Had front brake issues while on vacation. My Jeep Wrangler is towed behind a RV. The front pads were toast which tore up my rotors. Called on Monday morning and was told it maybe days before they could get me in. I went ahead and dropped off the Jeep on Tuesday not expecting to have it back before the weekend. I can only give a 4 star review as I would have liked a call Tuesday to let me know there were complications and save us a trip at 4:30. My experience was a nightmare! I don't trust them or their work. They do have a clean shop and nice smiles. Don't confuse kindness for knowledge. I went in for a noise test, a supposed noise from the rear. I'm still wondering if the guy that can't hear did the test. One of the employees told me that one of the mechanics can't hear! They diagnosed, a bad rear differential. The only option they offered was a replacement from the salvage yard. They put that on and I drove home and noticed the original noise still there, plus a new noise And a leaking differential! The nightmare continued as they did try to remedy the issue to no avail. They ended up putting my original part back on and supposedly rebuilt it. I can't verify that because they didn't give me the old parts as I asked. Finally after a month I got my car back and there is something wrong with the brakes! My brakes were fine when I took the car there. I even asked them about the brakes while they were putting on the first faulty rear differential! They said they are fine, no problem there. They rarely if ever called back when they said they would, the communication in the shop is poor, and once again I don't trust them, I don't recommend them. They say things like, oh sorry we are busy, some cars just won't leave! So when asking yourself where to go get your car repairs, there are plenty of shops more skilled in this area. Had a problem with my struts while I was in town, made an appointment two days out to have them replaced and even though they quoted dealership level prices decided to go through with it. Was told that the appointment was at 9:30. Dropped off the car and heard NOTHING all day. On my way by I noticed that the car had not even been moved about 4 hours later. Was finally contacted at about 4pm and was told that they ordered the wrong part. Was told that they wouldn't be able to get the original part and that they had already ordered different parts that morning, even though I was not even contacted about the situation and that they would get the parts the next day at about 10 and would have someone complete the job. Here it is at noon and I have just been informed (not because they bothered to try to contact me and let me know what was going on) that no one has even been into the shop yet. No idea if they even received the parts. Apparently their 'manager' had no idea about what was going on. Here I am, sitting in this shithole town for yet another day, a total and utter waste of my time, not even knowing if they'll complete the job they have promised and broken promise on twice in two days, apparently the customer's time means nothing to them. Fucking clown shoes. Get your shit together. Update 2:30 - they did absolutely nothing. Finally found out that they had a tech in earlier in the day but since they're completely incapable of communicating, no one bothered to tell him what needed to be done. Troy is potentially the most incompetent person on the planet. He drove in, looking like he just came off the lake, giving me a thumbs up like he had done ANYTHING. So now I've wasted two days and have accomplished nothing. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else. read more

Can I give negative stars? I had my battery "replaced" last year here and it has been giving me trouble ever since. Finally have time to get it checked out and guess what, my factory battery is still in my car. Called and said, hey how did my factory battery end up back in my car after you said you replaced it. The explanation, thieves stole the new battery they put in and put my old battery back in. What a scam!! read more
