HIS PERSONALITY IS DECEIUING. At first he is nice until you question him. I had to make him stop extracting because the tooth was not yet numb. That ticked him off. I asked my neighbors if they know a good dentist and they told me about Aesthetic. I had an abbess tooth over the weekend and on Monday I called Aesthetic and they got me in that day, Dr Dz has a great bedside manner and explained everything to me, sent me to a an Excellent specialist ,Dr Mead, that day and had me fixed up in a matter of hours. Now they are my new Dentist. Also the Staff is extremely Friendly too.

She was absolutely insistent that we pay for our "missed" this number was in the hundreds, and as we all know NO ONE can really afford to pay HUNDREDS of dollars for "missed" appointments. I told her, I was in the hospital, which is why I couldn't make it to the appointments. I feel as though this is a pretty darn good excuse for missing a dental appointment, but the "office manager" told me, it's still my responsibility to cancel the appointment, well what if I was INCAPABLE of calling to cancel? After all no one PLANS to end up in the ER. Now, I wasn't actually incapable of calling to cancel, but it wasn't at all top of mind, I had bigger fish to fry, concerning my health care. She told me all balances needed to be paid, prior to seeing me for an abscessed tooth. Absurd, and shows how much she cares about their patients. Well, I guess I needed these fillings replaced and work on a tooth that Dr. Cutler said was damaged due to night grinding. Dr. Cutler changed his tune and stated that I was told that I needed a build up and a crown. This was never discussed. I told him my recollection to the conversations we had three times that I needed two crowns on the right side and only needed drill and fills on the left. But, Dr. Cutler told me a completely different story about what I would need. I find Dr. Cutler's bedside manner to be less than pleasant. I understand that there is work to be done, but don't look and conversate with your dental assistant when you have a drill in my mouth and on my tooth. On the hunt for another dentist.

Insurance deemed the crowns unnecessary so I was on the hook for another $1020.50. I asked if they could write at least part of it off and was told the could not. I ask for one of the dentists to call me and never received a phone call. I am on a fixed income so the extra is a struggle. I have been paying them $50 a month and rodat I got a past due notice. We were forewarned about Dr. Whiting's unsatisfactory practice but decided to see him anyway for…read morethree reasons: we were both brother USAF veterans with a common camaraderie, he was a licensed Wyoming dentist which was bound by section 5B6 of the ADA's Principles of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct, and the nonmaleficence clause of the Hippocratic Oath to do no harm. How mistaken we were in trusting in his integrity and expertise. Our GEHA insurance documented that 90% of my wife's crowns which he installed between 11/16/2023 and 1/22/2024 were unwarranted and unnecessary. Obviously the procedure was irreversible. Total out-of-pocket costs were $17,694.03. She was told that she ground her teeth, but her husband has never heard that whatsoever. Then her husband had two tooth extractions. The first extraction had no complications and was successful; however the second extraction had a major complication with the gushing of blood, overnight, caused by the severing of an arteriole. Dr. Whiting did curtail the bleeding the next day but left an exposed jawbone socket which has not healed with gum tissue in over 10 months. Also, he prescribed a partial denture since the husband did not want an implant. That partial indicated poor or slipshod craftsmanship and resulted in a second much improved partial. Sadly we have lost confidence in Dr. Whiting's practice in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Nevertheless it should be noted that he and his staff ( Jennifer, Kasi, no longer employed, Katie, Dnef, and Nadia) were most polite, efficient, and respectful to 80-year-old patients. In summary, overall we feel that we were taken advantage of by Dr. Whiting.

Other places told us the wait would be several months. Through the course of my daughters treatment she had one or two brackets pop off which is usual, but Braces U were always able to get us in right away. Scheduling appointments were very each and their schedule worked great for mine. The staff were always friendly and kind, and remembered us by name. They were just as excited as I was to see my daughters beautiful smile after the braces came off! We couldn't be happier!
