I asked if fostering could lead to adoption and she informed me that people who live in Texas will not be approved. The dogs in question are in Texas, so I didn't understand what her problem was. She also stated that if a foster is not found they will go to the shelter, no transport just going to the shelter. So because I asked if fostering could lead to adoption, she said I would not qualify to foster, and taking them to the shelter is better? She was rude and then made statement that really had me question her mental well being. If this person is the one behind this so called rescue stay away.
