About two hours later, another customer flipped out because he'd sat there for 3 hours. Paul had said the same thing to him about it being an hour. The customer paid and left. My car was not finished. The organization is bad there. They advertise transportation to and from your appointment but that rarely happens. They always seem to have one excuse or another. Other businesses here in our community advertise concierge service for their service.
