Very poor customer service at Love's Travel Stop Store #625 on 7/16/2024 around 8:30 PM. I…read moreapproached the Truck Services counter to ask how to buy premium WiFi. Three employees, including one named Mona, were standing around chatting and didn't even acknowledge me. One young lady walked to a nearby register, just stared at me--no greeting, no offer to help. When I asked about the WiFi, she mumbled her response. When I asked her to clarify, she seemed irritated and eventually walked away, leaving me standing there. Thankfully, team leader Danielle Spangler stepped in and provided excellent service--polite, helpful, and professional. She saved the experience from being a total loss. I'm giving 1 star only because of Danielle. The rest of the interaction was unacceptable. Love's should really address the lack of professionalism at this store.
