Angel provided me with excellent service. She was really nice and made me feel welcomed. The young man actually serving me was nice but, I had to ask him for a straw and lemons 4 times. Too many tables I guess. But Angel made up for it she was nice and got me what I wanted. And checked to make sure it was to my liking. I always liked Beetlecat because pre covid, I was always at Inman park doing something. And I did miss it. I had for the first time the captain's favorite, with a side of lobster, and a tiki mocktail which was not big enough but tasted great. It was all delicious, hot and fresh and did not take long to come out at all. Love this place. I didn't know they did brunch. Very good stuff. I got there at 10:30am sharp. They opened at 10am, and it was already packed inside and outside seating. Go early. read more

Went for brunch. Donuts are nice. But I'm just so confused...I looked at the sea-themed decor, the reputation as a seafood purveyor, and thought it would be safe to order the shrimp and grits. Lo and behold, they provided me with frozen cocktail shrimp, non-deveined and everything...what...? Is the economy in such a state that a $$$ restaurant is out here with the frozen cocktail shrimp? grits were nice tho read more

Brunch here with my friend who booked ahead. When we arrived on Sunday at 12:00, it wasn't busy but an hour later, it had almost filled up. When we left after two hours, it was just as people were starting to queue for our table. I had the frittata and it was tasty. A very light meal, served with a salad on the side this would definitely not be enough for a hungry man. And especially so since my keto diet would not permit me any of the donuts from the menu. Great service from our waiter who kept my coffee going and didn't seem to mind that my friend was rather indecisive over the menu. [Review 15955 overall - 453 in Georgia - 1460 of 2021.] read more

- Pulled pork bowl?? (3.5/5): forgot the name of this and can't find it on the menu.. but this was pretty good! A bit salty but good flavors overall, nice addition with the egg. - Salmon poke bowl (4/5); this was refreshing, salmon tasted fresh. Love the mix ins with the mushroom, cucumber. - Donkey kong donut (4/5): perfectly doughy, not too sweet which I like. Tasted freshly baked! read more

It can be busy, but isn't that a good sign? Everything was tasty and the space is nice. Make a reservation and enjoy.

UPDATE: I finally got around to trying the Lobster Roll, and WOW it did not disappoint. This lobster roll has now surpassed my current Atlanta #1, and is now the lobster roll I crave. I say this with a lot of weight - if a spot has a lobster roll on the menu, I try it every time. The bread is soft and buttery, and the meat combines what you love about both butter and mayo-base rolls. The meat is warm and there is a little bit of lemon mayo on it that brings it all together. A must-try. I had the Peach Pie donut for dessert, and it was delicious. I'm not a huge donut fan usually but this donut was light and flavorful - such a great treat. Crunchy warm outside and soft inside with a wonderful chantilly and peach compote. The chantilly was light and the compote had a nice touch of cinnamon. It tasted like a fried handheld peach pie leveled up. I'm itching to try more flavors read more

