The sandwiches were prepared quickly and we enjoyed them at our picnic. I added a little bit of soy sauce and chili sauce to give it a little more flavor. They were served in a cute little wonton type bowl. It kind of looked like the shell of a taco salad. It was probably just for presentation, but I ate a couple of pieces with my meal. LOL! The fried rice was a little crispy, but really good and the veggies were cooked perfectly.
