This was a favorite breakfast spot with a group of senior ladies I used to get together with in Scottsbluff years ago but have not stopped here for quite some time. I remembered their pancakes and had a craving for pancakes so stopped by a few months ago. The food came out quickly and it was so inexpensive (used to Hawaii prices.) The pancakes were light and fluffy, and the hashbrowns crispy (but heavy on the oil.) The big downside is that there were lots of flies everywhere and I was sitting in a booth by the window and there were so many! Easy to find and lots of parking. I may be good for another several years, given the fly situation. read more

Terrible experience. We were seated and forgotten. Others seated around us and after us were waited on while we were never even greeted. We left and won't be back. Shame on you Perkins in Scottsbluff, NE, not a good way to represent your city to visitors for across the country. read more

We came up to visit my grandparents recently and this was the first time we were able to get them out of the house in months and what did they want? Perkins! :) Haha they weren't disappointed as this is their favorite place to get brunch. Everyone liked their food and it came out quick! Our server was so sweet and accommodating, which was very appreciated. (Tall blonde woman, I didn't get her name) My grandma can barely walk so thanks to the nice staff for holding the doors while we walked her in and just for generally being friendly while being so busy that day. read more

went into Perkins wanted to grab a pie in Scotts bluff Nebraska. I asked if I could please get a pie from the back , as I would just prefer one from the back area considering the flies all inside the case all over the pies and the girl at the front was trying to be helpful as another girl , interrupted her and told her all the pies are exactly the same, told me they are fresh in the front case and the back, so you can just have one of these in the case considering it's the same. I asked if I could just get the pie from the refrigerated area in the back , she just then walked away and proceeds to say well we just throw all these out every night anyway; whatever that has to do with what I was asking for. i said ok then, nevermind and so I left without a pie. so you know I cannot have a pie having flies all over and I wouldn't want one with flies all over it, but considering I have a neutropenic child and I have to be extra careful but thanks for being wonderful and having such good customer service. read more

Food is meh. Probably tastes better if you're desperate or inebriated. I had their low quality sirloin, apparently with extra gristle, topped with overcooked and dried out "sautéed mushrooms. Service was attentive enough. Atmosphere is corporate culinary. May go again if I'm drunk or desperate. read more

They are so rude. They stare. They did not bring my daughter the right meal. $32 for bad service. A rude cashier. The skillet they sent was 90% Tatar tots. Yuck. She ate the eggs off of it. If you like to be stared at for no reason. Not checked on. Give. The wrong food. This is definitely the place to go. I come to Nebraska every year to visit family. We ordered for pickup, it was a pretty big order. I got the Country fried steak, it was good but the gravy tasted like water, half of the mozzarella sticks were empty, my uncles milkshake was straight up just chocolate milk. The service was good! They were really fast with such a big order! But probably wouldn't go back. I'll stick with the fast food and Taco town. read more

So majorly disappointed. The service was slow and the waitress moved too fast for us to even have requests, and never really came to check on us. The food was inedible. The hot water for tea tasted like the coffee was never washed out of the pitcher. read more

If I could give negative I definitely would. By far the worst food I have ever had. I ordered stroganoff, not real hard I didn't think....and my husband ordered turkey. It was nasty, like nasty nasty...maybe if I had been 100 years old or melted my taste buds of smoking meth it might be alright but I'm from the south and we like portions and flavors and this place lacked both. Not to mention I had to swat flies the whole time. If I could give advice, make a block trip down the street to Walmart and get a $2 TV dinner, much better than this. We were pleasantly surprised with this Perkins! Stayed next door at Hampton Inn so decided to try it. Food was made fresh, whole ingredients. One of the best burgers on our road trip! Pie was excellent. Service fast and the most friendly we've had since leaving home. read more

After a four hour drive from CO to NE, I needed nourishment and my hotel room and I had no desire to drive even further for food. Thankfully or not so thankfully, Perkins is situated right next to my hotel and I was able to order some take out very quickly. I knew I was out of place when I seemed to be at least 40 years younger than any person in the place. I ordered a Chef Salad with a diet coke and based on the three minutes it took them to put it together I knew I was in for a surprise. The chicken on my salad was definitely frozen or came out of a bag and tasted as such. It was a lack luster salad and a bad decision on my part. Never again Perkins. A very good location for a tasty breakfast. Also the large muffins are fun and filling. Lots of choices on the menu and pricing is decent. I enjoy the country sausage biscuit breakfast. Orange juice is a bit pricey though unfortunately. Service is pretty prompt and knowledgeable. There is sometimes a wait for a table but it usually isn't too long except maybe on Sunday's. Restaurant is well maintained and seating is comfortable. Location is great right on Highway 26. Parking is a bit limited. read more

This place was just ok. It was pretty packed out with a wait so I was expecting something really yummy. I had the fried chicken biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were not homemade and they put some much gravy over them that they turned into mush I had to scape it off just to try and eat it. The cheese wasn't melted on the eggs. We just had the worst experience possible. I ordered a classic burger medium, meaning pink inside, no pickle or lettuce and a side of ranch. Should be easy to do. The first one came out with everything including pickle and lettuce. The lettuce I can remove no issue but you can't get the taste of pickle juice out so I sent it back. The next one came back naked. No onion and I still hadn't gotten my ranch. Plus it was not only not med it was over done to the point of burned and dry. Still no ranch. Had to wait for some time to ask again for the ranch. One of the worst breakfasts I've had in a long time. Everything was bland and my smasher was not smashed.

If there was a zero stars button, it would for sure be the choice. We went here after a long, 8 hour drive from Lincoln. When we arrived, they had the floors soaking wet, and to out surprise, an older gentleman was on the floor, with no assistance being given. After helping him to get out, the nasty waitress finally decided to get off her smoke break and come and take drink orders. When she came back, there was garbage on the plates, such as orange and banana peels, and she had really bad BO! Absolutely disgusting. I won't be returning. read more
