We got into town early Saturday evening and were looking for something that wasn't too heavy. Fortunately, we were there on the one day that they're open for dinner. As of when I'm writing, there's no address in their Yelp listing. We had to call and get the address and some directions. They are at 18 East 16th Street, next to a Bible book store. I got the Cali bowl with crab. My wife got the lemon pepper bowl with chicken. We tried each other's to compare. Both were good but I liked the lemon pepper bowl a little better. We enjoyed this food very much. It is hard to find spots that include vegetarian items on their menu in Scottsbluff, so we were pleasantly surprised. Was it as good as Denver Bahn Mi made by Virletnamese people w/their own bakery? No. But it was very nice and fresh and for this area we give 5 stars. I hope they offer marinated or fried tofu add-ins in the future, but I understand there are not many vegetarians in this area and we can't order enough by ourselves to make it worth their while. I attempted to find a Yelp review of this place, but came up dry, so I initiated this one. These guys need to get as much exposure and publicity as possible. Some of the nicest and friendliest people we've met in our two months in Scottsbluff! I hope they add something to this review such as menu and photos so folks can see what they have to offer because they deserve to be supported.
