Easily the WORST Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever experienced. I door dash frequently, and I kid you not, 7 TIMES IN A ROW, we have given them a chance. Never again. 7 times in a row they've messed up the order, not even by a little. Missing entire sides. Extras we've paid for. EVERY TIME. I normally like to leave good reviews. But at this point and multiple calls to the store management to ask if they can help manage these issues, they shrug it off. Offer a $20 in store coupon and don't change a thing. The burgers taste worse than Burger King and have that fake flavor sort of smoke stuff at least the last time I ordered. Fries are rancid and cold, and over peppered. I'd love to tell you how the Mac n cheese is if we EVER get it. They must only hire people that can't read, or do not care. Door dash doesn't even refund the full cost sometimes of the things missing, and at this point if you order, let me be the science experiment. 7/7 times they can't get it right. And what we got was sub par. Do not order from here. Three different managers promised "we will make sure management signs off on door dash orders to make sure things are correct and nothings missing!" Just "not on busy nights". Or "must have missed it". They do not care. I was nice the first three-4 times. Figured it couldn't keep happening or be worse. And last night was the final straw. Missing more food. All excuses. I have never felt the need to leave a review for anything, let alone a BWW, but I had one of if not the worst of dining experiences here. We went in around 1:45 on a Saturday and were told that the high tops were open seating and that we would still be served in a timely manner. Three servers walked past our table multiple times without taking our drink orders. When we finally got to order, our server was rude and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. I ordered an NA beer, and our server thought my ID was fake. I've worked in the industry so I understand, but it was very embarrassing to have to explain to a manager that my ID was real. BWW food quality has never been above a C+, but half of my boneless wings were the size of silver dollars. That's just ridiculous. If I wanted popcorn chicken I would've ordered it. Again, I have worked in the industry so I understand that sometimes there are just bad days, but I will not be returning and am very vocal about my poor experience. We were treated and sat down immediately, while being seated two employees walked by then a group of six came in sat at a table next to us and the waiter went to them and took the drink orders. A friend of mine and I went to get a couple of berrs and a sandwich. I had bad experiences with the male waiters and specifically asked for a female waitress with e hostess. She said no problem, sat us in a section and about 10 min later a male server came to the table. I politely told the male we had asked for a female waitress and he said . No problem and got up and left' About 10 min later, the 'service manager and the general manager showed up at our table and asked if there was a problem. We said no, we simply asked for a female server, as the male servers tend to be slower- he said he felt 'offended' that's all. We said we would give him a chance and didn't mean to offend him, and he departed. About 10 min later, the general manager showed up and said we had made racial comment and none of the servers felt comfortable serving us. My friend and I barely spoke, never mentioned race of anyone, barely spoke and if anything it was about the football game. This manager lied, making up a bs excuse, as I have never been racial as he claimed, (my granddaughter is mixed race, ) and lost a good customer. I boycotted Chili's for ten years and will do the same. Spend your money elsewhere. Peppermill's is across the street, better wings. Pour decisions not far away, awesome staff, better drinks and a lot better food quality. read more

Typical BW3. Bar food with cold beer and that works for me. Pretzel bites with sides of honey mustard and beer cheese were good. What kicked it up a notch was the "Everything" seasoning. On a Friday night. He was old school. Acknowledging you with a nod as you sat down and telling you he'd be right with you as he got nearer. No wasted movements. Grabbed empty glasses off bar, pulled clean glasses from dishwasher as he walked by to the other side of the bar to take an order. Efficiency at its best. I'd come back just to watch this man work! Only negative was the hostess situation. When we walked in we saw it was a full restaurant and knew we'd have to wait. Asked how long a wait and was told about 20 minutes. I told her okay we'd wait and she just stared at me. "Do you need a name?" No, she said. "Well how about a phone number?" Nope she said. "Well how are you going to let us know our table is ready?" 3rd bad experience. Food was supposed to be ready at 4:50. We arrived at 5, let them know. At 5:23 after 4 people stood at the register talking a 5th person asked what we were waiting for. Our food was ready the whole time. And was cold... About 6 months ago they had 2 maybe 3 servers on a game night. I felt bad for our waiter. They did their best to try and give us service. I used to love going to Buffalo Wild Wings years ago but I can't say that I have been to one recently. When my work took me up to Cheyenne today and I saw a BWW, I thought "Why not?" Do it to bring back memories of the old days. My coworkers and I walked in around 12:30pm on a Wednesday and it was not crowded at all. This BWW has the same interior design, screens playing sports on all the walls, and separate bar seating and dining room seating. I was pleasantly surprised to see the menu changed to a clipboard style. Not sure if that change happened a while ago :) I got a lunch menu with a small-sized traditional wings and a side of fries for 10.99 mainly because I wanted two different sauced wings and you can't get it with the snack size. Probably wouldn't consider it "cheap" but not bad. I got both the spicy garlic and buffalo hot. Tastes just like I remember it. Overall, not bad. Of all the BWW I've been to, this is by far my favorite one. Even with COVID19 and it being takeout/delivery only, they managed to get out order right every time. I have celiac and cross contamination is an issue for me but I've never gotten sick here before and they always assure me they do all the necessary protocols (change gloves, utensils etc) for a positive experience. Whenever we're in Cheyenne, this is our must do dinner one of the nights we're visiting. Staff super friendly, food always delicious, just great service and experience. Not only did I receive horrible service from Lexi at the bar. Many other patrons came up to the bar to ask for things because their waitress hadn't returned. We were at the bar and waited 15 minutes until I had to ask the bartender if we could get a drink. We got our drinks and She then took another 15 min to take our order. I had to wave at her and tell her we wanted to order. We then witnessed Lexi throwing multiple glasses and break them. We waived down another bartender and said we wanted another drink. I'm glad they offer a vegetarian option beside the ubiquitous "we have salad". I had a Southwestern Black Bean Burger on a typical squishy white-bread burger bun, with a side of "veggie slaw" being made from broccoli instead cabbage which was rather good. The burger was pleasantly spicy but overcooked and therefore somewhat dried out. My guess is the cook was trying to cook it like meat. I ordered coffee and they don't have cream or creamers. After some effort my waiter went to the bar and came back with some milk. He said "the only one's who drink coffee here are employees who bring their own creamer." Seriously!? I came here because they're next door to Discount Tires and I was having a tire repaired. I wanted to check it out in case friends ever wanted to go there. It's good enough to eat if there is a need to be there but nothing that I would go to for any other reason than convenience or companionship. It's not bad, it's average at a bit higher than average prices. If you want a veggie burger there are better places in Cheyenne, but this place has the benefit of location and hours of operation which may make it an acceptable choice for vegetarians. read more

I've been trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt for a few years but Every time I eat there they mess up my order. If it's to go or dining in it is the same. When i ask them to make it right, the general manager Chris Keith promises a gift certificate in the mail or makes excuses after excuses yet it is still the same.
