Went in here for the first time today. We like to review the menu first online. We're traveling and we have dogs and it's 90°+ outside. We're going thru the drive thru. Hubby & kid order the double butter burger. Delish! I ordered the buffalo tenders Yummo. Also! Steamed! Broccoli! Fantastic and shared with pups. Fries were good but portion was small. Kid had issue with his concrete custard. He ordered peach and whipped cream and both! times it came with heath bars. Once in drive thru and another when we went in. Excellent service at the Scottsbluff, NE Culver's tonight. The night team was polite. They even gave us a better deal on our cheese curds, so we ended up paying less than we would have. Even though it was busy, service was also speedy, and when we checked our food before leaving, everything was indeed there. Best service we could have asked for in a fast food restruant. I asked for cocktail sauce for my shrimp and ranch for my fries at the window. I was given my bag and told they were in the bag. I didn't check the bag at the window but I should have. No cocktail sauce, no ranch. The last time we went we ordered mashed potatoes and they left the gravy off on both orders. Check your bag at the window with this business. We don't go often but both times they forgot simple requests, honestly how do you forget gravy on mashed potatoes?? Get it together Culver's!! read more

Never been to a Culvers. Flew in on last flight into Scottsbuff and the nice lady driving the shuttle recommended the chicken tenders here. Walked in and the cashier recommended the tenders, so we tried them. Wow, they are seriously the softest tenders I've ever had. They totally melt in your mouth. The BBQ sauce was nothing special. You can just eat the tenders without the sauce. read more

We are from the East Coast and never heard of Culver's. First time we tried it we were absolutely blown away!!!! It's DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!! We order the butter burger baskets. Oh my gosh, I just love this restaurant! We have tried the onion rings, French Fries, and fried cheese curds as sides. If you like onion rings these are the best!!!!!!!!!!! Also the fried cheese curds are phenomenal! Get marinara dipping sauce, you'll be so happy! The fries are no big deal however. I've traveled a lot, tried in and out burgers, whataburger, carl jrs, Red Robin, and lots of other places. This is my favorite thus far. The cheeseburger is exceptional. My husband hasn't the appetite I do but he devours the entire meal. It's so darn good!!! I once ordered a shake didn't really care for it but I'm not a fan of sweet stuff. My son tried the cod sandwich and raved about it. The staff are so pleasant and it's a great atmosphere!!! The restaurant is extremely clean as well! read more

My first time ever in a Culver's. Restaurant was quiet and clean. Ordered a double and it was good. The bacon seemed a little under cooked for my liking as the fat was still chewy. The big problem came when we ordered desserts. It took 15 minutes, yes not joking 15 minutes to get 1 custard, a shake and 2 cement mixers and they were not busy. It was so long the table next to us also ordered desserts only and finally went up to complain. The young man was kind and apologetic but still, not sure what the problem was. Why do you make people sit down for dessert? Why can't you scoop the ice cream and make the shakes while we wait and fill that order as we place it? I don't understand. read more

Nice location with plenty parking. Service is usually good. Butter Burgers are great and fries are excellent. Lots of options. For dessert the Concrete Mixers are a great choice. Comfy booths and pretty well maintained store. read more

The service I received today was 0 stars. Out of line attitude and cussing with the drive thru window open.

Experienced some of the worst customer service at this location. The employee taking our order asked several times for us to repeat what was in each mixer. Come to find out, when we pulled up to the window, she was playing on her phone while taking the orders of the cars behind us. Once we received our mixers the order was incorrect and melted. We had to put the ice cream in the freezer in an attempt to enjoy or messed up order. read more

Worst experience ever. I took my mom out to eat here since she wanted to try it. First, they charged me for a double burger and gave me a single. The size of the single patty was as small as a $.99 burger from McDonalds. Almost $8.00 for so little portions. Second, my mom ordered a side of mashed potatoes and gravy with her meal and when she went to eat it, there was only gravy. Her sandwich had hardly any beef in it also. By the time they brought another mashed potatoes and gravy, we were done eating. All three of the workers behind the counter had poor attitudes and acted like didn't care about their job. Go to Runza. Much better service and portion sizes. We won't eat there again. read more

hey! this goth girl took my order and i asked for mint chip. so basically mint with chocolate don't care if it's a chocolate chip or an oreo. she said all we can do is put mint flavoring and dove candy in the ice cream. when clearly on the sign it says mint oreo and i was given no information of this because i did not read the sign. i wish that the goth girl would have brought it to my attention. i am now here enjoying my lifeless non-mint ice cream. you know who has mint icecream, dairy queen. we'll be ordering from them next time! read more

This is my second bad experience at Culvers. I was charged $3.00 more for my meal. I was charged for a basket. But, I didn't get fries. I will NEVER go back to Culvers!! The food is okay, but, not great. I told the manager "Lindsey" I will not go back because of being over charged, and she said "That is fine". I wanted to speak to the owner, and wasn't given a good phone number, or day that they would be in. Sort of like a "cover up", no accountability.! So, they obviously aren't aware of the happy consumer, vs. The unhappy consumer. So, I am letting everyone I know, please beware! I won't go back, and if you are smart, you will take your business elsewhere. read more

Yay! Culver's! We learned this location is recently under new management; service was great, very friendly staff and as Wisconsin residents, we know what to expect from Culver's--good burgers; salads are quite large with good, fresh ingredients. For a treat, try the frozen custard which is always delicious! Local Scottsbluff-Gering folk should support them; they are working with local groups on fund-raisers and are eager to help the community. Thumbs up. read more
