Dr. Rocknack is worst dentist in my 81 years. I haue had really great dentists in other states!…read more I have had a heck of a time for ouer 3 years now. He left a visible bone where he extracted an upper tooth. When I mentioned it, he said it would work its way out ..UNDERNEATH AN UPPER PLATE?????? EUEN I KNOW THATS NOT POSSIBLE. HIS PERSONALITY IS DECEIUING. At first he is nice until you question him. I had to make him stop extracting because the tooth was not yet numb. That ticked him off. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM IF YOU PAID ME TO. The dentures still do not fit correctly, and I have constant problems just like Norene B. who posted a review. I went back only once.... same problems to discuss and he scheduled me with a different dentist. I have had tissue grafts, peridontal surgery, ueneers, crowns, fillings.... and neuer had one iota of pain until I met this man,,that I will call a complete jerk!!!

Everytime I went there anxiety. Went there for dentures. I only needed uppers! Dr. Chris advised me…read moreto get both uppers and lowers. Huge mistake. To this day I can't wear the lowers! They come loose no matter how much glue I put on. If I'm drinking or eating! Well you can get implants, he said. So I basically wasted money getting the lowers pulled. Last time I went there all he did is yelled at me! Norene, I'm trying to help you! No he's a bully. I never cried at Dentist before ever! Why do I have pay for implants because the lowers dentures didn't come close to fit at all! All the yelling doesn't help them to fit! I'll never go back there! Just made me cry going back there. His chair side manner was horrible! He would sit behind me and try to talk to me. My neck was killing me! Just writing this my heart is racing. Nobody likes going to dentist. I'm 65 and hands down the worst I've ever had. Long story don't always listen to their advice! I wished I kept my lowers. Now I'm pretty much screwed. He should pay me it costs me for the lowers! They even meet the uppers. Means they don't fit right!! Gawd!

We were forewarned about Dr. Whiting's unsatisfactory practice but decided to see him anyway for…read morethree reasons: we were both brother USAF veterans with a common camaraderie, he was a licensed Wyoming dentist which was bound by section 5B6 of the ADA's Principles of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct, and the nonmaleficence clause of the Hippocratic Oath to do no harm. How mistaken we were in trusting in his integrity and expertise. Our GEHA insurance documented that 90% of my wife's crowns which he installed between 11/16/2023 and 1/22/2024 were unwarranted and unnecessary. Obviously the procedure was irreversible. Total out-of-pocket costs were $17,694.03. She was told that she ground her teeth, but her husband has never heard that whatsoever. Then her husband had two tooth extractions. The first extraction had no complications and was successful; however the second extraction had a major complication with the gushing of blood, overnight, caused by the severing of an arteriole. Dr. Whiting did curtail the bleeding the next day but left an exposed jawbone socket which has not healed with gum tissue in over 10 months. Also, he prescribed a partial denture since the husband did not want an implant. That partial indicated poor or slipshod craftsmanship and resulted in a second much improved partial. Sadly we have lost confidence in Dr. Whiting's practice in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Nevertheless it should be noted that he and his staff ( Jennifer, Kasi, no longer employed, Katie, Dnef, and Nadia) were most polite, efficient, and respectful to 80-year-old patients. In summary, overall we feel that we were taken advantage of by Dr. Whiting.