Tiktok made me do it! Lol! Beetlecat review on Tiktok caught my attention with the delicious looking lobster roll and promise of well made drinks. Let's get into it! Beetlecat definitely stands out on North Highland. Love the restaurant sign visible from street. The nautical theme inside is really nice. The sails as ceiling covering was a great idea. Sorry no pic. It had a clean, white, blue and brown color wave. I encourage you to book a reservation. Seated is my choice as it is free and you can get cashback on your bill through the app to be redeemed for various rewards. Check it out! Parking can be challenging. There is of course free street parking if your lucky. There is also a public parking garage. Starts at $6.50 for first 2 hours and goes up. Also some pretty funny you will be towed if you park here signs in the area. Lol! We arrived 5 minutes early and seated immediately. A waitress came by to fill our water glasses. She advised Spencer would be our waiter and be by shortly. Spencer arrived and introduced himself few minutes later. He was very friendly and informative having worked there four years. As we covered drinks, I mentioned wanting to try the Fish House Punch. Spencer said it was a Long Island and Arnold Palmer Colan best he could describe. He offered us free samples as it is a pre-made drink. Cute little shot glasses with 1 cube ice. The taste was as he described. We both ordered one. I will say the lemon flavor was dominate overshadowing the other ingredients, which were rum, brandy, peach Whiskey and black tea. Maybe add splash simple syrup to cut the tart flavor if you want sweeter. Another waiter walked past bar, saw drinks, and brought them to us. I noticed others doing this whether their table or not. Loved the staff working as a team!! Great service to patrons. We decided on the lobster roll and Moqueca stew. The lobster roll market price was $36. Spencer said the stew was not spicy although jalapeños are a listed ingredient. I love spicy so I didn't mind. I did ask for no cashews. As we waited, we finished our samples. My friend noticed a inch long curve piece of plastic in hers. We told Spencer so he could alert the bartender. She looked confused where it came from. He brought us grapefruit shots and apologized for the plastic in the shot glass. It was concerning to find a piece of plastic in the drink. Made us cautious and nervous about our actual drinks we ordered. I decided late to try the baked oysters. We got a half dozen. They came out few minutes after our food. This worked as I had to send my stew back when I saw cashews on top. Lobster roll was definitely cooked in butter. There was no mayo on the sandwich. Waffle fries were seasoned. Love seasoned hot fries. There was a decent amount of lobster on the roll. It does come on a round bun not a hoagie roll. It also comes with house made potato fries so Spencer suggested adding side of fries. The half dozen baked oysters were full of flavor. They were a bit salty to me. I have blood pressure issues so try to watch my salt intake. I could taste it immediately. Happily shared as 6 would have been too much for me to consume. The moqueca stew was filled with small shrimp, bite size pieces of the fish of the day, red and green peppers, onions, tomatoes garlic and yummy spices. It definitely reminded me of a curry dish. The balanced flavor was on point. I did send the 1st one back as mentioned due to cashews. The second one was piping hot with side steamed rice. Good portion size for one person. Let me mention there is outside dining available on the patio. I normally do not do outside dining. However, the patio is not at street level. You can dine out and not worry about pedestrians walking past your table. Covid or not, I am not a fan of that so I'd dine out here on a nice day. Masks are required. Social distancing is observed. All waiters wore masks. There is a sign on the door as you enter. Actually 2 signs one on each door. One last thing, there is a larger bar area downstairs where you can dine as well. This is also a nice cozy dining area to enjoy your food. read more

I've heard so many great things about this restaurant and had to try it out for myself. I had only been to the downstairs bar in the back for drinks. I made a reservation and was seated upon arrival. The waitress was very attentive and helpful. She explained the menu and the available oysters. We started with the Fry Bread and the charbroiled oysters. The bread was amazing. A hint of sweet to it. For our entrees we ordered the lobster roll and branzino. Everything was delicious and melted in your mouth. This is definitely one of my favorite seafood restaurants. My group of four came here for Sunday brunch specifically for the donut brunch! We made reservations, arrived on time and were seated right away. BeetleCat has a casual nautical vibe and fun decor. We were seated downstairs in the basement(?), which understandably was a little dark. I ordered the salmon poké, $15 and my friends and I shared a few donuts: unicorn, peaches & cream and strawberry shortcake. The poké was fresh, flavorful and filling especially paired with a donut. The donuts did not disappoint. They were delicious and the flavors were on point. Out of the three donuts, my favorite was the unicorn. If I had more of an appetite that day I would have ordered more donuts to take home! I wish I remembered our server's name because she was fantastic! She had a great personality and was very attentive. Our group loved her! read more

