Very poor customer service at Love's Travel Stop Store #625 on 7/16/2024 around 8:30 PM. I approached the Truck Services counter to ask how to buy premium WiFi. Three employees, including one named Mona, were standing around chatting and didn't even acknowledge me. One young lady walked to a nearby register, just stared at me--no greeting, no offer to help. When I asked about the WiFi, she mumbled her response. When I asked her to clarify, she seemed irritated and eventually walked away, leaving me standing there. Thankfully, team leader Danielle Spangler stepped in and provided excellent service--polite, helpful, and professional. She saved the experience from being a total loss. I'm giving 1 star only because of Danielle. The rest of the interaction was unacceptable. Love's should really address the lack of professionalism at this store. read more

Like other stores, it is located immediately next to the Interstate. Very easy to access with wide turns and lots of room. This was a quick stop to visit the restroom. The ladies working at the truck stop were so helpful!!! My friend, who is handicapped, wanted to take a shower there and those ladies could not have been more friendly or helpful. I feel bad - I can't remember their names, but they were awesome!! Also, shower room was very clean and in good condition. read more

Logan is just the best employee!! My granny is elderly and needed help because she couldn't get up. Logan tried assisting us to get her up, got ice water, and got the manager Tom involved. Stopped in here for coffee this morning. The lot is all paved with tons of 18 wheelers parked and at the diesel pumps. We had to park in the back 40, but the walk was good for us. Soon as we entered we were greeted by several employees. We wasn't in there long, but I can tell you everything was stocked up even the hotbox, roller grill and cold foods. They mist stay busy to have all that hot food set out. Well, just by looks outside at all the vehicles is a big tip off. Britney S. waited on us and she was very friendly and so polite. I didn't check out the restrooms, though the store is very clean as workers were bustling around. They work very hard here and it shows. This was a great experience and we'll definitely be back! read more

I don't understand the reviews. But it's a good place. Females restroom was clean. Husband said mens had 4 stalls only in men's room. Had souvenirs for my daughter. Only thing I'd say is check the dates on the pre made food. Some are 2-3 days out the fresh by date but other then that there's plenty of parking and would recommend coming here for truckers or a pit stop. read more

Right off interstate 80 exit 59 just south of the freeway very easy to get to this loves regardless if you exit off the interstate heading east or west, they have a taco johns restaurant in the loves and some other restaurants across the street from it, the restrooms are clean on most days but the showers are much better, the employees are laid back and cool. read more

In my opinion loves Truckstop is one of the cleanest 1. I like how they take care of their truck stop. It's always clean and their restrooms are insanely clean too. Their pumps are always easy to get to and it is like I mentioned before, clean. When I always walk in there, it doesn't matter what weather outside is, but the floors are always clean too. Their stuff is very nice too. I'm highly suggesting to visit this particular truck stop and you will see that my words are true. read more

They seem to have DEF (diesel exhaust fuel) at the truck pumps but it was empty. There are a million trucks here so I am happy my husband is driving. There is also WI-FI but they charge you. $4 for 4 hours. Two pumps wouldn't take our credit card but the third one finally did. (The issue was with the pump and not our cards). read more

The place looks brand new. The placed was awesome. Even the grass looked new. I was excited to be able to walk the dogs in grass after going thru Wyoming - just to clarify why this made me happy. Gas was reasonably priced and everything was very clean. The IHOP Express was great. The people were friendly and the breakfast food was great. read more

Stopped here to replace a trailer tire. We were quoted $570.00. For the cheapest trailer tire that they sell!! We have gotten tires from love's for $380 out the door! Why the huge price jump?? Also, there needs to be some sanitary training and supervision because they didn't come there to work. One guy was just standing there picking his nose. Two guys sitting on the ground in the shop. The other guys were standing out back smoking. If you need tires don't come here! They are lazy, slow, and will price gouge you! They also told a customer that was stuck on the side of the road that both service trucks were down with flat tires and the wait would be 3 hours! It was like they didn't come to work, just standing around doing nothing except smoking and picking their nose. read more

This called love travel center but no love here. Restrooms were some but dirty and stinky. Customer service is ok. Very expensive compare to other places. Inside store they some outdated clothes they selling more expensive than name brans. The variety of drinks, chips,candy, and junk food very expensive. Like almost double the price.
