HIS PERSONALITY IS DECEIUING. At first he is nice until you question him. I had to make him stop extracting because the tooth was not yet numb. That ticked him off. I had an abbess tooth over the weekend and on Monday I called Aesthetic and they got me in that day, Dr Dz has a great bedside manner and explained everything to me, sent me to a an Excellent specialist ,Dr Mead, that day and had me fixed up in a matter of hours. The staff apparently didn't turn the claim into my dental insurance , but into my medical. The staff reached out a few months later asking me to confirm my coverage Information, which I promptly did. Over ONE year later I get a bill for $479. Yes...you read that correctly. This was only a yearly cleaning. My daughter pays cash for her dental (doesn't have insurance) and even with xrays the bill is rarely even approaching $150. But...I had insurance. Because their office staff apparently fumbled the procedure, the (obviously over charged) claim was denied. Then..over 18 months later they want me to pay $500 for a simple yearly visit. After many phone calls to the office, I expressed my concern that this entire process seems very "scammish" to me..perhaps even kicking the line on healthcare fraud. Even tho I haven't had this same Insurance for over a year, the billing manager told me she would "re-submit" the "claim". (Why didn't they just do that before you ask, I wondered the same). This brings us to current day...I now have been sent a new bill for $222 . I am nearly 2 years out from this office visit in May 2024. No explaining why. No info breakdown of why it was $500 in the beginning either . Be careful with this facility. I am at the point that I will be reporting them for insurance fraud.

It's incredibly inconvenient because it takes time to get on their books- so it pushes your dental work out. I need a reliable dentist so I don't have to keep rescheduling my life based on their seasonal hour changes. You'd think they would plan these things ahead of time.