I've been drinking and eating here since it opened so I have now idea what I haven't reviewed BettleCat yet. We really love their $1 oyster happy hour from 5-6 or until they run out. They have four different oysters on the $1 menu each evening that you may enjoy by the dozen. When you order oyster ask for the cup of pickled ice and put a little of it on your oysters. YUM! We usually sit downstairs at the bar when it is just us but we have sat upstairs inside and on both patios too. No matter where you sit you will have great service. While you wait you may enjoy some creative cocktails, wine, or beer as they have a full bar and make whatever your heat desires. We have had the lobster roll here, and it is delicious, but a little on the pricey side for us. read more

I really didn't think I needed to update a 5 star review... but I finally checked out BeetleCat's brunch so I figured I would offer up a shoutout there, too. Overall, it was a 4.5 star experience since the donuts were a little underwhelming, but the remainder of the brunch was tasty! I finally got a chance to check out the patio for brunch after months of eyeing those donuts on social media. We started out with cocktails and donuts, and they were pretty good. You can't go wrong with the champagne punch or the hair of the salty dog. Both are super boozy and complemented the sweet donuts we ordered. Of course we had to try the Unicorn, and we also tried the Purple Haze. The Unicorn is sickly sweet but super Insta-worthy. The Unicorn didn't seem like a Unicorn since it was missing the mini ice cream cone "horn" but was still very colorful. The Purple Haze was interesting, to say the least. The blue crab avocado toast was light and simple but delicious. Definitely a must order! But come ON, that "Nashville Hot" glazed chicken sandwich?!?! Jesus. It's glorious - a donut fried chicken sandwich is everything I never knew I needed until BeetleCat. Can't wait for my next donut brunch, although I'm pretty sure my next visit will be for oyster happy hour! read more

Incredible waitstaff, cool nautical theme, nice patio with heaters. Did not try oysters, but our neighbors seemed to really enjoy it. If you love lobster, the roll and knuckles are pretty good. Let's start with the service! Our waiter was excellent. He helped pick our refreshing summer drinks. I had the Golden Hour. I don't normally drink gin but this was light and fruity. My friends shared a Fish House Punch pitcher and from the looks of them it packed a punch. We had the fry bread for an appetizer. Delicious. It's herby and sweet. They had oysters and enjoyed them. For entrees we had the lobster roll, double cheeseburger and coconut fried rice. The rice was the star!!! I know they are known for seafood and both the burger and lobster roll were good. But the rice was great! The plantains have a nice texture and sweet nice. It went well with the savory rice flavors. I highly recommend grabbing that when you go. read more

This was my first time eating at this fabulous restaurant, and it's now one of my favorites. I've gotten drinks and apps at the Den downstairs before, but I had not had a meal here. What a treat! -Apps: They have quite a variety of raw oysters to choose from, and the baked and raw oysters we got were amazing! We got the baked oysters with no bread crumbs to make them gluten free, and we didn't miss the bread crumbs a bit. I couldn't try the fry bread because I'm gluten free, but the 3 people with me thought the fry bread was worth $50 (and it's only $12). -Cocktails: I had a rum old fashioned, and my boyfriend had a regular old fashioned. We were both delighted with the flavor of our cocktails. -Dinner: The red fish over creamy cauliflower was delicious. My bf got the famous lobster roll. In his opinion, it was really good but not quite worth $42. With tax and tip, it's almost a $50 sandwich, but the lobster is flown in from Maine. I tried a bite and will probably get this (without the roll) next time. -Dessert: We got one of each of the four desserts. The sorbet (gluten free) was a nice light cap to the meal. My friends said the chocolate S'more was "stoopid" good in an addicting way. The atmosphere was upscale, and the service was impeccable! They have an Oyster Happy Hour from 4 - 5 pm on weekdays, and they offer several varieties of raw oysters for $1 each. I can't wait to come back!! read more

