Very classless advertising on the front of the building. Would appreciate fitness being represented in a professional, classy way and not have to drive by the imagery. Our family are all athletes and we avoid this shop just because of the gross photos. read more

Have made trips to store several times and store has been closed even though the hours are within business hours. Have set hours or don't open at all, it's very frustrating when I drive to store within your hours of business and your not open. There is even a sign on the door that says hours 9am-5pm "if not here go to Dell range location". Lol that's not how you run a business. read more

I really only have positive things to say about this company. It's clean, well organized, and the staff are active in the fitness community themselves and can offer their own experience as well as the research behind the products. I work in fitness and wouldn't think twice about sending any of my clients to them. They won't lead them down a rabbit trail of unnecessary items but will also help steer them towards something they need. read more

I went to see if I could support local knowing that a GNC was across the street, I got there when they said they would be open but we're closed, I waited a couple minutes and another customer pulled up beside me jamming some good tunes but super loud. So I figured I would run an errand and come back. I called to make sure they were open and they were and stopped by. It turns out the person I thought was a customer was an employee or owner or something and I was taken back that he worked there . I know he must have seen me waiting right in front of the business and seemed to be more into his music than me‍. Anyways, I left and gave money to GNC instead. What can you say, I tried! read more

I want to give this a better rating but my experience with this shop really bugs me. I went in there hoping to find different products than what GNC provides me for preworkout. I was advised by one of the workers to try two different products. I told him I have a sensitivity to the beta Adeline. Or that two products: C4 and Noxplode have made me break out into hives. With that knowledge in hand he recommended possessed or toned. I asked which one he recommended with what he knew about my issues and stated possessed would be a good route. I bought it and tried it the next day. I'd say hours after my first drink, I felt out of breath or that my heart was still in workout mode (mind you I am an athletic person, so for me to feel like this there was something wrong). I go home and begin to look up all the ingredients on the package. Come to find out d-asparatic acid was one that promotes LH levels to rise. For men, it increases testosterone, for women...well it could cause your body to falsely think it's time for ovaluation! I wasn't happy that it wasn't mentioned to me that it was in there. In addition, possessed does not list out the mg of each ingredient, so I had no idea still what caused the out of breath issue. I tried to talk with another associate who was more than helpful but realize once I've opened it I am out of luck. I was more than livid that I couldn't even have an option to trade. Now I am $40 out and have to find yet another product. I'll be more careful next time what I buy, but I think it's unfair for customers to ask advice of the associates and them not lead you in the right direction. I'm hoping this doesn't happen to anyone one else (especially ones who could have any health conditions). read more

This is one of the rare health/supplement stores I've gone to that doesn't try to sell you everything under their roof. The staff was helpful and offered to order any products that were not in stock. They have a price match policy and many products that where new to me. Even had huge bags of BSN protein. The only drawback is the on hand inventory is somewhat lacking. Be sure to check your receipts for any discounts they offer. They thanked me for my military service and said I get a 10% discount. After getting home I gave the protein packets to my wife and told her what they cost. She said that was 25% more than she has always paid. I looked at the receipt and there was no discount. I went back to the store and they "do not know how that happened". The only reason I gave them 2 stars is that they were courteous about the whole thing. We now go elsewhere to buy our products. read more

I suppose it's a bad sign when you walk into a business and hear crickets, right? This is almost exactly what happened when I stopped in here this weekend. I came in late Saturday morning to find a good size shop with decent product selection yet no one to be found working there. No one behind a counter or walking around or even in sight. Thankfully, I know my way around these so called nutrition shops so I just went off on my own. The space is medium sized and protein powders take up the majority of the shelf space. I was saddened to see only two containers of Quest's delectable powder sitting out and even more saddened to see a paltry four tubs of my beloved Cellucor. I planned on treating myself to a fresh container of Cookies and Cream Cellucor but alas, only Cinnamon Swirl, S'more, Corfetti and Strawberry; cue a big yawn now. Thankfully, they had a bigger selection of Truetin so I swooped in on that. I've never seen Trutein in an actual store so this made me feel better. Moving on to the bar section for a little more disappointment. Quest remains king in the nutrition shop industry. The standard fare was here as well with the most popular flavors as usual. I grabbed a few and noticed that Quest is pretty much it for the bar department here. No Victory Bars, no B-UP Bars, not much else except for two flavors of Square Bars. Merp. I hope this place steps up their bar game...pretty please? After deciding that staring down the bar section wasn't going to produce anymore magical bars to pop up, I decided it was time to go. By now, a lone employee was standing behind the register; phew, I didn't have to steal my items! PS, middle of the road pricing on Questies; I've paid as low as $1.78 per bar (In CA!) and as high as $3 per bar and these guys have them for $2.35 each; not too bad! The customer service factor. Now, here we go. Okay sir, I get it. you're big and strong and have arms that are the size of my thighs. I get it, you're stuck working on a Saturday in Wyoming and you're probably bored to death. I totally get it, you don't feel like answering any questions let alone smiling and acting halfway friendly. Here's the deal though, you're giving your industry a bad name, bad rap, bad everything. You're being intimidating and quite possibly not even realizing it. I wasn't fazed by it because I've been in this situation many a time before. I'm over it. I just want my stuff and then I want to leave. Others may not be so forgiving though. Imagine if someone who literally just started looking into supplements and weight training came in and needed help? You may be in the "fitness industry" (sorry, I know that term is awful) but you're in customer service as well and my trip to this shop certainly did not live up to my expectations and quite honestly, my expectations are not that high in this setting. I just want a friendly experience, even if it's fake and you curse me out to yourself on my way out the door. I'm glad I got to finally check this place out and I'm glad SE Wyoming has a resource for supplements etc but I think I'll take my shopping south down to CO from now on or buy online. read more

My mother and I stopped in this store last week and had a very positive experience. My mother was visiting from out of state and we thought we would stop in and check it out. We didn't purchase anything..just looked. They have a nice selection of products to choose from and the gal behind the counter was very friendly. As we were getting ready to head out, the owner of the store offered us a FREE promotional water bottle and gave us some 15% coupons which I thought was very nice. Once I finish my Verda Nutrition that I'm taking, I will return to the Nutrition Company to make a purchase. Friendly people and nice store. A++ read more
