flip flops.
