My husband was asked if he was going to pay the $15.00, and responded, "of course, we pumped the gas so of course we will pay for it." He told Carolyn to add the remaining amount, as we still need more gas. The manager Carolyn told my husband he will have to make two separate transactions. My husband explained, if we make two separate transactions, our card will be charged twice. Carolyn made a hiss sound, waved her hand and walked off. My husband proceeded outside to check our bank account to see it we were charged the $15.00 already. Carolyn told my husband if he left she would call the police. He explained to her he was going to the car to check the account. Carolyn was extremely rude. We are regular customers who purchase gas and other items at this store frequently. We do not appreciate being treated so poorly. As a faithful consumer, we expect to be treated with decency and respect.
