Three employees, including one named Mona, were standing around chatting and didn't even acknowledge me. One young lady walked to a nearby register, just stared at me--no greeting, no offer to help. When I asked about the WiFi, she mumbled her response. When I asked her to clarify, she seemed irritated and eventually walked away, leaving me standing there. Thankfully, team leader Danielle Spangler stepped in and provided excellent service--polite, helpful, and professional. She saved the experience from being a total loss. I'm giving 1 star only because of Danielle. The rest of the interaction was unacceptable. Love's should really address the lack of professionalism at this store.

Wee were told the patron before us prepare for $15.00 worth of gas. My husband was asked if he was going to pay the $15.00, and responded, "of course, we pumped the gas so of course we will pay for it." He told Carolyn to add the remaining amount, as we still need more gas. The manager Carolyn told my husband he will have to make two separate transactions. My husband explained, if we make two separate transactions, our card will be charged twice. Carolyn made a hiss sound, waved her hand and walked off. My husband proceeded outside to check our bank account to see it we were charged the $15.00 already. Carolyn told my husband if he left she would call the police. He explained to her he was going to the car to check the account. Carolyn was extremely rude. We are regular customers who purchase gas and other items at this store frequently. We do not appreciate being treated so poorly. As a faithful consumer, we expect to be treated with decency and respect. There needs to be action taken to correct this poor display of customer services.

She was the one who alerted me to the no-soap situation, and spotted soap in a sink/shower area across the hall for us to use. There are other places to get gas on I-70 in this area.
