Not sure why there are such bad reviews here? We have eaten there many times. Never had any issues. On Saturday, Valentine's Day, we ate there. They were extremely busy. We had no wait time to be seated. Waitress took our drink order right away and brought our drinks. We ordered. Food was brought to the table in short time, considering they were extremely busy. I went there for dinner and noticed that it was happy hour when I went there and they had several drinks to choose from so I pointed at the happy hour menu and said hey I'll take one of those margarita. Apparently the waitress wasn't listening to me because she brought my margarita and me thinking that was my drink. I went ahead and drank it but when I got my ticket, it was a $10 margarita when it should've been three dollars for happy hour. She went and talked to her manager and admitted that it was her fault because she wasn't listening to me, but the manager would not honor the price and when I confronted the manager directly myself, she still wouldn't honor the price so I ended up paying $10 instead of three dollars which is totally unacceptable. One of the most horrific experiences I have had at a restaurant EVER and the food wasn't even the worst part which says a lot. Our server Deborah was DROWNING. Had 4 tables sat in her section in 20 minutes while at least 3 other servers, 2 hostesses/bussers and the manager stood around not lifting a damn finger. 3 of the tables sat stood at the front door for over 10 minutes each while the other servers looked right at them but continued doing side work. At one point 3 tables didn't even have waters let alone drink orders while the manager danced around the bar.The bartender was also struggling to keep up with a completely full bar. I stopped our waitress and explained to her that I was extremely aware of her managers/coworkers utter laziness. The poor girl broke down in tears. I gave her every damn dollar in my wallet. More than what my check even was. Absolutely disgraceful management. I would have said all of this directly to her but she completely disappeared to the back after the table next to us waited 15 minutes without being acknowledged and had words with her. I will only be going back to suggest that Deborah find employment with my company as hard working people like her are hard to come and she deserves better read more

Hello, not to be rude, but stop being tacky. I live down the road in Kimball, Nebraska and every time I've recently visited your store. Which is fairly often. The first stall in the ladies restroom has maintained a broken latch. Super tacky! As it is extremely obvious. Also, during our visit, we had very little attention from our server. Which we later found out was collaborating with others in the break room by the bathrooms, during our visit, the food was, during low kitchen staff, but that's when you communicate with your customers the most. I'm speaking as a former Applebee's server at the old location in 2001. Maintain Applebee's standards, please and thank you. in the meantime, God bless and Godspeed. read more

Got there at 5:30, got seated in about 10 minutes. They sat us down. We waited another 30 minutes before anybody came to take our drink order. We had to complain to get the waitress to come over to take our drink order. She came back, gave us our drinks, but did not leave any straws. So finally, I had to get up go to the bar to get ourselves some straws. Took her another 20 minutes to come back and take our food order. They finally bring our appetizers. She turned and we sat there and waited because she never gave us any silverware. So finally, I had to go back up to the bar and tell them we got no silverware. Waited another 45 minutes for our food to come. The food was absolutely disgusting. My son ordered the fettuccine. It wasn't even lukewarm. My hamburger must've been sitting back there for 20 to 30 minutes because it was cold. My grandsons quesadilla was hard as a rock. . We will never go back. read more

Best Applebee's food I have ever had This is located right off road. There is plenty of parking. We decided to take advantage of their online ordering app. It told us when it was ready and we picked it up in one of their designated parking spaces. They delivered it to our car within 5 minutes of us putting the car in park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered side salads, ribs and lime chicken. Everything was delicious and truly the best of any Applebees that I have had. If you're hungry and in the area, get their take out. read more

Whatever their goal is, it is NOT to make people happy. First there was no host for several minutes. When I asked the bartender if I should seat myself, the snippy woman said: Only if you're sitting at the bar. After I was finally seated by a host (I should have taken the hint and left at this point) I ordered salmon, specifying that it not be overcooked. Guess what was shrunken and dry when it arrived?! I had to wait an additional 15 minutes while they cooked another one properly. BTW the restaurant was not even half full, so ALL of these shortcomings are inexcusable. If you want adequate customer service and an edible meal the FIRST time, this is not your place! read more

We went to eat here for father's day and we were left a little disappointed. Our waiter was very polite and seemed to be a hard worker but nothing seemed to be coming together and we felt uncomfortable. For one the staff lacks teamwork. Countless people would walk by and see all our drink were empty and never tried to help. (The we're not busy). All of our drinks sat empty more than once. My husband's steak came out well done and he ordered med rare. (We didn't complain since we had a failed attempt at getting my husband a steak at a nearby restaurant that came out burnt... we took what we could get). Our waiter dropped our ticker and started to run off and I had to stop him and say "but I want a dessert for my husband... is that ok?". All around it was awkward. Just all around terrible experience. Service was horrible and slow. Server forgot part of our order. Took forever to get the food that was actually put in and it came out cold. Service time is terrible. Takes forever to get a front door greeter or even a server to notice a customer has been waiting for a table or let alone made a food order. Bar only has one person serving the whole area around the bar plus the tables. So the server has to leave the bar to get orders from the tables...even on a busy day. I've been to this restaurant only a few times and still nothing has changed. I don't even think the manager even cares customers are sitting there waiting for service. Well this Applebee's moved locations not too long ago. The hope was a better overall experience for the customer's. While the location (in our only mall) is nice and also the restaurant looks much better and spacier than before. The food and service are very hit and miss. Sometimes the food is super good and prompt to get to your table. Other times it's not so great and worthy of being sent back. Or it takes so long for it to get there you're put off and don't want to eat it anyways. Service is much the same. Awesome, prompt and attentive staff at times. Other times it takes 15 minutes to get another glass of beer. I've even got up and left due to being in a section where our waitress hadn't came to our table at all for over 10 (maybe 15) minutes after we were seated. All while serving others around us. Also menu is kind of limited and choices aren't that great. Got a "Triple Bacon Burger" that only had two slices of bacon, not sure how that's "Triple Bacon" in any way. Worth giving a shot just don't expect consistency here. read more

I ordered the oriental chicken salad which is my favorite thing on the menu. Upon receiving my salad my chicken on top of the salad was RAW. The chicken was cut into pieces and served to me raw. There's no way the cooks couldn't see it was raw. I told the waitress it was raw and she tried just taking the chicken off and getting me a new piece of chicken. I requested she take the whole salad and give me a new one. I got a new salad that was cooked all the way through and still got charged full price for the salad!! Will never return. We finally made it to the Applebee's in the new location. Sadly disappointed. We did two for $25. The steak stir fry was so small we thought it was a child's portion. The wait was okay.