I've never been to a Ford Fry restaurant I didn't like and BeetleCat was no different. We made same day reservations for a Friday night which was nice! The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is intimate without being crowded. The service was good. Not the best and not terrible. I assume our waiter may have been new as he had the menu memorized well but missed some basic touch points like refilling water and handling a check discreetly. The food was fantastic. We had great appetizers (Fry bread, mussels and potato croquets), truly incredible! For entrees we had the risotto, cheeseburger and lobster roll. For the price the lobster roll size was underwhelming. It should be called a lobster slider. It was delicious but the portion (including side) didn't justify price. The risotto was phenomenal. The cheeseburger was a bit spicy but fine for what it was. One interesting note- the bottles of wine were more expensive than individual glasses which was out of the norm. Great drink selection, though. Overall, great spot but not sure it will be in our regular rotation. read more

There's a reason that year after year, Beetlecat's lobster roll is voted best in town. You simply can't go wrong, whether you order it dressed in aioli or with warm drawn butter. It comes paired with the most flavorful side of fries. Their other menu items are also fantastic; a fan favorite for any crowd is their mouthwatering double cheeseburger. It's the perfect environment for any occasion. There is ample seating and the restaurant is divided into many areas, allowing for each space to feel intimate. Whether you're grabbing a cocktail from their extensive cocktail menu or downing oysters on the patio, this restaurant has the perfect accommodations to meet your parties needs. With that being said, stop reading this review and book your reservation at Beetlecat immediately! read more

Come for the donuts, stay for the amazing staff, and waffle fries. We had a Sunday brunch reservation and were seating "below deck" in the cutest booth. Our server CiCi was absolutely amazing, she walked us through all the donuts, the drinks, menu items and more. I had the Unicorn donut, omg. omg. omg. Where can I get this in Nebraska? So good. The bites of the peach and strawberry donuts were also great. I tried the champagne punch, it was good, but super acidic. I switched to the White Ale to pair with my chicken sandwich, and was super smooth. The waffle fries were a show stopper, with their house made ranch, wow. I'm about to book a flight back just to try their dinner menu. Would highly recommend making a stop here, even better if you're with your girlfriends. read more

Simply put more hype than substance. All good but not great. This was Sunday Brunch. Perhaps there are additional menu choices other times. The menu is pretty limited and pricey while being about average. The service is either spread too thin or again just average. The ambiance was cool. It just feels like a place people go because it's trending but not because it's that good. I took the bait. read more

The is a bright restaurant full of natural light with large windows and bright blue and white walls with both indoor and patio seating. It definitely has a nautical them which is appropriate since they do consider themselves a seafood restaurant. As a disclaimer, we did arrive near the end of the brunch service, but even though, we were a little disappointed by the food options. They were out of several menu items. For example: they had lobster for the lobster rolls but they did not have lobster for the avocado toast, and were not accommodating when we asked if we could get a side of the lobster from the roll in addition to plan avocado roast. Regardless, we all found something on the menu to order and while the food was tasty, the portion sizes of some of the meals were extremely small, specifically the blue crab omelette. Although our server was the one continuously delivering the bad news lol, they were absolutely great. They were extremely friendly and apologetic that they could not be more helpful. I would try this restaurant again, but I would make sure to come back much earlier to ensure I had all of the options on the menu. read more

I must say the oysters and drinks were delicious here. The pricing is too high for my enjoyment, but that may be because in mobile alabama they are super cheap and jumbo. My girlfriend and I both ordered the fish and chips. HUGE! they were so good. Nothing better than beer battered fish. My fiancé and her boyfriend ordered some type of curry or rice dish and they enjoyed it as well. I thought it was odd to have those type of dishes at a seafood restaurant. All in all it was a great place and they have heaters outside so it's warm! Not sure if I would come back unless someone made plans for us to. read more

The seafood is top notch. Even though I wasn't feeling it before I went there. They totally changed my mind. I'd go again and again.

