The younger twin has an eye tooth growing in at a 10 to 4 position (just like his dad, same side also!) and the older twin has an underbite. The team is very calm and collected, and treat the boys like a human. They address their concerns directly to them, and to the parent as well. There isn't enough good that could be said about Dr. Cole Weaver. Because of my younger twin needing special assistance with his procedure,he recommended me to yet another fantastic Dr. that deals with it. Overall, I have been highly impressed with the whole team. Other places told us the wait would be several months. Through the course of my daughters treatment she had one or two brackets pop off which is usual, but Braces U were always able to get us in right away. Scheduling appointments were very each and their schedule worked great for mine. The staff were always friendly and kind, and remembered us by name. They were just as excited as I was to see my daughters beautiful smile after the braces came off! We couldn't be happier!

I don't know how to properly express my disappointment in this business…read more I had a simple cleaning and xrays. Totally covered by my insurance . The staff apparently didn't turn the claim into my dental insurance , but into my medical. The staff reached out a few months later asking me to confirm my coverage Information, which I promptly did. Over ONE year later I get a bill for $479. Yes...you read that correctly. This was only a yearly cleaning. My daughter pays cash for her dental (doesn't have insurance) and even with xrays the bill is rarely even approaching $150. But...I had insurance. Because their office staff apparently fumbled the procedure, the (obviously over charged) claim was denied. Then..over 18 months later they want me to pay $500 for a simple yearly visit. After many phone calls to the office, I expressed my concern that this entire process seems very "scammish" to me..perhaps even kicking the line on healthcare fraud. Even tho I haven't had this same Insurance for over a year, the billing manager told me she would "re-submit" the "claim". (Why didn't they just do that before you ask, I wondered the same). This brings us to current day...I now have been sent a new bill for $222 . I am nearly 2 years out from this office visit in May 2024. No explaining why. No info breakdown of why it was $500 in the beginning either . Be careful with this facility. I am at the point that I will be reporting them for insurance fraud.

It's incredibly inconvenient because it takes time to get on their books- so it pushes your dental work out. I need a reliable dentist so I don't have to keep rescheduling my life based on their seasonal hour changes. You'd think they would plan these things ahead of time.
