I had never been to Marquette, Nebraska but today we changed that! Scotty's is a welcoming bar and grill oasis for a hungry traveler. We were warmly greeted by our server who it turns out was also the bartender, table busser and hostess. Service was great, food was as expected, and air conditioning was turned on high! My husband spoke highly of the cowboy hamburger and fries and I was excited to see chicken gizzards on the menu--they were awesome! Guitars on the wall, bar wood on the ceiling and 4 Jeeps full of locals created a great ambiance! Scotty's is doing things right in Marquette. read more

We have been looking forward to eating at Scottys since we moved here. I have to admit I was sorely disappointed. Unfortunately our meals were just meh. read more

Loved the nostalgia... like I stepped back to an earlier time in my life. While the food is just "fine" the service is exceptionally warm and friendly for "fast food". When you long for a place from " the good ol days" it's s perfect choice. read more

We stopped in for an early dinner on a recent trip to Scottsbluff. There weren't many people inside, which was good because we needed time to look at the menu. It is an old school burger joint, which I loved. It was very clean inside and the staff was really nice. We wanted to try a little bit of everything so we got a burger, chili burger, fries, chili, onion rings, and mac and cheese bites. I wanted chili cheese fries, but they weren't on the menu, so I just made my own. The burger was warm, not hot. My guess is it came from a warming tray and wasn't cooked when I ordered it. It tasted ok, nothing special. The fries were good. They were crispy and held up to the chili that I poured over them. I liked the chili, it had a dark rich flavor. The onion rings were made with minced onions, which were good and the mac and cheese bites were tasty too. Overall, the fries, onion rings, and mac and cheese bites were well cooked frozen foods. They all came out hot and crispy. The chili tasted like canned chili, which was fine for me. I'm not sure if we'll be back as there are so many options for fast food in Scottsbluff. read more

This place looks cool and fun for a classic looking diner. But, food is fair, front staff seems nice enough though one older lady in back kept staring at us like we're from another planet. On the plus side, the fish dinner was perfectly fried, the country fried steak burger had potential but came up short flavor wise, fries were fresh and hot but could stand a little longer fry time. Overall, Scotty's is good, not great. read more

The food is so great here!!! Like locally owned but fast food. Took my sister here for the first time sense being back to town and she literally addicted.. read more

Although the service was fast and very polite my food was unfortunately not the best. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. Both were cold and the bread on my burger was hard as if it had been sitting for a while. Not what I expected for $10.95. I was the only one in the drive up as well, and no cars in the parking lot. Bummer. read more

I can't explain how wonderful this place is it's just so wonderful. Yes the food might be cold but it's hand made not like McDonald's or anywhere else so you cannot expect hot food because they do their best to make people happy. The service is extremely good the people are amazing and nice and it's not like any other place I've been to and they do a really good job with keeping it clean I'm enjoying it here. read more

Great burgers and shakes. Friendly service and the place is super clean! I've eaten here three times and will see you there some day!

Food, Service and price need to be improved. The quality is not worth the price paid not to mention they have a "service charge" for using a debit card. What a joke, it's the cost of doing business... $6.00 burger is not worth the price paid. People aren't the friendliest either so the whole experience was rough read more

First timers from out of state and were impressed. The hamburgers are very tasty and seasoned deliciously! We also had fried mushrooms, Scotty's rings, homemade chips with cheese (not nachos!) and fries. While the fries were nothing special, the other sides were great! The young staff was very polite and friendly as well. We will be back! read more

I had high hopes for this place driving up to it. The menu looks really good, but the burgers are nothing special and mediocre. The onion rings and fried mushrooms were good, but I won't be coming back. read more

It was okay. The burger had more meat than McDonald's. Fries were ok. Drink was small. Nothing special.

New owners have ruined Scottys! Extremely over price! All our food was cold! My toddler use to love their hotdogs. The hotdog is more of a sausage now and was way under cooked!! Absolutely disgusting! read more

Okay I know grilled cheese sandwich on white bread... but with the fries...I couldn't ask for more redneck meal like this when I come home!! Lol read more

I wish I could give a half a star. First of all, the young high school girl taking my order was rude. Not a great way to start. Then the food. Lord, the food. The fried mushrooms were so hard that you couldn't bite them and they were greasy to boot. The burger was lukewarm with a really disgusting hamburger patty. The fries were cold and awful tasting. Even the soda didn't have enough syrup. My family and I will never go back. read more

Typical fast food drive-through. Good food, everything tastes as expected. Nice friendly staff read more

We were not impressed. The burger was very small and there was more mustard than meat on it. The steak sandwich was ok but again there was more condiment in this case ketchup than anything else. The fries had so salt so if your on a low sodium diet that should work for you. They were not overly friendly but they were fast. This was probably so they don't have to see people more than necessary. read more

Delicious food and cheap dinner. Got a chicken tender dinner with potato salad, fries, and a dinner roll for $8. The ice cream machine was down, so that's a bummer. read more

This is old school dinner/ice cream stop fast food. If that's what your looking for it's closer to 5 stars , as long as that's what your expecting. If you want something fancy go elsewhere, you won't like it. If you want quick food, tasty burgers for a good price, etc this the place for you. Brings me back to childhood. Try the cinnamon coke. Not my thing but my family loved it. Also a heads up , get at least a Double cheeseburger or plan on getting a few cheeseburgers as they are on the smaller side. ( They are cheap enough that multiple is no problem). read more