I absolutely love BeetleCat; it's the one restaurant in Atlanta that I default to when I'm in Inman Park or indecisive and need a consistently good dining experience. I stopped by BeetleCat on Saturday with two friends who had never been here before, and we all enjoyed it. One friend, who is vegetarian, ordered the Kale Salad (along with the Fry Bread); the kale salad was more than enough to share with the table and was satisfying. The other friend opted for the Branzino (which I tasted as well and enjoyed), and I went with my go-to dish, the Moqueca Stew, which never disappoints. Everything is perfect for me at BeetleCat; the food, the service, the atmosphere and vibe. My friends thanked me for recommendation and vowed to come back! read more

First time to Beetlecat and it was a fantastic experience! We ordered the Fry Bread (absolutely magical), the trout crudo, salt and pepper squid, coconut fried rice and some cocktails/mocktails. All the food and drinks were delicious. The location of our seating was weird, though. We were sat in the booth at the bottom of the stairs so the ambiance could've been better. I went on a weekend evening and was surprised to see that the restaurant wasn't full. The drinks ordered were so refreshing and a great tasting, fresh flavors and I loved the huge selection of oysters. Clearly, it's all about the seafood fare here! The ambience was dimly lit and the music was soo good, I found myself dancing and singing along as I enjoyed my meal. We had company from Europe in town. I mean, honestly, nothing compares to the luxurious architecture and design of European restaurants. So we went with an American Brunch approach to avoid the comparison of overseas. We were not disappointed. The appeal of the nearby Beltline, to walk off your food coma, helped us pick this location. I want to applaud the main chef for the unique menu and the interior designer for the well-themed atmosphere. Things you should know: I. PARKING Ah, well. I'm not too much help with this category like I usually am. We used to live by Ponce so we know the free spots over there blind-folded. We walked from there to here. I believe there's some street parking you can take a gander at. I'll update this if I find out. II. SERVICE Wow, so friendly and kind. Our waiter's communication was seamless with us. There was a hiccup with the kitchen but our waiter's apology went the extra mile. Give that man a raise. III. QUALITY Gourmet doughnuts for $2.50? Yesss. The flavor pairings with all the menu options (savory and sweet) were outstanding. Honestly, we loved everything we ordered. IV. CAPACITY It's always safe to make a reservation on a Sunday. We booked ours at 11a.m. and there wasn't much of a crowd but 30 minutes in to our experience, things became busyyy. read more

My Fiance and I came to BeetleCat for a date night this weekend. We sat at the downstairs bar The Den, which was more of below-deck ship theme than the upstairs modern nautical theme. We started the night with two cocktails, the Royal Hawaiian and the Salty Dog. Both cocktails were delicious and had nice presentations. I normally don't like salt rims on my drinks, but the pink Himalayan salt really elevated the Salty Dog. We ordered the Fry Bread to share because I've seen so many wonderful reviews about it. I have to say, that was one of the best things I have ever eaten. I was absolutely blown away. It reminded me of funnel cake, but more savory and much better. I tried 3 different oysters, they were all very good. I just wish the server had explained which oyster was which, because I was guessing. For our entree, we ended up splitting the Fish & Chips. I haven't had fish and chips this good in YEARS. The batter on the fish was so light and had a great crunch, the fish was perfectly cooked, and the malt aioli was delicious. Our bartender was very friendly and attentive, I wish I remembered his name! Overall, the food and drinks we tried were all great. I wasn't a huge fan of the downstairs ambiance, as I was expecting the bar to be more like the upstairs area. Additionally, I wish the cocktail menu had a greater variety of spirits. It was very whiskey-heavy. A nice gin cocktail would have been great. I really wish I had the option to give 4.5 stars, because that is my true final rating. read more

I came during the oyster happy hour! I made an outdoor reservation but ended up getting seated indoors. I would recommend either trying to sit outside or on the upper level - we were seated in the lower level and it was a little dark/not nearly as cute and fun. We got some of all of the oysters that the happy hour deal applied to. I'm an oyster noob though and I couldn't tell the differences between the types? I think they were all good though! Also got the the ceviche off the appetizer menu - it's SPICy but I liked it!! Quantity was small though. I don't know if I would have enjoyed the experience if I was paying full price bc of the quantity of dishes/the ambiance of the lower level, but everything I had tasted good. read more

