I went here to purchase some produce five days ago. No produce, so I purchased kombucha and almond oil for cooking. Got home and opened up the almond oil and right away, it smelled rancid. I was unable to return until today. My friend and I went in to return and I told the woman that it was rancid. She immediately looked under the bottle and said it wasn't expired. I told her it doesn't matter, it smells rancid and I'd like to return it, please. She continued to argue with me and went to grab a FACIAL ALMOND oil, opened it and told me she was going to purchase this, but she wanted to prove something to me and she said they smelled the exact same. They ABSOLUTELY DID NOT smell the same. Rancid oil has a DISTINCT smell. I have used almond cooking oil and it has NEVER smelled like this, rancid. I mean, totally unprofessional and bad for business, this woman was unbelievable. I said, ask someone else to smell it, but she refused and continued to disagree and argue with me. She said, I don't know how to refund to your card and the owner is out sick. No problem, cash is fine. She "snarkily" set/tossed my money on the counter, which solidified her bad attitude! My friend who was there for the first time, couldn't believe how she was acting. Embarrassing for this business, I'd say. She is bad for business and needs a serious attitude adjustment! Hopefully the owner makes sure she pays for that facial almond oil she opened. Sadly, we won't be back to support this local business.

Here's what happened: we bought a new vape, that was a really nice vape, however... They had no extra and I like to switch up my flavor so, to do this I needed more pods. As I'm buying the vapes I ask how do I switch the flavor because as I said, I am new to this. I know LITERALLY NOTHING about the devices, or even HOW they work....The guy tells me oh, for that you need more pods... Cool I'll just buy the extra pods I say as we are spending over $250 already(for mine and my husband's new vape. They didn't have the pods, he said "you can buy them anywhere" OK, we tell him we will go to another shop and try to buy the pods for that vape. Those pods were not sold at two other vape shops that we attempted to buy them from, so this vape is obviously a no go for me... We go return to return the item(s) and the guy we JUST bought it from said "we don't do returns EVER" keep in mind we LITERALLY JUST LEFT, so he calls the "owner " I say owner and quotes because I'm using that term very loosely... His owner comes in chopping on a sandwich and CLEARLY stoned out of his mind... Now, I don't care about what people do in their free time, or even at work, to be clear... I get that you work at a smoke shop, but we're in Cheyenne Wyoming, where pot isn't even legal! LOL! This guy was really laughing at us and blowing us off completely! Telling us there wasn't anything he could do for us to make a long story short... Couldn't exchange a $50 UNOPENED item when we just spent $250? And tipped 15% I'm so confused!