We were on our way back from our road trip from Rapid City to Denver and this place was a perfect spot to grab some quick and yummy food! The prices were so cheap which allowed me and my hubby to try the double bacon cheeseburger, classic cheeseburger, fries, and onion rings. Everything was really good and I would definitely come back if I were to drive thru again! read more

Scotty's Drive-In - the menus - Burgers Near Me - Scottsbluff, Nebraska

The only nice thing I can say about my meal here was that the girl working the drive-thru counter was friendly, and the fries I got were fresh. Just visiting town, and after driving and hiking all day I was looking forward to a delicious burger to eat on my way to where I would camp that night (last Friday). What I got instead was almost inedible, unseasoned beef that literally turned to mush in my mouth as soon as I bit into it. I threw away half of that disgusting mess and had to get by the night on beef jerky. I don't know if people in that area are all just used to corn flakes or what, but season your food for **** sake! I seriously regret that I didn't find the Culver's nearby instead, would have been about 100 times better than that awful ground mush that this restaurant has the nerve to call a hamburger. Maybe the worst part of my whole trip, and that includes having to pull a foreign object out of my own eyeball with tweezers! read more

This place is okay. The fries taste good. We may go back to try the milk shakes. The burgers were tasteless and had a strange texture. The onion rings were flavorless and over breaded. The people were nice and the service was fast. read more

Great homemade food!! Burgers, fries, chili, mushrooms and Cinnamon Cokes were awesome amd Delicious!!

I'm disappointed. The burger bun was dry and falling apart. The meat was undercooked and almost mushy. The fries tasted like they were cooked in really old stale oil. I used to love this place but it isn't what it was. read more

The shakes are really delicious and the workers are friendly. I do wish there were vegetarian sandwich options though

A great place to grab an old school diner burger and shake. Plus plenty of other great options. Tasty Taverns are a favorite of mine. Corn dogs and a Family Fry are a must. Don't forget a cup of cheese for dipping. Quiet and comfy place that you can even eat outside at during warmer weather. Food is always consistent here. Service is generally quick. Parking is a bit limited but adequate. Bathroom however needs an upgrade. read more

The worst little burger place in town. We thought we would try a local place just to keep the little restaurants in business. Bad decision. We had the most basic of burger meals - burger, milkshake, and onion rings. The burger turned out to be a McDonald's clone - but without the taste. Same size and texture, but they had forgotten to put salt on the meat or something. Totally bland and tasteless. Plus it costs more than the McDonald's burger. The milkshakes seemed to be from a machine. The strawberry one left an aftertaste generally found from artificial flavors. The shake was no better than McDonald's and, once again, more costly. The onion rings were okay, but seemed to have been from a frozen package like can be purchased at Walmart. Hopefully someone who cares will take over management of this place, or it is destined to die a slow death. read more

Not what it used to be. Quality of meat is disgusting and then add no flavor to the already nasty meat equates to a waste of money. My daughter and I both trashed our burgers and my wife forced hers down. No bueno and we will not be stopping here again. read more

Total crap. Burger was small, cold and had zero flavor. Mushrooms are greasy and also lack flavor, "dipping" sauce was extra, the "large" coke was the size of a medium at all other places. And it was over $7. Totally overrated. Drive on down 27th to BK. read more

Well either we ordered the wrong things or this was really not all that great of a place. I had a cheeseburger with deep fried mushrooms. My husband had the double bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. As I visit various local restaurants throughout my travels in many states I was excited to try out Scotty's for their chili dog. As I approach the drive-thru window there was a young lady who was to assist me. During our brief encounter she was chomping on her gum, never hit direct eye contact with me and had a total lack of interest in being there. I called the manager to complain and she didn't seem to be very concerned and all she said is I'll talk to her goodbye. Customer service is almost as important as the food. Go somewhere else where they appreciate your business. read more

When I lived in Scottsbluff, I visited this restaurant numerous times, quick efficient service, great food, they don't skimp on the fixin's and the fries are not mushy, they're crisp and hot every time. Inside seating is limited but you can eat in your car, plenty of parking, and the only thing that slows down the drive-thru service is how big the orders are for the people in line in front of you. read more

Wish we'd gone to Burger King. My double burger was inedible with chewy meat, stale bun & not enough condiments to cover the bland taste. Companions' burgers had similar problems-wilted lettuce, soggy and/or stale buns, etc. Fries were okay, not spectacular. From bluff burger to corn dogs, nobody had a good meal here. I also had a stomach ache after consuming Scotty's food. The only good thing I can say about Scotty's is that my dog liked the meat from our gross' burgers, but he eats poop so he's not the pickiest eater. read more

I hate to give such an institution a poor-star rating, but I have to. My dad grew up in the Bluffs, and lived across from Scotty's, so this was a must-try when we went "home" for Christmas. Disappointing. It was diner-like, yes, but it was so "institutionalized" it might as well have had golden arches. The burgers were thin with cheap condiments, the fried food surely was frozen from a Sysco bag. This was just a supreme disappointment. If you're in the Bluffs, go for Mexican food instead. Sorry, Scotty's, I wanted to like you, but you disappointed me. read more