I told you we'd be back for Valentine's Day. This was a 4 course pre fixe menu with a wine pairing. Maaaaaan... Chef Eddie set the bar super high with the Gulf Shrimp dish. I hope the sauce he puts on that dish finds its way into more dishes. It could literally go on anything and I can't wait for him to test that theory. Eddie does a wonderful job of letting the ingredients speak for themselves. They taste what they are supposed to taste like but the flavors that are added perfectly accentuate the strengths of each main ingredient. In addition to the food, BeetleCat is special because of the people. It's fine dining but the people give you the warmth of your favorite neighborhood spot. Doesn't matter how many times you've been there, you're an old friend and they're happy to see you. I recently watched a TED talked that talked about "unreasonable hospitality" where the experience and how people feel in a restaurant is just as important as the food. BeetleCat meets that standard for me. When we had to wait (less than 10 minutes) for our table, we were offered complimentary wine for our wait. We brought our 4 year old with us tonight and when she started crying, a member of the staff offered her a flower and some extra menus for our daughter to draw on. Eddie came to talk to us like we were old friends. BeetleCat is easily one of our favorite spots. The food is delicious and the people are wonderful. Never a disappointment. Also, did I mention that the brown butter hot sauce is amazing? Kudos on maintaining the quality on a busy and hectic night like Valentine's Day. Oops, I almost forgot... the espresso martini with tequila at the end was the PERFECT nightcap. Shout out to the bar manager for the fantastic drink pairings. read more

I wanted to try BeetleCat after a friend's recommendation. From the front counter with Hilary and Taylor, to the water server who had my actual server move the heater closer to me because I was chilly, to my actual server Tony, who recommended I add St Germaine's to my Prosecco and that I order that phenomenal fry bread, to the young woman who served my drink and entrees, and to the other staff who smiled at me on their way to help other patrons...thank youuuuu! Management should be very proud of the vibe the staff has created in this place! Service is such a huge part of the dining experience, and although it was a busy Friday night, y'all definitely nailed it! Now for the food...First, I ordered Oysters. The descriptions that are written on the oyster menu were spot on. I also ordered the Moqueca Stew, which is comprised of smoked fish, shrimp, coconut milk, jalapeños, topped with cilantro with a side of rice. Whew! I could have licked the bowl! (I actually used the fry bread to get as much as I could out of the bowl!) I definitely recommend this place. I sat outdoors on the patio, which was a little quiet. The main dining room and the downstairs bar and dining area were a bit more lively. The indoors and downstairs were packed so you will definitely need a reservation. I wanted to have a nice time and admit that our server (Spencer) was attentive and on point with checking on us and making sure we had what we needed. What was upsetting is that in the middle of a pandemic I had to share my dining space with a couple of dogs. We had asked to be seated in the dining room but was told there was a 15 minute wait since we didn't have a reservation. After a couple of minutes, the hostess told us we could be seated on the heated patio and we agreed to be sat there. Had I known the space was open to dogs I would have never accepted being sat there. Now to the food, we went to the Sunday Donut Brunch. I went with the Country Fried Steak based on the recommendation of that server. I was very disappointed. The menu said it came with a fried egg and the egg I received was sunny side up and runny. EWWWW. I ended up eating the meat and letting the bread and egg go to waste. Two people in our party had the Lobster Rolls and they both thought it was fantastic. They both commented how buttery both the roll and the bun tasted. The Yelp page said the Lobster Rolls were $23, but we were charged $30 each for them. The menu listed them at the Market Price so while the $7 difference in cost was not expected, they were so complimentary of the rolls and the chips that came with it, we didn't question the difference in cost. Someone else had the double cheeseburger. Didn't make many comments on the burger but said the waffle fries were fried too hard and cold. Also disappointing was the champagne punch, I didn't tasted champagne in the drink. After looking at the menu I noticed that the champagne punch has no champagne, but is mostly brandy and juice. The menu said it was $9, but I was charged $12 for the drink. Another person asked for a margarita and says the drink tasted like margarita mix with a splash of tequila poured on top. However, the Bloody Mary got rave reviews from the person that drunk them. We ordered a half dozen donuts to go. I threw four of them in the trash a day later. We spent $175, and overall it was not worth that sort of money. I can only plead with management to not allow dogs right now. We are in the middle of a health crisis, there is no way that is beneficial to your human customers. read more

