I came in at 7:45 dropped my keys off and reaffirmed the timeline for instal, Paul assured me it would be an hour so I decided to wait In the lobby. About two hours later, another customer flipped out because he'd sat there for 3 hours. Paul had said the same thing to him about it being an hour. The customer paid and left.