Beetlecat has been a staple for us over the years, and we have loved coming here for happy hours, special events and enjoy bringing guests from out of town. Our favorites include the warm buttered lobster roll, the baked oysters, and the fry bread. We also loved the burger, until yesterday. They recently changed their menu, and the bartender sold us on trying the new burger in addition to our favorites. We were so disappointed- $18 for a single patty with cheese and a ring of grilled onion. Nothing else on the burger- no veg set up, pickle, sauce, nada. It was so greasy, the bun fell apart and we couldn't even eat it. The fries were an additional $6 for a tiny side portion. Bring back the original double smash and stop playing. read more

The atmosphere was nice, the service was great, the food not so much. First, baked oysters and fry bread. The oysters were good and tasted wonderful with the Parmesan Cocktail Sauce that comes with it. The fry bread was the star of the meal! A little sweet, a little salty, a little soft - but not doughy. It was very tasty and almost worth a trip back to beetlecat. Everything before the entree was good - but I came for the lobster rolls. The server asked if we'd like them warmed or room temperature. I figured room temperature would be good since that's how they usually come at other places. They came out REFRIGERATOR COLD! No way possible either of us could eat them. I apologized and asked the waitress could we have them warmed up. She did, but the sandwiches came back half the size. It was really bland and a little undercooked. Definitely not worth (market price). Definitely better choices in the city for a Sunday night dinner. read more

I liked the food here! Came here for brunch with a group and it was my first time here. The place is cute and trendy and they get pretty busy. The waiters are really nice. They also have interesting donut combos. Their lobster roll comes in a brioche bun and was really good except just a little bit too much butter. read more

BeetleCat - Lobster Roll - Seafood Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

The bestie and I came in a. Saturday night. No reservations but the wait wasn't too bad at all. We were seated at the bar, which was perfect. Tucked right at the end with plenty of space for everything we ordered. Lol. Our waitress was pretty dope. Hopeful, friendly and attentive. Lobster Roll - Definitely a fan!!! I loved this sooo much! It was so fresh and buttery. The bread was perfect and the lobster could. It have been better for me. The meat was cold, which I had no problem with at all but the bestie did say that she would have preferred it warmed. I would absolutely order this again. Twice Fried Chicken Wings - I only had one of these but they were pretty good! They have sesame seeds on them and I have sensitivity so I try to avoid. They were cooked to great crispness with still juicy flavor for the inside. Conch Fritters - I wasn't really a fan of this dish. I can't say that I could taste the conch. It was mostly the breading that was prevalent. I also think our dish was over cooked. A bit in the charred side. Crab Fried Rice - A good bit of rice and kind of light in the crab. The combination of the flavors weren't quite on point for me. My bestie liked it ok though. Oysters - I don't eat them but the bestie loved loved loved them! She legit did a happy dance with her first bite. Lol She continued this dance throughout the process. So there ya have it, get you some! Overall I can't say that this place wowed me. I could be that I'm just not a fan of most of the kind of food that they have. Other then the lobster roll and that isn't enough to make me come back. Get great vibe, good service, clean place. My three stars are just based on the kind of food I like to eat. No hit on the restaurant or it's staff. read more
